“This place freakin rules! Been here about a dozen times and never had anything bad. Every time I go I try something different and it’s always delectable. My recommendation is to get any two items, one savory and one sweet.

Only complaints are that there needs to be a sign for directing the line outside, and the coffee isn’t very good.“

You gotta get here early though because the rest of the neighborhood loves the baked goods as well, you might miss out on some of the pastries. We like the Almond, Nutella and fruit croissants as well as all of the savory options. Worth a try if you find yourself in tye Greenhaven area.“

“Absolutely amazing from top to bottom! I ordered a custom cake for my wife’s birthday and was blown away. Ordering the cake was easy, gave them a call, gave a general description of what I was looking and paid over the phone. The price was extremely reasonable especially compared to other quotes I got from different bakeries. I paid a little under $100 for a fully custom and that cake was big enough to feed 10 and have about half the cake leftover. I picked up the cake on the day and was blown away at how awesome it looked! It was perfect. Even better than I could have imagined especially with my admittedly sub par description of what I was looking for! My wife loved the cakes look and the taste was amazing!! I will absolutely be getting more cakes from here in the future and will recommend them to everyone I can!“

The owner was super thoughtful and collaborative about what my vision was for the design of the cake and she expertly applied her creativity to the concept. “Ever since moving to Sac from Fresno we had been searching for a good panadería. So happy to have finally found one that has tasty bread and nice workers. Their selection of bread is good although I do notice they have a substantial amount of cookies so if you like them then you’re in luck. They also have a bit of groceries inside so if you wanted a quick snack or some tortillas you can buy them there too. Their bread is sweet and fresh, consider visiting.

“Dane's panaderia is the archetype of the "hole in the wall gem". In an unassuming strip mall with an unassuming frontage this bakery makes the absolute best Mexican pan dulce in Sacramento.
