“We're able to finally visit Moonbelly Bakery and it was as good as they say. We arrived past 8am and the line wasn't long. We had the cardamom bun, almond croissant, tomato and goat cheese, nectarine and cream, and they're cold brew special. There's a small dining area outside of the bakery where we ate our pastries. They're filling, hearty, and divine. We'll definitely go back to try their other baked goods.“

“I had snickerdoodle cookie. MMmm moist inner filling just the right amount of sweetness. I also had the butter latte, different. After I figured out that one has to stir the creamy top layers into itself is when you get the full buttery crunching taste.“

“Wonderful place to exist! We got a lot of bread of all variety here. Fresh, soft and soooo much cheaper than grocery stores. We bought a lot and simply throw the extras into the freezer. Cashier was so warm and helpful too.

“It’s exceedingly rare in this day and age to find a place that does its own delivery service! I ordered a half dozen of the bagels, lox, and scallion cream cheese. The bagels are great - super chewy and fluffy, lox was what I expected. My only qualm was that the scallion cream cheese felt like it was cream cheese with scallions next to it in the container and I had to mix them together. Maybe there’s a reason for that but I was expecting it to be mixed it. Definitely will be back for more bagels!“

“I LOVE Cake Castle Bakery!! I have been coming here for 19 years. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Their cakes are extremely beautiful and delicious. I buy all my cake decorating supplies from here. Julie is so knowledgeable, and assists me when I have questions regarding cake decorating or coloring. My daughter and I have been taking the cake decorating classes that they have. The Cake Castle supplies everything you need for each class therefore, all you need is an apron and ready to have fun and learn. Julie teaches the classes to all levels of experience. She explains everything throughly, making sure everyone understands. She goes through each steps of cake decorating one by one. She demonstrates each step and helps each person making sure each step is executed correctly. Julie makes you feel comfortable and confident in the class. My daughter and I love the classes and our cakes look beautiful and professional. Our cakes are delicious!!“

“Sadly, for ten years I lived only twenty miles from here and never knew of their existence. I’ve been a vegetarian for 55 years. Cookies without eggs are rare so I never got cookies very often. Finding these cookies was a godsend and now I live 2500 miles away. I send orders of these cookies to friends as gifts. That is how good I find them. The double chocolate decadence is my favorite. They are so good, the bakery sometimes cannot keep up and they get sold out. You may have different tastes, so try a variety pack that has all their varieties in it and decide for yourself. I accidentally found out how good the double chocklet cookies are when one day I cut one in half and put half in a closed container in the fridge. It changes the texture into a chewier version that has a fudgier feel in the mouth. Great Stu these guys sell.“

“Everything is extremely fresh and so darn good. The baker is friendly, honest and I love it when he is baking the cheesecakes. OMGoodness!! You can tell that he puts love in each thing he bakes. After going to the Thai restaurant next door and now the Amazing Taco spot, we have a reason for all three. Tacos, Thai tea etc. and Mexican dessert. This little strip is pure Gold.“

“I had a great experience today at this coffee shop. This was my first visit and the barista was very sweet and helped make my wife the perfect drink. I ordered a Mexican mocha with an extra shot of espresso. I was worried it may be too sweet since my wife always seems to think her coffee drinks have too much sugar. After I ordered the barista asked some questions to help tailor my order to make it perfect. She gave me the drinks and assured me that I would be happy. When I got home my wife was in love. “I love that this spot has been around since 1981. It is great to see that they are still here especially as the rest of the surrounding block has completely changed. I hope it stays open for many more years! The woman owner is so welcoming and seems to truly enjoy baking for the community 💙
The cookies are very reasonably priced. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a little less sweet, a little more buttery, and a little more salty in the dough. I love how they are served warm and taste like they are made in small batches 😋“

“This is a tiny hole in the wall shop, that manufactures fortune cookies with this Rube Goldberg machine to make them. It is really fun to watch. You can buy bags of fortune cookies and unfortunate cookies as well. The unfortunate cookies are called TV cookies, and they have no fortunes in them. Great prices and great flavor.“
