I recently had your oatmeal cookie, purchased while visiting Yosemite last weekend. I’m not vegan, but am pregnant and on the diabetic diet, so chose this treat carefully for enjoyment after a nice hike.

I went to a coffee shop in Pittsburgh, PA and poked one of these plastic wrap peanut butter cookies on the counter to see if it was soft enough for my liking before buying, and it was. After buying it, I took it home to realize it was animal free and vegan, which is a plus! Then I realized how low the calories were for such a thick big cookie. Sadly, for ten years I lived only twenty miles from here and never knew of their existence. I’ve been a vegetarian for 55 years. Cookies without eggs are rare so I never got cookies very often. Finding these cookies was a godsend and now I live 2500 miles away. I send orders of these cookies to friends as gifts. That is how good I find them. The double chocolate decadence is my favorite.
