“This is one of my favorite Starbucks because Jess, Edel and the rest of the staffs there is super friendly and provide great customer service . If I have to list them all it’s going to be a long list . The whole staff there is so wonderful and kind. They really take the time to get to know their customers. I have no complaints except thank you for making my drinks right and such excellent customer service. I love the positive energy in there so they are the Starbucks A Team ! ??❤️???. Thats why this is my go to Starbucks!“

“It's my belief each person in the service industry legit puts themselves on the line each day to make sure communities and families are fed and have needed supplies during this crazy Covid-19 pandemic. I currently live in Los Angeles, and I can't go home to SSF to help my mom (70's) and grandmother (98 years old) with things like getting groceries and supplies. Too risky, given their ages. From the moment I called, Connie not only provided beyond excellent customer service, she listened to my situation with empathy and, along with Eren, provided easy solutions to help me get my mom and grandmother the supplies they need. Connie handled every single step of the communication process with compassion and grace, and Eren's unquestioning support as a manager for Connie's efforts to assist me are invaluable assets for this store... especially during this time of crisis. My mom and grandmother will be getting what they need, free of any Covid-19 worry, because of their efforts. Not sure how to better review or thank Connie, Eren and this specific location other than to say that their kindness has pretty much guaranteed that whenever my husband and I are in the Bay Area after this Covid crisis is over, we'll pretty much be exclusively grocery shopping at this location.“
“I had such a great experience at Starbucks today, and I really wanted to call out the amazing service I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what really stood out was the barista, James.
James went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about giving great service. Not only did he get my drink exactly right, but he also took the time to make a recommendation that I ended up loving. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of positive energy and attention to detail.
It’s experiences like this that keep me coming back. Huge thanks to James for making my day a little better—Starbucks is lucky to have him!“

“Chris, the Store Manager, and his entire team of baristas are truly outstanding.
As a former Shift Lead of eight years, I can confidently say this has become my favorite and regular store because of their consistent attention to detail and exceptional level of customer service. They remember us by name, along with our usual drinks and food orders. They always greet us with a smile and send us off with one as well.
Their drink quality is excellent, especially when Chris is on bar, and I have never had to return for a remake or request a refund.
One thing that should not go unnoticed is how hardworking Chris is. I visit once or twice a day, and he is always present and active in the store. Whether he is on bar, working the register, stocking, sweeping, mopping, or taking care of trash runs, he leads by example and never seems above any task.
Coming from a store manager like Ruby K., who was also incredibly hardworking and set a strong example for her staff, I truly respect and admire that kind of leadership. Chris possesses many qualities that are not often seen anymore, and his baristas should feel grateful to work under someone who sets such a strong standard.
Hats off to Chris and his entire staff. We appreciate you all so much.

“Wow this Starbucks is so pretty and super comfy in the weekend. It probably caters to the office buildings here so it's very quiet over the weekends. It's spacious and the only reason I even found this place was looking for a place to charge my onewheel as I explore this new area. It's so nice that I want to stay here and work (I didn't bring my laptop unfortunately). The people are super nice as usual and because it's not as crowded there is just the right vibe to make even the expensive drinks worth it. The restroom unfortunately is shared so you have to walk a bit and it has a code.“
