The coffee was smooth, refreshing, and an excellent way to start the day. The Presidio location is fantastic, with a relaxed atmosphere and a lovely setting to sit and enjoy your drink. A great spot to recharge, not far from the Yoda Fountain.“
“My latte with marshmallow cold foam was made right and my whole order was correct. This is a very busy spot surrounded by hospitals and medical offices so maybe give the employees a break, they already work for an evil corporation they don’t need to hear it from customers too. “I do really love this starbucks and almost every single barista here is incredible. However, when I was here today the barista Allison was incredibly RUDE. Not once did she smile and she made my drink wrong THREE TIMES. While she was making my drink wrong AGAIN, she was busy gossiping with another barista(young asian girl).I am still leaving 5 stars because every other person and aspect of this starbucks is incredible other than Allison. She was very rude and really made me not want to come here. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time with all the other friendly and kind baristas.“

“I came here on a hot day, I was in the area where I was in need of a refresher to cool me down. Upon arrival, the interior was dim and the air conditioning was on which felt so good. I was greeted by their very welcoming, well trained and understanding staffs which made my visit a satisfying and memorable one. The shop itself was very clean for a Starbucks. They offer many kinds of coffee, lattes, refreshing drinks, Frappuccinos, snacks, sandwiches, pastries and much more to choose from. All the drinks are made to order which is always a plus for me, because I do not mind the wait since I am a very patient person. I would have to say having a Starbucks here is a win, because it is on a Main Street and it is always someone’s craving. I highly recommend this place to all coffee enthusiasts, if you are in need of a quick bite, or to anyone looking for a laid back place to hangout at or to get some work done. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious/refreshing options they have to offer.“
“At first glance, this is a really cozy Starbucks, with a simple but cool interior. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However, this place is also a bit of a hotspot for the homeless. While we were sitting there, almost more homeless people came in asking for water than customers came in. For this reason, the toilets were also not very nice, as they were used for other than toilet visits.“

“I visited the Starbucks Coffee Company in May 2024 in San Francisco - Union Square, CA. All the foods and drinks are excellent in a luxury city. This is next to Geary Street in San Francisco - Union Square. All the services were excellent as well as the atmosphere. My favorite coffee was Caramel Crunch coffee that feels like the mood and happiness. This place is popular and rich.“

“A courteous and caring staff that cares about the quality of the Starbucks product and the relationship with their local clientele. Usually I order a Venti White Chocolate Mocha. This time, the barista team sold me on the reintroduced Pumpkin Spiced Latte. Yum! I now have a new favorite drink when I return to the corner of Fremont and Folsom.“

“Of course it was five stars it's a Starbucks. They're all alone. Although this one is in a grocery store. That's okay. Google maps had a little trouble telling me exactly where it is though because it said I had a ride then I looked there and I didn't see it but I didn't see a Starbucks and I'll figure it out maybe I better go check out Safeway and see if there's a Starbucks there there and sure enough there it was.“

“This was a perfect example of Howard Schultz's community cafe. Great to see the morning crowd pop-in and out w/their morning caffeine. The Barista crew was welcoming and expedient with my order as well as with other's. he cafe environment was physically small, yet cozy and comforting to my needs. One of the better SBs that I've had the pleasure to visit and hope to frequent in the near future.“

“Always a pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The place is clean, cozy, and the atmosphere is comfortable for relaxing or getting some work done. The baristas here are very friendly, and they consistently prepare drinks exactly how you want. Service is fast, even during busy hours, and the store is always well-maintained. A reliable spot for good coffee and a quick break during the day.“

And they had A LOT of pick up drinks ready to be picked up. Only like a 3min wait to order and super short wait to get our 2 caramel ribbon crunch frappichinos. Which we were very impressed with considering how many online orders they had/we're making. 5/5 ✨

“I ordered my drink wrong from ice to hot, and asked the lady for ice. She asked if it was too hot and I told her I ordered wrong. She was super nice and told me it won’t taste good if just adding ice in it so she remade me a new one. The nicest Starbucks store I been to, and it was my birthday, first time hearing happy birthday from a Starbucks employee“

“I usually go to Starbucks on 24th Street. Food and Coffee are reasonably priced. Service is good and there’s always a place to sit and enjoy. I usually have their protein container of cheese, fruits and crackers with a cup of their Coffee.“
“I was there back in 2022. It was early in the morning, everything was closed. My phone almost dead, no maps no nothing in that city, I stumbled upon this Starbucks on King st. And I had a pleasure of meeting one of the sweetest souls ever. I do not remember the name of the barista, unfortunately. I was genuinely amazed by their vibes and just had this sudden urge to give them a compliment, and I did. And I thought nothing much of it. But then when I took my card out to pay for the hot chocolate they said “It’s on me”. I did not expect it, and It was one of the sweetest memory of that whole trip. They were the first person i interacted with in San Francisco, and it definitely gave a great start to the trip. Whoever you were, I want you to know that I remember you, and I told every single one of my friends about how kind you were to me. Thank you for the sweet memory.“

“I usually don't go to the Starbucks inside Target, but this location is exceptionally clean and spacious. Barista Hannah was so kind to remake our drink when I mentioned it wasn't to my liking; she had a wonderful attitude and ensured the second drink met our expectations. Thank you, Hannah!“

“Another Howard Schultz community cafe experience. The Chestnut St. cafe baristas were attentive and welcoming to me during my early morning visit. Taste consistency of the Starbucks' product was ever present and the seating cushioned my stay with ease. Great place to get the morning caffeine fix and settle in w/a lite read or casual conversation w/another patron.“
“Gotta love the 6$ drink and pastry combo. The staff made an effort to understand my order, albeit a bit complex. I didn’t want coffee or matcha or iced tea. I wanted to try something from their warm tea line. They offered to steam the milk which nobody does for me. They asked relevant questions and prepared a calm drink in a world filled with chaos. The pastry and warm beverage made for a delightful in store experience which is what I imagine the brand conceptualized when opening the first in store Starbucks at the Mollie Stones in Pacific Heights. I wasn’t at the Mollie Stones in Pacific Heights, I was at the Safeway in Potrero Center, but throughout my shopping experience in this chaotic world I felt like I was at the very least a little fancy and I think that had to do a lot with the service and brand recognition.“
“I work here. We try our best for the nonstop lines that we get all day. We don't receive tips like normal Starbucks so it kinda wears down on our energy. So if you come in with a positive attitude and remember to say thank u it really makes our day. We don't ask for much but patience and gratitude. “It’s Starbucks what can I say. Unfortunately they can’t hold on to good employees because the cost of living in this area is so high. As soon as I get to know a barista well enough for them to do my drink right they move on. Due to a constant turnover of staff I ranked them 4⭐️and that was generous.“

“If you are an upper manager and monitoring the reviews, you need to know that the current crew are working very hard and this branch is located in a very desirable location, so they need help. They are understaffed and running and can’t get the orders done on time because of the high volume. You need to send them more trained crew here.“

Right in the middle of the international arrival terminal, baristas had a pep to their step and they had a good number to support large volume of orders, thanks for a pleasant experience Starbucks at the airport!“

The space is just about perfect for long study sessions if you can snag a large table. They should offer more tables of a larger size/rectangle shape. There are lots of outlets, even USB ports which I rarely ever see but need often.
I seriously love that this Starbucks gives me a ceramic mug when I order for-here. They even gave me a free tea, served in a mug, when I tried to purchase a second cup!
I wish I could point the lights in a different direction so I don't get as much glare when I work at the bench tables, but, they'd need a ladder. Overall though the lighting is nice and warm toned and I can still sit for hours working on my laptop. Very cozy in here especially at the cushiony benches and tables by the window.
Thanks to the staff for being so chill (and letting me study here for many many hours,) it really makes a positive difference!“
