“Fabulous spot for interesting wine and beer and if your timing is right, great food! Even when the kitchen is closed, non-sold out empanadas are fabulous. We were early on a Sunday afternoon and the picnic table filled patio was mostly open. Later, lots of duds came in with their people. Diverse clientele both human and canine. Inside room is spacious plus bar seating. Very friendly service. Would be my hangout if I were local. Each bathroom has a cool character, good TP but not a fan of locker room brown paper hand towel dispensers. Grade A, bathroom B, over all, A-.“

“This is a winery tasting room located on the first floor of a hotel. First thing I noticed was how awkwardly tiny the room is. Literally 1 tall shared table with about 6 high chairs. Only 1 staff. Expect to sit next to or across of strangers and have everyone hear your conversation

Our wine guide Russell was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. They have 2 options for wine tasting. Either 3 of their core wines for $25 or 3 of their flagship wines for $50. I think the pricing for the wine tastings is poorly set up. At their actual winery, it's $65 for 5 wines but you get an intimate experience, top notch service, and beautiful Napa architecture and vineyard ambiance. That's normal and fair for Napa area. Here, it's just a tasting room and you are forced to select a cheaper mostly white wine tasting or an expensive mostly red wine tasting. I would have loved to try both, but I'm not paying $75 for 6 wines. That's Napa prices without the Napa atmosphere. But it is nice that will waive a tasting fee for every $150 purchase

The wines themselves were pretty solid. High quality wines made pretty much the same way since their Judgement of Paris days. Wines are complex, but not super bold

Overall, its a poor wine tasting experience due to the size of the establishment and set up of their wine tasting menu. However, the wines and service are good. Only worth a visit if you are very thirsty for wine, otherwise, I'm sure the experience will be much better at their Calistoga location“

“A hidden gem (just like the hit indie game Celeste)! This place had fantastic “vino”, and it felt like a true authentic wine experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the white wines that they provided (even if the wife had too many 🤣). I wish we had more to say about the wine quality of service - hoping to visit again soon!“
