Great food and great people. I always have excellent service and great food when I eat there.
One of my favorite restaurants! Food is delicious and reasonably priced, the staff is also very polite. The atmosphere is very calm. It's pretty quiet at the start of lunch but as more people come the volume level increases. The only thing I was annoyed by was that the soft shelled crab (an appetizer) came at the very end of our meal when we were all full. Other that that this is a great restaurant and has my recommendation!
All around very good, just didn't jump of the page. No Kirin. Karage was very good. All extremely fast.

The sushi is fresh and flavorful, though some portions may seem smaller than before. Guests particularly enjoy the Beef teriyaki, which is served in chunk pieces, and the curry katsu meals. The restaurant also provides a large range of choices, with special rolls that are delicious and super fresh, giving an authentic feel. The interior has been renovated, with new faces and a changed atmosphere. While some dishes, like the sashimi, may not be the highest quality, they are still considered good quality. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Hotaru offers a truly authentic sushi experience and remains a favorite spot for many, with something for everyone.
