Wonderful menu with lots of delicious well thought out options
best pho i ever had !!! sooooo goood
We were looking for something open late after arriving to SFO. Rin-Tei was a great choice: we had the cold tan tan pho and creamy soy milk pho. Both were flavorful and filling.
