I was suprised at the quality of the Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes. The order comes with two small portions. Tender potato, spinach & chive mixed in with the egg & cheese. Really tasty. My new favorite Starbucks breakfast menu item. I frequent this Starbucks location often. The consistency of all the beverage choices is reliable. The food is served warm and toasty complementing a nice start to a morning breakfast. The staff is friendly and high energy. I'm always greeted with a smile, great start to the day! I spend hours studying there multiple days of the week, and i’m not joking when I say taylor swift is the only thing I hear the entirety of being there. The music used to be fine but I think someone else got to control the music because I swear I have not heard any other artist but taylor swift in there.“

“Better Than a Near-by Starbucks In October, we were in San Francisco for some meetings for my wife. One thing that I enjoy is Starbuck’s Pumpkin-spiced Latte, which they bring out in the Autumn. Even though our near-by hotel had coffee, and we also had it in our room, I really enjoy the Pumpkin-spiced Latte. I had tried the Starbucks next to our hotel, where I had visited in the past, and was very disappointed, so the next day, I walked over to the Starbucks at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel, to the shop at 462 Powell St, just off of Union Square, and a long block from my hotel. This was a better experience, and only a few dozen steps away. This shop was much cleaner, and roomier, as well. There were no “street people’ in the shop, and everyone seemed to be either a tourist, like me, or a worker in the Union Square area. There was no line, so my order was placed immediately. Since I had already had a lovely breakfast, I was not even tempted by the pastries. My Pumpkin-spiced Latte was up quickly, and unlike the day before, I had no issues sitting near the Powell St windows, and enjoying it. This was a much, much better experience.“
“One of the better downtown locations as it still has seating available and the storefront is both clean and shelves stocked. On a typical day there's a steady stream of tech workers with laptops out working while the sun is shining and the staff have been friendly every time I've visited.My only complaint is that some of the outlets are broken and in need of fixing, but other than that I love coming to this location for a little remote work & coffee.“

“Note: I did not see a handicap accessible/automatic door at this location. Please be aware if you are venturing in with a wheelchair, stroller or other device. Having said that people are in and out and someone could hold a door open in a pinch. There is omg booth seating against the floor to ceiling window/wall to the left hand you enter. There are about seven or so tiny round tables against the booths with single chair on the other sides. The tables are so close together. Typically single customers find a seat against the window/wall and the chairs on the other side of the small table are not taken but it would be awkward to sit there given how small the tables are. They could use some single person seating as the tables seem like wasted space. The staff are friendly. The service is fast. I love their matcha and they are never too crowded. Street parking only. This Starbucks is also very clean and actually has bathrooms!“

They always have friendly staff members and my order always comes out within minutes. I usually get the Bacon Gouda sandwich. The gouda cheese coats the creamy egg and the bacon adds a nice saltiness to the sandwich. It comes on a soft ciabatta roll. Yum! I love coming here for breakfast and will continue to do so. I also enjoy their outdoor patio seating because it's usually nice weather in this area.“

“Beautiful Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby of a corporate office building. I came here just after lunch for an afternoon pick me up and the place was pleasantly non-busy. I was able to order right away and my drink came out shortly after. I had to knock one star off because of the way they made my green tea latte - having worked at Starbucks previously, the recipe is that you don't shake a green tea latte if you're making this as a cold beverage - you're supposed to stir instead. Otherwise, there is so much foam that builds up on top of the drink, at least 1/3 of my cup was foam. I felt skimped on the actual drink that I paid almost $5 for.“

“This Starbucks is confidently located in a Safeway. So it's a great grab and go spot if you want to get something quick before or after you do some grocery shopping. The staff is always friendly and makes my drink quickly. I usually get the caramel macchiato latte. This drink definitely helps me stay awake and super comforting on a foggy day. Sometimes this Safeway can get pretty crowded especially on Giants baseball game days since the stadium is down the street. If that happens I suggest going to the Starbucks that's just down the block from this one.“

“Walking in the Financial district makes you wonder, where did all of the people go? It also makes you think, if a car pulls up abruptly, you better be ready to haul arse. It was kinda creepy as we made our way to Starbucks (just directly across the street from Transamerica. Although walking around at 10:00 a.m. decreases the probability of getting stuck up, you can never be too careful. Finally ducking into this Starbucks location, you'll notice plywood on the front door. A bit disconcerting but the friendly employees were disarming. Reassuring in a way, they asked me how I was and where I came from. I like that, people talking to me, human being to human being. These employees were extra friendly. The caramel macchiato, hot,venti was superb and we couldn't stick around too long because I needed to get my 10,000 steps. They say that Transamerica is being remodeled and are hoping for more foot traffic. But with everyone working from home and owning espresso makers, I don't know if we'll see that any time soon. Hope they are able to stay open and fix that front door. They were also fully stocked with wonderful pastries and baked goods.“
“Went here the other day and was struck by the unorthodox customer service and refusal to mindlessly adhere to outdated norms of cafe hygiene. The first thing I noticed was a giant rat that just seemed to have free rein of the place. I was like, guys, uh, there's a giant rat right there next to the espresso machine, and everyone was like, oh, it's cool, that's just Emily. “Situated within the entrance to Mollie Stones, I'd say that this location may be a good alternative if you want something quick while in the area. I tried to order on the Starbucks app however, they were stating that certain inclusions weren't available at this location so I decided to just go in and see for myself. My suggestion is, don't use the app to order as it is not always accurate when it comes to this location specifically. Also, in terms of ambiance...it's in the entrance so there aren't any doors which can make it very chilly. I would not recommend sitting there for any length of time due to that fact alone. Overall, I would say this Starbucks location is great for "grab n go" or if you want a drink while shopping at Mollie Stones. The food was great as always and the people were nice enough.“

With all the neighboring businesses it’s a very competitive area as far as finding parking. And parking enforcement is very much present.The location was not slammed with people so there’s an opportunity for them to do some quick maintenance on the customer areas.I was greeted with a smile and the person was patient with me. Quality/Quantity - Consistent, small coffee. Atmosphere - Inside a Wells Fargo Bank, I am not a customer of Wells Fargo any more... NO Yelp to follow as it will NOT be positive. Actually, a fairly large Starbucks for being inside a bank. To-go only, no seating. They also put in the cream and sugar for you, I prefer to do it myself. Peets is back to self service. They do this for COVID reasons, so we can respect that. Service - Good, very speedy. Cashier was perfect. She was patient as I opened my Spotify app to pay, I really need to separate the apps on my phone... She communicated well, letting me know that she will make my coffee so that I did NOT need to wait, thanks. Price - $2.95, while Peets is $2.65 for the same size. The staff here knows the customers very well and a lot of them are on name basis! Having anxiety it can be overwhelming attempting to try something new, but when I try they are very patient and positive. My drinks are also consistent which I've had a problem with at other locations. The staff seem to work hard and well together. Jackson is my go to location!“
