“I am genuinely surprised to see this location rated at only 3.9 stars. I've been coming here twice a week for the past month, and my experience has been consistently five-star.

The morning staff is particularly excellent. They are always friendly, and their genuine smiles are the perfect way to start my day. Yes, they get busy—it's Starbucks—but the consistent and friendly greeting everyone receives truly sets this location apart.

This spot is now one of my top locations, right up there with the East Cut store in SF!“

“I come here a lot, it’s always extremely busy and takes a long time to get my coffee, however the people working are great, I would like to thank Ashley, who made my experience really great. She is very personal and made sure everything I wanted was there! I love Starbucks, great coffee! Thanks again!!!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks around. It's very nice and comfortable inside unlike most Starbucks these days. You can actually sit in a nice chair and read or work for an hour while enjoying your coffee. It's large with many seats and couches and tables and a comfy vibe. All Starbucks should be like this. More of them used to be until they were remodeled into doordash drive-thrus, which was tragic.“

Vegetarian options: Decent vegetarian options are available, however I believe Starbucks overall can do better on their pure vegetarian options worldwide.

“I often visit this place first before starting my Target trips since I always take long trips a d having coffee while shopping is delightful. It’s good to have a Starbucks in every Target store.The staff are friendly. Sometimes, I got my orders mixed up though. I was quite upset for not having what I wanted but just shrugged it off.

“I was here on a Sunday morning because the Hillsdale shopping Center only open from 10:00 p.m. so I decided to start my morning with a coffee Starbucks right in the Hillsdale shopping Center Starbucks open earlier. They're internally connected this Hillsdale shopping Center.

I bought a decaf coffee in a mug up which cost $3.25.
There are very few people using the cup so I have to ask them to put the coffee in the mug cup because I'm drinking in shop.

The location is very good because it's in the shopping center. When you finish shopping you can go there. Have a cup of coffee and chill. I started go to trader Joe's and then headed to the Starbucks. They're very close, about 5 minutes walk.

Coffee is good. The place is good. There are two table seats outside. No wait time in the morning. Just one thing I'm not never comfortable with.

I paid using my Starbucks app but it looks like they charged me twice. I'm not sure if there's a security holding on it. I only swiped My Starbucks barcode at the counter once and when I asked the staff if they have charged my twice. They said no. It looks like they don't know what's going on. I might have to call Starbucks customer service to make sure I'm not being charged twice if I find out it's not a security hold.

I would say the service is good but the Starbucks app doesn't function well leading to a moderate experience in shop.“

“Amazing experience, would absolutely return and recommend to anyone visiting the bay area over any other starbs store. Staff are so incredibly nice and knowledgeable about their menu options and do their best to service customers. Karla, part of the staff, stood out as she was on the register taking orders. She was so incredibly nice, she is a woman who is willing to go above and beyond. I dont know what they get paid, but she is definitely worth more than it. Constantly being friendly, love her. Space is small and nowhere to sit, even outside, but is very cleanly and they do not play about closing time duties. Customers seem a little rude, but that does not change their attitudes. Very sanitary, food is delicious, staff friendly, only downside is seating. Otherwise, 15/10, thanks so much! will def be returning soon 😊“
