“Are you really at a shopping mall if there isn't an Auntie Anne's there? This Auntie Anne's is on the 3rd floor near the Food Court at the Arden Fair Mall. Service and pretzel quality was up to par with the many other Auntie Anne's locations I've been to so for me no problem with that. Tip: if you download the free phone app and make an account you can get a free pretzel for your birthday which is really awesome!“
“We were craving pretzels here and decided to get the salted pretzel bites. They were so warm and delicious. They were fresh and one small bag is enough for two people. They have different dipping sauces. We like ours with cheese dip. Very delicious. There were about 4 workers, but only one working(?) and the line was still slow, hut not too long with only 4 guests? Aside from the line I would go here again. Yummy snacks, ample parking since it’s located in a mall shopping center and it’s kid and wheelchair friendly. Extra convenience for mobile pay options.“
“Pretzels are good. Haven't had a problem with the food. I'm just confused on their hours. I'm not sure if they are open until they sell out of food but on 3 separate occasions I went to get pretzels at around 9:40 pm & I was advised they were already closed. When their hours say until 10 pm. Please update hours correctly or look into your workers because they are closing the store early.“
“I needed catering for my son's birthday. The manager, Jab, made the process super easy. The lady employees in the store were nice, Jab's communication was timely and professional, the food was perfect. I would recommend this Auntie Anne's to others.“
