They have never smiled, and the whole experience feels...cold. I don't need saccharine American rictus grins, but an even halfway welcoming expression or mood would be nice. This is also found in the décor - super sparse, minimalist, which may invite nice turnover but feels really unwelcoming. Too much white on white on white. It's really good food, but if I don't want to stay or I feel like I'm inconveniencing someone for doing their job, it makes me want to go there less.“
