Yo Yo's Reviews
A small, family-run spot tucked between Broadway and the Transamerica Pyramid delivers the kind of honest, soul-warming lunch that’s increasingly rare in the city. Run by a lovely older couple who treat every customer like a regular, this no-frills counter serves up comfort food at prices that feel like a time capsule.

Tasty food, their plates are plenty for lunch. Can get a roll or two instead. The folks who run it are incredibly nice. Great prices. Can’t ask for any more
Excellent soba, curry chicken is worth coming back for. Will need to try the beef curry.

Yo Yo's is a hidden gem in SF FiDi, offering quick and delicious meals to go. The owners, a friendly and welcoming couple, provide great service. The food, like the teriyaki chicken and gyoza, is tasty and ready in seconds. The beef curry has a good kick and a rich flavor. The restaurant also sells Indonesian beef rendang and chicken curry, which are authentic and come in generous portions for the price. Some menu items can be ordered half portion and are only available for take out. The udon noodle soup is a must-try, with a flavorful broth and dumplings. Though small with just a counter, Yo Yo's is a satisfying and affordable lunch spot in SF FiDi. The couple running it is kind and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. Despite some past issues, the overall atmosphere and service are highly rated, and many customers find this place to be a great value for quick, tasty meals.
