“The food in this restaurant is delicious, I hope you have time to try it.”
“We walked in on NYE without a reservation and they graciously found us a spot in the bar area. Service was on point and staff were festively dressed! I love a crafty cocktail but most are too sweet. I had the Smokey mezcal cocktail 🍹. Perfection. Appetizers were delish as well. Perfect way to start our NYE celebrations.”

“One of the best tasting pizza I’ve tasted I highly recommend this place.”
“Wow. This place is delicious. The food was incredible and the service was amazing. If you are in San Fran you must come here to eat. Green beans. Are the bomb. Pork buns. Fabulous. All the food was amazing.
This is just one of the best little spots. Everyone recommended and we are so glad we came here. We had a group of 8. Reservations recommended.”
“It was the second time we ate here and all the apps., Ceviche, Sikil Pak and Tostones were excellent but the service was not on top of their game as last time even though the place was not full.(not taken to our table but gestured towards it and waiter attention felt rushed) All things considered, still an excellent place for dining.”

“Super yummy warm treats and coffee”
“I've had the good fortune of experiencing The Napper Tandy both as a patron as well as a music performer. As a patron, I can tell you that the food here is the BEST pub food you will ever find (I particularly recommend the reuben - the best I've ever had, hands down!)! As a performer, the staff as well as the crowd have always been extremely friendly, accommodating, and inviting. There's just something about the vibe of this place that seems to make people happy! The managers, Marissa and Nicola, are are absolute gems of human beings and their staff reflect their personal awesomeness! I'm looking forward to my next meal as well as my next show at The Napper Tandy. Hope to see ya there!”
“Seriously great pupusas. Stopped by for a late lunch in this sunny spot in the Mission. Got the pupusa combo with beans and plaintains. I tried jalapeño with cheese and pork pupusas. They were light and airy, not heavy or greasy like too many places. Looking forward to trying more of the big menu. The agua fresca was guava, which was delicious too. Friendly low key service.”
“Lily and her family make a great team. Very friendly bar, with good service and generous measures of drinks at very reasonable prices. Luckily we were staying just down Post so it quickly became our go-to bar during our short stay in SF. Lovely chicken wings too. Thanks for a great time. And a lovely fluffy cat to boot !!”
“Great neighborhood find. I have now been for breakfast, lunch and dinner and all three were fantastic. The sirloin salad was amazing and the benedicto breakfast was delicious. So glad this place is around.”
“It’s a great place to meet friends for fun food and have a glass of wine… it has a cozy interior or you can sit out on Dolores sidewalk and enjoy the lovely neighborhood. The owner and his wife make make you feel relaxed and welcome. It’s also a great date spot and the tables are set up for comfort or intimacy if you prefer- it also offers food to go! Most people who try it want to return!”
“Convenient location in the heart of the city. Fantastic, Involved and Caring owners. Quality Product, would definitely recommend.”
“The place is nice and clean. Sadly ? they don't take cash. ? You only pay with card. Funny thing is that they do take cash tips. What an oxy moron ? concept. I thought the establishment couldn't accept cash. So maybe their tips should also be electronically. ????”
“WOW. The Brazilian tacos have a distinct taste that will blow your mind. The salsa is tangy and crisp but definitely not too spicy. Almost a fruity flavor but not overwhelmingly so. In my opinion the steak taco I tried is one of the best, if not THE best in San Francisco.”
“My newest favorite Indian place. After losing our all time favorite due to closure, we have been trying multiple different Indian restaurants. This place is tasty with a generous biryani portion size, larger than any of the other places we’ve been to, deserving of a good review! Humble but adequate interior- we’ve eaten in and gotten carry out and both were fine. Will be getting carry out here on a consistent basis unless something changes!”
“We stopped in a couple of times while visiting San Francisco. I was amazed at how unpretentious this place is. A good old style Irish pub. I can't comment on the food but the beer was cold and they had a ballgame on the TV. The bartender was very nice and friendly. No big tables, no snotty wait staff. I believe they get their food from the restaurant next door. I would love a place like this in Toledo.”
“I kept wondering if Mrs Craig Vanessa was really an expert trader like they say, that she is not a scammer like the others, then I contacted her and I was shocked and amazed that with just $1,500 I invested, Mrs. Craig Vanessa helped me managed my account and after 7 Days of trading, I made my first withdrawal of $16,700. I'm here to testify the good work of her after she made a good profit for me in my investment. She's reachable via WhatsApp with the number on her Facebook: Mrs Craig Vanessa”

Parking: Parking lot right across the street
Kid-friendliness: We had our 5 yo and she enjoyed dinner.”
“We stopped in here while in the area and were pleasantly surprised we had never made the stop before! I'm a dog person so anything with a Dog theme and I'm in, but this place didn't stop there. They have an impressive drink menu with a few things I'd never seen, and they also have these delicious NA waters (?) that I wish I could remember the name of.
They also have a great food menu and the service was very good. I'll be back and you should stop by too!”

“My friend, Mike, who lives nearby with his wife, raved about it so much that my BF and I decided to come after a short trip to Marin. It was everything that he described and more. It was fantastic! Excellent food and atmosphere. Will definitely add to my list of favorites and will recommend to my Palo Alto friends!”
“Authentic Italian bakery. 1 product, foccacia, done to perfection. My Italian grandpa lived in North Beach and brought it to Sunday dinners every week. Now, generations later, a stop at Liguria is mandatory. But get there early, or you will be disappointed. 5 star best foccacia ever.”
“What an amazing culinary experience! We had a three course meal. The waiter was very helpful, friendly and had great recommendations! I highly recommend this place if you're in San Francisco!”
“From momos to aromatic curries, each dish is a burst of Nepalese tradition and taste. Friendly service and reasonable prices make it a must-visit for anyone craving a taste of Nepal in the heart of the USA.”

“Such good food, cocktails, and service! Wine by the bottle was a bit overpriced and red wine was served at room temperature, not chilled/cellar temperature. Highly recommend the lamb shank, salmon tagine, and harissa butter cornbread. The appetizer portions are very small.”
“popi’s is a solid seafood restaurant that knows exactly what it is. thoughtful is the best way to describe this place - from the decorations to the menu to the service, great care was taken to curate this place. food was solid but pricy (as is all seafood).
clam chowder: above average chowder, packed with seafood and just the right amount of cream
manila clams: clams were good but the sausage was the highlight. flavorful broth.”
“This is a really upscale place that only serves omakase for $250 per person. when you factor in tax and tip it comes to $350 per person. although the service and quality are very good, I have has this type of omakase in various places around the country and I think the price is way too much. I think it is worth $150 per person. the meal was great - I Just don't think it's worth the price. the Nigiri was excellent. wasn't a fan of the desert and several of the appetizers I didn't like either. the quality of the fish is amazing.”

“Mensho Tokyo SF truly lives up to its reputation and Michelin Star status. While we waited in line, it was interesting to see that most patrons were first-timers, creating a sense of shared anticipation.
One standout feature was their selection of unique Japanese beers, which offered a refreshing change from the usual options. The ramen itself was exceptional; the noodles had the perfect firmness, while the broth struck an ideal balance—not too overpowering but incredibly flavorful. Each bite was a delightful experience, showcasing a harmonious blend of tastes and textures.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mensho Tokyo SF to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience. I can’t wait to share this gem with my friends in the future!”

“Overall, good Italian food by SF standards. Not every flavor hit - there was no "dry aged" taste in the beautifully-constructed timballo, and "red wine braised" malfadini tasted way too much like, well, red wine. But I'd still come by to try more items on the menu.”

“I loved working with Elizabetta for my birthday cake. She was super easy to communicate with and perfectly nailed my barbie cake fantasy complete with a quote from the movie. The cake itself was a work of art but the taste, omg, all my friends were floored. I've also been able to find her slices at Falletti Foods and love all the flavors. I do, however, go crazy for her basque cheesecake. I could have a whole one in one sitting. So luscious, creamy and delicious!”
“bacon only takes five minutes to cook about the same time as the eggs. so it was weird and somewhat disheartening that even when I asked for freshly cooked bacon I was refused and told pre-cooked was the only option.i get wanting to take less time although when I'm the only one in the store and personally request fresh bacon instead of pre-cooked this would was on those situations where "the customer is always right" was applicable and should have been practiced. this was also the first time I was in here and the egg was undercooked.not that she asked how I wanted my egg cooked but nonetheless it was undercooked.”
“CJ and team are excellent. The commissary is well maintained with all the equipment you'd need and if they don't have something they are open to working with you to figure out a solution. Super helpful staff and overall good people that you're sharing the space with. Would definitely recommend if you have a food business and need a licensed commercial kitchen. The staff are responsive and action-oriented which feels essential when working in a shared space.”
“spectacular seafood! shrimp and scallops were thoroughly enjoyed and the wine and Champagne pairings made it even better! Only bad thing was, I didn't get a second Tiramisu for dessert! Perfect little private room in back and the 3 servers were on point!”

Takeout Restaurants
“Love the coffee, atmosphere, customer service, etc. The cafe is always clean and they’re always polite and very accommodating to my extra pumps and caramel My only hope is that one day they’ll get more butter croissants! But don’t get me wrong, they’re trying! They’re ordering extra but they’re in such high demand that they’re going faster than any other danish. So in that case, I guess my hope would be that they’ll one day be able to get enough supply to keep up with the demand! I’ll still forever choose this cafe ?”
“Just around the corner from The Morris, right on Hampshire lives Greenly Pickingoater and his little stab CocoRey the ex-sword swallower for the Ringling Brothers side show.
He called me and said get here lickity split cuss we've got a pork roast from The Morris being delivered in 1 hour.
Well, I couldn't get there fast enough! And let me tell you something...That Pork Roast and everything else from The Morris was Bombtasticly Porkalisous and every bit of 5 stars!

“I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I am a business owner a few doors down and I wandered in with a friend after work one night about a month ago. We were met with such incredible warmth from the staff and the environment itself, even without a reservation. We sat at the bar and were greeted by Josh, only to find out later that he is the owner. He made excellent recommendations on everything from our drinks to dessert. The bar didn’t feel isolated from the rest of the restaurant and guests, but rather was lively hub frequented by kitchen and serving staff and warmed by a smoldering wood fire. The coziest. We swooned for the poke appetizer, complete with house-made toasted, but not crisp, blue corn tortillas. The pork shoulder tacos—also to die for. I have to say though, that the star on the sidelines was the beans. I honestly didn’t know I could feel this way about beans…but I digress. Josh bounced around from table to table all night, never letting a single ball drop, making every guest feel like *his* guest. A pot de crème sealed the evening in perfect bliss. I’m back a month later with the same friend, eating different and somehow even more incredible entrees: ribeye, halibut and a rhubarb crisp for dessert. I scarcely ever take the time to write a review as I prefer to vote with my $ and my feet, but I simply couldn’t eat here again without taking the time to sing it’s praises. Eat here.”
“Everything we ordered was good. In fact we couldn’t eat it all. Your pizza was so delish! Never had chow fun wrapped up in little rolls but it was pretty good. Your shaking beef salad was good too. Definitely a dining experience in Asian fusion!”
“My friend, Mike, who lives nearby with his wife, raved about it so much that my BF and I decided to come after a short trip to Marin. It was everything that he described and more. It was fantastic! “This is for the Pompano location. Ok folks, let me preface with I'm not a super fan of Mexican food. Last night we decided to try this place and boy I was more than impressed. I had the Las Olas chimichanga stuffed with shrimp & crab and boy what a flavor festival. My girlfriend had the chile relleno's and she said they are the best she has had in FL. The service was great & the food was beyond belief. I left looking forward to going back & that has not happened to me with regards to Mexican food in 15 + years. This place is a must try.”
“Authentic Tunisian restaurant. Get some grilled octopus or a "bricka au thon", a lamb tagine or a vegetarian Kromb, some eggplants with harissa on the side with their delicious homemade bread, and a baklava to conclude this culinary trip to North Africa. And don't forget to try their national drink, a date spirit called Boukha.”
“Food is consistently good but without any creativity. Alaskan halibut was served with boiled potatoes, carrots and green beans. Tasty risotto and Classic Caesar salad. All done well but nothing out of this world.
Service was rather inattentive. Took a while to get servers’ attention to order and also to get the check. It’s amusing that restaurant automatically charges 20% for this type of service, regardless of the number of diners at the table. +5% SF mandate!
While the space is nicely arranged it was very cold upstairs (our experience at the restaurant was at the end of November). We had to put out jackets back on at some point. For a restaurant of this caliber I feel the heater could be turned on a little more.
Overall: somewhere between 3.5 to 4.0 for this experience”
“I was really blown away by the quality of the food, everything was perfection. The staff were super warm and friendly and provided great service. It’s such a cute cozy spot and it was perfect for date night. Also I appreciated that the bartender had a heavy hand with the wine pour. Will definitely be back!”

“Chef Azalina's restaurant in San Francisco's Tenderloin district offers an exceptional dining experience that goes beyond just food. It's a testament to passion, perseverance, and community engagement.
The cuisine is remarkable, showcasing meticulous attention to detail in both flavor and presentation. Each dish demonstrates craftsmanship, with a harmonious blend of tastes that speaks to the chef's skill. The menu features unique ingredients, including an herb reminiscent of Fruit Loops cereal. I'm not going to write too much about food because I think it's borderline just pointless to describe food in words.
What sets this establishment apart is Chef Azalina's commitment to her craft and community. She maintains close relationships with her suppliers, including fisherwomen from Half Moon Bay, ensuring the highest quality ingredients and supporting local producers. I'm convinced that if there were 1000 more Azalinas in SF, this would be the greatest city on earth.
After my meal, I had the privilege of speaking with Chef Azalina for two hours. She shared fascinating stories about her relationship with food, the inspirations behind each course, and her experience as a restaurant owner in the Tenderloin. Her passion for culinary arts and dedication to her community were obvious.
Chef Azalina also opened up about the challenges of operating in the Tenderloin. Many potential patrons unfairly dismiss her restaurant due to its location, overlooking the exceptional culinary experience it offers. Despite this, she remains committed to her vision and to making a positive impact in the neighborhood. Her presence has contributed to the neighborhood's revitalization, demonstrating how a restaurant can be a force for community improvement.
Azalina offers not just a meal, but an experience that combines culinary excellence with personal passion and community engagement. It's a must-visit for those seeking innovative, thoughtfully prepared cuisine in San Francisco, and a shining example of how food can transcend stereotypes and transform communities.”
“Absolutely loved the 3 course menu and the quality. Daily changing menus - local. Great tasting food. I had the wine pairing which was also very reasonable. Chef was also very accommodating to change the mains (steak to duck confit for my pregnant daughter) which speaks volumes for the service and passion level for customer experience.”
“What a treat , the decor, the atmosphere, the service , the presentation, the flavors… it was our first time and for my wife s birthday who turn out to not “typically” like most of what was on the menu (except the lobster but she was hoping for crab but was no longer in season) but LOVED every dish she had and so did I. They offered an extra dish but there is already plenty. I would have been very happy without the quail dish which felt like a lot after everything else but we just came out of a detox and tend to tend toward vegetarian (not a good place for those purists!); still an amazing place we will get back to when we can.
Vegetarian options: No options it is a lot of seafood plus quail topically with no option to swap .
Dietary restrictions: No way to tweak the menu much, a no go for our vegan and vegetarian friends !
Parking: Busy street paid parking until 8p Mon-Sat but can find it in back streets with patience ?
Kid-friendliness: No, very quiet and very strict / fancy menu
Wheelchair accessibility: Seems so, table are quite spaced out !”
“Unassuming- soon to be addictive. So just about the best kept Secret on Union Street- I am sure to come back, again and again and it is just hiding in plain sight! restaurant. If you can't get to Japan try this- Excellent quality, unusual rolls and exceptionally fresh- crunchy and tasty. High quality. High end details. Like the chef and his no nonsense approach. One Wish- that they would include side of wasabi though with to-go orders.”
“I really never have enjoyed tasting menus….but Tiya’s tasting menu fully changed my opinion on them. 4/6 dishes were things I probably wouldn’t have ordered on a regular menu so getting to try these dishes was a treat. We supplemented the tasting menu with the chicken gushtaba and the shrimp. They were both so good but the gushtaba was outstanding….Think a chicken meatball in fondue.
Everything was a flavor bomb and I would definitely come back”
“We had the pasta tasting menu. A couple of items were absolutely awesome, but overall we found it a bit off balance. Some vegetables (I'm not a chef) or something to cut through the constant starch and fat profiles would have been better. We thought the vegetarian course was in some ways better than the other one. Worth stopping in for a fancy treat any time!”
“A great way to experience a four course meal at an affordable price, with delicious food. We will definitely be back.”

“Seriously, good bakery, and seriously great people. It’s a neighborhood treasure. I went there for the first time today and I will definitely be going back.
I tried the peanut butter cookie and the baguette, and they were both excellent and my friend had some other loaves of bread and told me about all kinds of other Great stuff that he gets there regularly”
“This review is particularly for the Ilna pop-up on Sunday nights. Maz, the chef, cooks with so much passion. He collects the best ingredients from local farmer's markets, even using his background as a wine maker to create special ferments, and shares his family's Lebanese origins with so much care in each dish. The meatball and prosciutto are not to be missed!”
“Wife ordered the Black Sesame and Honey Lavender. I ordered the Banana split with Roasted Banana Ice Cream. Vanilla Crunch and Expresso... Amazing. The crunchy Carmel on top of the fresh banana's... Over the top. My new favorite Ice Cream place in the Bay Area.”
“Have been coming to this place for delicious pastries for years, but today I came for their meatball sandwich on dutch crunch bread...and I loved every bit of it. They are very generous with their meatballs and cheese, and the bread was as fresh as you could get. Service was super friendly too, highly recommend.”
“This is a hole in the wall type restaurant with old school Chinese service and food. For those that don’t know what that means don’t expect five star service and atmosphere. You aren’t paying high prices here at all. You come here for the food if it’s to your taste which it is for me. Beef roll pancakes and green beans are my favorites. Cash only.”
“Fantastic food and a great menu with something for every foodie”
“Amazing food, attentive and knowledgable service made for a memorable first night in San Francisco!!!!”
“Excellent service and tasty dishes. I would recommend everything except red curry of chili stuff. Dessert (young coconut ice cream) is amazing! All dishes are tiny though, definitely on the pricier side.”
“It had a good rating, so even though it was a long way from the hotel, it was worth visiting. Sushi and rolls were also available.
I was completely satisfied with the cold tofu grilled yellowtail~^^”
“If you’re into tiki, this place is a must. If you’re not, it’s still going to be a very good time. Drinks are strong and expertly crafted. I love Smuggler’s Cove’s cocktail book but don’t always have all the necessary ingredients at home, so was glad to be able to experience the recipes where they can be properly executed.”

“Lovely friendly Italian wine bar and delicious restaurant. Fresh innovative salads, pastas and main courses. Highly recommended.”
“Loved the decor and the vibe, great place to hang out with friends. The food was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on.If you're in the area, this place is a must-try!”
“Waiting soooo long for Wednesday night smash burgers bc it was so hyped. Ultimately, underwhelmed. Really solid burger if a bit pricy. Delicious brussel sprouts!! Would love to go back to try their pizzas when it’s less busy
If you don’t have the best vision like me, it’s very dark inside. I was delighted by their bathroom design”
“I have been twice and so far everything has been delicious. I need to go back a few more times to try everything on the menu. Don't forget to save room for dessert. The cocktails are fantastic.”
“Pretty good pizza, but a little pricey for my taste for pizza. That being said it is the Bay Area so things are just more expensive. I recommend just a classic pepperoni, it really hit the spot!!”
“Another great find in SFO! The place was charming and bustling with conversation. The service was great and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend a visit to this place!”
“One of the best dining experiences we’ve had.
Californios is a Michelin two star restaurant well deserving of this recognition.
I wouldn’t change any part of their course menu and was blown away at the experience offered here.”
“Sublime French cuisine in an awesome location. Great “secret” spot in SF.”
“Food is incredible and the service is second to none. Best place in the marina.”
“Best Xiao Long Bao i’ve ever had in my life. The soup is flavourful without being heavy, or oily. The pork inside is generous and tender. The wrapper is clearly fresh and handmade with care. I got delivery so my expectations were low, i’ll be honest but holy… these were spectacular. 5/5. I’ve had all sorts of XLB through the city of SF all the way back to the east coast, i’ve had Din Tai Fung… and this place beats them all. I’ll be ordering again this weekend for sure.”
“Excellent food! The prix fixed tasting menu was very generous and delicious. We were stuffed!”
“I cannot say I had a bad experience. Everything was my favorite”
“Authentic Tunisian restaurant. And don't forget to try their national drink, a date spirit called Boukha.”
“We went last night on 10/10/2024. Claudia was our waitress. She did a wonderful job,and her customer service was excellent. We had one issue with a plate. She and the manager took care of it. It wasn't big, but I appreciate them listening. The restaurant has a great atmosphere for a couples outing or dinner. They strive to have good dishes”
“Excellent food and service. My friends from NYC enjoyed their dinners as well. Will definitely be back!”
“Just incredible Korean contemporary fusion cuisine. Kept the fundamentals of the Korean authenticity with unique broad appealing western gastronomic desires. Well done!!!👍”
“Our go-to place for deep dish pizza, especially love their pepperoni and Detroit deep dish. Its tomato sauce is so rich and thick, mixed with layers of cheese and high quality sausages - just amazing!
I’ve tried famous deep dish pizzas too, like the Lou’s in Chicago. Despite Capo’s doesn’t have the same hype, it definitely tastes better!”
“Have eaten here several times. One of the top Italian restaurants in the city. Always delicious fresh homemade pasta dishes. Great antipasti. Authentic taste and definitely not your traditional red sauce joint.”
“I went to KEN for my birthday and it was absolutely phenomenal. The fish was delicious; so many new flavors and combinations; the chef was superb - talented and entertaining, with great attention to detail. The service was impeccable. I cannot say enough good things!”

“Great hangar steak and cod. We also got the white truffle risotto which wasn’t worth it in my opinion. Appetizers were light but the poached egg was well seasoned. Larger dessert portions than I expected!”

“Loved everything about this place. The servers were so well organized and knowledgeable. They knew everything about the food and the wines they were serving. Me and my husband really enjoyed our last meal in San Francisco. Its high end top quality food with amazing unique dishes that serves all your senses.”
“The pork chops are above world-class!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'll be back.”
“Food was amazing! Great atmosphere and friendly attentive staff!”
“Popped in this new place on a recently extra-hot day. We ordered fish’n’chips and the Baja tacos. They use a gluten-free pea flour batter (if I recall), and it’s a nice touch. I didn’t miss the gluten at all. The place has a full bar too. They were showing a baseball playoff game on one of 2 or 3 TVs. Will definitely go back and try some other menu options.”
“The dishes are creative and visually pleasing, but unfortunately, they were way too salty. I woke up the next day with some swelling, which has happened to me before when restaurants use a lot of salt. My other friends, who prefer stronger flavors, didn't report swelling but also found the food salty, even though they usually like salt.”
“Absolutely delicious thin crust pizzas, with very innovative combinations! Service is generally slow though, with significant waiting times over weekend. Their tomato basil mozzarella pizza and flourless chocolate cake are really good!”
“Definitely not your typical brunch. We loved the Filipino inspired creations. Don’t skip the French toast with caviar hollandaise, crumbled bacon, and shrimp. It’s AMAZING!”
“Another brilliant visit to Sorrel and Alex Hong continues to reign as my current favorite Chef! 🤘🏼If you haven’t been to Sorrel, go. Total genius.”
“Really enjoyed the oxtail broth soup with brisket. It’s perfect with a little salt. The bibimbap is also solid. Looking forward to trying the kalbijim sometime with a bigger group.”
“Ordered birthday cake and it was divine. Cake was so moist and delicious. Customer service was fantastic too. Will definitely order again”
“Dacha is clean, friendly, & welcoming!”

“Welcome to heaven on earth. SF local and either best resturant I've ever been at or tied for first with Han Il Kwan II. Ridiculous quality and exceptional taste. Highly reccomend.”
“The best and only one Thai style BBQ place in SF. Feel like you are eating in Thailand, only the meat here is better quality and well marinated. Service is friendly and very helpful.”
“Very hard to overstate how absolutely amazing this place is. The food is superb, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service goes above and beyond to ensure you have the most perfect experience. Some of the best restaurants in the Bay Area. Extremely recommended!”
“The food and service were amazing! We want to especially thank the server that served us today. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and share more about the Burmese food culture and the right pronunciation of the dishes. We tried the tea leaf salad, white peas palata, and the Shwe Taung noodles with tofu, and the flavors were so different and so delicious! This was my first time trying Burmese food and it will not be my last.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian dishes were clearly labeled and absolutely delicious!”
“Went to Kuma on Valencia for the first time this week and have already booked another reservation! The food was delicious, fresh, and nicely presented. The service was very good and the atmosphere was lively.”
“A decent restaurant with a good range of dishes and a pleasant interior.
It is important that the restaurant has outdoor areas and indoor rooms overlooking the bay and Bay Bridge”
“Excellent quality and excellent service. The food was well above what I expected. A definite must try in SF!!!👍🏼👍🏼”

“I’ve been coming here for years. 30 Ordered my usual burrito I am so sad to say This is the third time this has happened And have heard others complain lately too But the portion of meat given to me was so hard and dry I couldn’t eat it The food was barely warm Not sure if cook had a bad day or what And the price just since I last ordered went up Another $3 I’m so disappointed I never see bad reviews But sorry amigos This was not good”
“One65 was an amazing discovery on our trip to San Francisco. Having spent the first half of our life in Montréal, Québec, Canada where it was hard to find a bad restaurant, we were absolutely amazed by this Bistro which looks more like a high end dining experience. The menu online & the photos attracted us to this location but we were amazed by the well timed service, the crisp white tablecloths, the table setting and the pleasant and calm atmosphere. My choices of charcuterie platter was perfectly sized; the chicken & the pork rillettes where a wonderful surprise. My husband had an onion tart with the crust as perfect as they get & which I envied. He loved his halibut, moist and tender and I raved over my grilled half lobster, so tender that I found myself munching on the shell parts as well. My bread pudding was not of overwhelming size & perfectly flavored. Don chose the Affogato (scoop of vanilla gelato « drowned » with a shot of hot espresso). We wanted to go back today but they are closed on Sundays.?”

“We came here for dessert later in the day, around 7:30 when it was less busy. We each ordered one of their decadent desserts. Our son had the Caramel Quake Shake and a fudge brownie. He loved the shake and it was surprisingly not too sweet. He also liked the brownie but he found it really dense like any good one should be.
I had the Milk Chocolate Ocean Sundae with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, milk chocolate fudge, whipping cream, sea salt and a milk chocolate sea salt caramel square. It was amazingly delicious!
My wife and mother-in-law each had the Hot Fudge Sundae with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, milk chocolate fudge, whipping cream, diced almonds, a maraschino cherry and a milk chocolate square. They both enjoyed their sundaes and finished them all!
It’s expensive but it is a great place to come to for some delicious chocolate or amazing desserts!”
“Its been a while since I have been here. Loved it before, still loving it now. Food was excellent! Enjoyed the tuna tartare and the shrimp&lobster risotto! Shared the special apple bread pudding with cream! Service was attentive and thoughtful! The space beautiful in its natural light. Would always recommend.”
“The ambiance was outstanding. I have never felt so welcome at a place before. Open arms and a great environment to be around. Radolpho (not sure if I spelt his name correctly) and the manager Yasmin (not sure if I also spelt her name correctly) were two of the people I encountered in my short time there. Amazing personalities and hospitality from the both of them.”
“Last Saturday we ordered a lot of food from the melt. The whole crew was working overtime and we all ordered multiple items and the crew absolutely killed it. Lady working the cashier was absolutely amazing. Sweetest lady ever. The cooks were amazing and they have a very good crew working. The only names I received were Mar, Janeka, Dom and Tone but everyone was incredible and we definitely will be back.”

“The Burma Love team has knocked another one out of the park with Kayah and we were already fans of their other restaurants! Every dish we have ever tried is a winner and it is no different at Kayah.
The food was delicious, flavorful, and unique. The ceviche was delicate, light, and a lovely balance of tangy and savory flavors. The calamari was not breaded and fried but grilled with a touch of chili crunch to give it that crispy texture--yum! The split pea fritters were an unexpected favorite melding sweetness and heat. The fried prawns were lightly breaded, spicy, and flavorful and the puffed rice under the shrimp was a welcome crispy treat. The platha was as good as ever. Off the charcoal grill, we enjoyed the very delicious baby trumpet mushrooms and ribeye wagyu skewers--our server recommended them and they are now a must! The fiery mango spicy tequila cocktail was on point.
The staff were attentive, prompt, and courteous and the overall service was excellent. The ambience and design of the restaurant are inviting and aesthetic, effortlessly and harmoniously blending zen and cool vibes.
We dined on the outdoor patio and it's fun being right on the West Plaza of Chase Center. I highly recommend Kayah and look forward to our next dining experience there!”
“I ate there a few days ago and it’s delicious. Fresh ingredients, nicely prepared. I had the green curry and the pad prik king. Very friendly staff as well. I work out of an art studio a block away and will definitely be back again soon to try more of their other dishes.”
