Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular spot for coffee lovers, known for its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Many customers appreciate the positive energy of the team, especially during the busy morning rush. The drinks, like the matcha latte, are often crafted perfectly, and regulars enjoy that their orders are typically made to the exact recipe without shortcuts.
However, there have been some concerns regarding order accuracy when ordering in person, as some customers experienced incorrect orders. Customer service can vary; while some staff are described as fantastic and accommodating, others have been noted as overwhelmed and occasionally rude. The interior provides a great space for sitting down and working, with free refills available on coffee. Overall, this Starbucks location offers a blend of excellent drinks and a vibrant environment, although there are areas for improvement in service consistency.
