“Wow this Starbucks is so pretty and super comfy in the weekend. It probably caters to the office buildings here so it's very quiet over the weekends. It's spacious and the only reason I even found this place was looking for a place to charge my onewheel as I explore this new area. It's so nice that I want to stay here and work (I didn't bring my laptop unfortunately). The people are super nice as usual and because it's not as crowded there is just the right vibe to make even the expensive drinks worth it. The restroom unfortunately is shared so you have to walk a bit and it has a code.“

“The customer service here is amazing, and Jeccica is always cozied out regular customers and adds an extra pup cup! This store is so convenient and easy to stop at since it's right near Holy Cross and Trader Joe's. If you've been at the cemetery or just need a good sign to start your work week, this is the perfect quick spot.“

“It's my belief each person in the service industry legit puts themselves on the line each day to make sure communities and families are fed and have needed supplies during this crazy Covid-19 pandemic. I currently live in Los Angeles, and I can't go home to SSF to help my mom (70's) and grandmother (98 years old) with things like getting groceries and supplies. Too risky, given their ages. From the moment I called, Connie not only provided beyond excellent customer service, she listened to my situation with empathy and, along with Eren, provided easy solutions to help me get my mom and grandmother the supplies they need. Connie handled every single step of the communication process with compassion and grace, and Eren's unquestioning support as a manager for Connie's efforts to assist me are invaluable assets for this store... especially during this time of crisis. My mom and grandmother will be getting what they need, free of any Covid-19 worry, because of their efforts. Not sure how to better review or thank Connie, Eren and this specific location other than to say that their kindness has pretty much guaranteed that whenever my husband and I are in the Bay Area after this Covid crisis is over, we'll pretty much be exclusively grocery shopping at this location.“

If I’m running behind, I’ll usually order my Iced Matcha Latte through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, there’s never an option to add a note requesting my “Extra Non-Dairy Strawberry Cold Foam,” so I’ll call the store and ask if they can add it to my drink.

Joe is usually the one who answers my call, and he is always SO sweet and accommodating! He never makes it feel like an inconvenience and is always happy to help. It’s little things like this that make such a difference and keep me coming back.

It also offers shared indoor seating, making it a comfortable place to enjoy your order. One of the best features is that Starbucks, Wendy's, and Speedway all share the same building, making it easy to fuel up, grab a meal, and pick up your favorite drink in one convenient stop.“
