I was doing Uber delivery and picking up an order from this Starbucks location so I asked if I can use their bathroom while they still working on the order. But girl with messy hair said no public restrooms and suggested that I can go to Safeway next door.!! She is a devil that uses a fake smile.
For a global company, not providing restroom facilities for its customers is unacceptable. It’s such a basic service, and it says a lot about the poor level of customer care
