The cookies are amazing fluffy soft, and delicious. I would have gave this place five stars but the young lady that helped us was really rude and impatient as me and My Wife were trying to decide what cookies we wanted. She was like have you guys decided In a snotty attitude, My Wife asked how much was the uncooked cookie dough and she said it’s right there on the menu really rude. Chip Cookies serves amazing fluffy soft and delicious cookies. The cookies are fresh, soft in the center, and packed with flavor in every bite, made with quality ingredients. The establishment is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly, with quick service and a great vibe. One employee was great and informative, doing an amazing job explaining the whole process and double-checking how the pizookie should be prepared.
The menu has a lot of interesting flavor combinations. The sugar cookie with frosting is good. The Biscoff white chocolate cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is simply the best cookie ever had. The OG with custom toppings like nuttella and peanut butter drizzle and Reese’s pieces has crispy edges and a solid core, with good sweetness level and a hint of saltiness, and the peanut butter drizzle is the best. The price for the OG with custom toppings is $6.49, with custom toppings at $1 extra.
One visit had a rude and impatient young lady, making the first time feel unwelcome, but the owner at another location was sympathetic and compassionate and gave a whole box of cookies to make it right. These are the best cookies in Sacramento.
