I LOVED my Green Curry. It was so flavorful, yet light and delicate. It tasted so fresh, and was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The only thing about this restaurant I didn't like, was that I didn't know about it earlier. It is a true gem and we're so lucky to have it in San Mateo. I encouraged others to go there, and they have said the same. They have longer hours than many restaurants, too.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place. It exudes a Japanese cafe vibe with its appealing aesthetics and background music. The fusion of Thai and Japanese dishes is skillfully executed.For a satisfying experience, an appetizer and main dish are more than enough.I'm definitely planning to return to explore more of the chef's recommendations.Service is excellent, can't wait to try desserts next time!
