Amazing desserts! I've been going here for years , it's one of my favorite spots in Sacramento. The carrot cake, the tarts, the cherry pie, the endless assortment of treats here are phenomenal and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!
I've finally found my few faves from the dessert/bakery side and have found to enjoy the fresh salmon salads. It took a while for me to figure out what I like there and that is why I am updating my review now. I absolutely love the Napolean- it is my fave. They don't sell it as a cake and only by the slice. It's lights and fluffy, not too sweet with dark chocolate shavings on top. Crust is buttery and flaky. Even after a full meal, you can eat this because it is not a heavy dessert...read full review

It feels like that "lunch date" place for me and my wife. The lunch specials are delicious and enough variety to fit any appetite. We tend to sit in the covered outside area which is never too hot or too cold. The employees are knowledgeable and look you in the eye when they are talking to you. And the desserts... amazing!
