When I used my husband’s Starbucks card, cashier said she couldn’t put my name on the cup. Weird! But the barista made my coffee perfectly!!! That occasionally happens when I order my coffee at other Starbucks. The first time I was introduced to Iced Cocoa Cappuccino, I was hooked! I do have to order Iced Mocha Cappuccino now because I was told they don’t always have “cocoa” in stock.
Tried to buy a plain Venti Black Iced Tea, which is just under $3 in Burlingame (where I bought it the day before), but for some reason, this Starbucks is charging $3.25 which is a $0.30 increase. I tried to tell them that I wasn't getting a tea infusion or tea lemonade, to no avail. I have been coming to this location for 20 years and I'm really disappointed that they are scamming customers.
