Brioche chocolate bar- The brioche bar is extremely filling, between the brioche is filled with cream and chocolate chips with sea salt sprinkle on top. When you bite into the bar it is soft, but firm. The first thing you will taste is the cream followed by an explosion of chocolate. The sea salt acts as a nice counter balance to all the sweetness, it is like having a taste of soft pretzel. THIS IS A MUST TRY. LOCAL DELICACY!I tried multiple things here and this is hands down the best dessert place in Sacramento. This elevated what I thought of dessert. This is QUALITY you can taste. Went to this new bakery in the Pocket area this morning. It is such a cute place…made me happy just walking in! Had to buy a little bit of everything because it all looked so fun and delicious! The Monte Cristo roll was amazing. Texture and balance of flavors was soooo good, very creative…. wish we had purchased more!
