“I just wanted to acknowledge the professionalism, tact, tolerance and grace the employees showed towards an incident that turned racist for no reason today 06/03/2026. If both the employees who were there can read this message, I just want to say thank you and I am sorry that you had to listen to the ignorance of a Karen. It is a country in despair and as I feel for you and me.
I want to give you credit for possibly feeling the same frustration and sadness about the things that were said and maintaining that professionalism. That is admirable.

“Tom’s bakery is a Farmers Market bakery ONLY with no physical storefront. Find them at the Davis Farmers Market Saturdays 8-1pm, Wednesday’s 4-8pm (april-october) and Sundays at the Sacramento Sunday Certified Farmers Market 8-12.“

“I’ve only had the pastries and an earl grey latte so far. Although pricey, the pastries and latte were excellent. In addition the ambience feels open and a place where you can have an upscale cafe experience and lowkey enough so far to do some work on your laptop.“

“So happy they carry Matsu Matcha here. Davis does not have many cafes with good matcha, so I was really happy they are now carrying Matsu Matcha here permanently (not just a pop-up anymore) so close to campus. I go to the Matsu Matcha in Santa Clara, so it's awesome having this here. Drinks were great. My favorite is their Xtra strong matcha. A little too sweet at 30% sweetness, though. Ordering was fast and easy online. Will be back!“
