Hahdough Bakery • $$
1221 Fell St, San Francisco

“My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Hahdough bakery to supply the cakes for our wedding. They were wonderful to work with and helped us to pick out the right 4 different cakes. Delivery was seamless and they worked with the venue for a timely drop-off. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the cakes were! It was a great way to offer our guests multiple options while being super affordable compared to traditional wedding cakes. Not to mention that the cakes were beautiful (see photos).“

Hahdough German Bakery Bakery • $
509 Laguna St, San Francisco

“Hahdough offers a range of sweet and savory baked goods in a small takeout stand in Hayes. All of the options were authentic and not too sweet. The berliners are perfectly light and airy, with custard filling with just a touch of sweetness. The seasonal one with fresh strawberries is a perfect combination of the airy donut, lightly sweet custard, and fresh slices of juicy fruit. The strawberry jam one is packed with tart jam and really brings the flavor. The Black Forest cake is authentic in that it has that chocolate richness with the added flavor of cherry kirsch, but the texture is light and uplifting rather than heavy. All of the pastries that I've tried have a satisfying flake and distinct layers, and aren't too sweet. The pretzel sandwiches (both ham and mozzarella) options are small but delicious, with the pretzel roll itself so light and chewy, and with fresh and tasty fillings. Overall highly recommend if you're in the area! Just be prepared to take these to go since there's no seating“

Wetzel's Pretzels Pretzel Store • $
865 Market St Space No. 9008, San Francisco

“You can never go wrong with a mid-shopping snack at wetzel's pretzels. We got the cinnamon bites with the sweet glaze. Simply perfection! They did not go light on the cinnamon sugar coating and the pretzels were perfectly soft. The one comment I have is that the pretzel bites were larger than I remembered. The staff was friendly and they finished making the bites fresh very quickly. There is unfortunately not much seating inside so we walked to union square to enjoy them!“

Wetzel's Pretzels Bakery • $
3251 20th Ave #102, San Francisco

“This location is inside of Stonestown Shopping Town. The parking lot is free but always packed! Wetzel is located where Target and the mall connect. There’s never a line, the customer service is not great. It always seems like having a customer is such an inconvenience, like we’re interrupting them being in their phone or something. ? Last time I ordered pretzel bites and they gave me unsalted ?. This time I ordered pretzel bites again and the cashier ASKED if I wanted salted or unsalted. They did NOT disappoint. The pretzel bites were warm and delicious. I want to try the cinnamon ones because yum!“

Old Tyme Treats Pretzel Store • $
1728-1798 The Embarcadero, San Francisco

“I rode my kick scooter to Pier 39 yesterday to take advantage of the cooler weather after we had just suffered from our recent heat wave here in the City. I went to the Old Tyme Treats kiosk because I was in the mood for a Corn Dog. The Corn Dog was very good and reasonably priced. This place also sells other treats, such as Cotton Candy, Churros, Popcorn and Pretzels; all at reasonable prices, considering that this place is located in the tourist areas near Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf.“

“Don't be deterred by the mediocre reviews! This place is a great place for a coffee, juice, quick lunch spot, snack, you name it. We got pretzel with cheese and a pretzel dog, for $14. Quick and nice service, clean facilities. They have a little condiment bar to the side with condiments, relish, onion, and slaw for the hot dogs. I was surprised to see how clean and well stocked the condiments were with plastic coverings for the condiments to keep it hygienic. There are also some bar stools and counter for seating along the side that provides a quiet, shady, and less windy spot on the pier. The food tasted good quality and not like the usual sickly fast food you'd expect. Pretzel was a little salty but you can ask for no salt or just brush some salt off. Would come here again for sure!“

Auntie Anne's Pretzel Store • $$
32 Serramonte Center Space B233, Daly City

“This location is located inside Serramonte Mall. My family and I decided to order a variety of pretzels and dips. We ordered the pepperoni, almond, plain and sour cream onion pretzels. We also ordered original and cinnamon flavor pretzel bites. We got two cheese, caramel, and sweet glaze dips as well. Our favorites were the pepperoni and almond pretzels. The sour cream onion one is way too salty. Our favorite dip is the cheese dip. It goes well with the plain pretzel and the pretzel bites.“
