Starbucks in Daly City

“I am a regular at another starbucks, which still does an amazing job. but I also started going to this one for convenience.

they KILL it every time. I buy espresso based drinks with little milk, so i can taste when blonde is used versus other roasts and they NEVER mess it up and promptly offer to fix it if i even snap and think one thing is wrong. (which for this store, there’s never anything wrong enough for that to even be necessary)

After I get espresso based drinks, I get a coffee refill (which is technically allowed per corporate policy, and unlike other stores they never even so much as bat an eye about refill policy issues)

AND they never brew the drip coffee itself too weak, like many other stores do (the new drip machines dilute iced coffee differently) and they also always have it clean so the hot coffee tastes perfect with no aftertaste. they are constantly cleaning the drip coffee machine and making iced coffee the perfect strength.

Extra shoutout to the latino man with a black apron, he touches on my table sometimes and offers to make my refill and ring me up at my own convenience, which is beyond what is expected from a cashier-operated coffee shop! he absolutely is great at customer service and this job“

“Irish Cream Cold Brew and Peppermint Mocha during the holiday season is so good! Coffee is consistently good here and better than the other Starbucks nearby on the other side of the mall outside. Staff is friendly and chill. Short wait time and cool vibe inside Target. Also, behind the staff, on the other side of their wall, there's seating that's made of a really long bench with tables. Looked pretty clean.“

“Went to get a couple of drinks tonight, we were all over the place with one of our orders and the VERY kind, helpful barista was so patient and explained the different ways we could get one of our coffees. It was almost closing time, we went through the drive thru and this young man had THE BEST attitude.
When we pulled up to the window he greeted us with a beautiful smile,(he’s gorgeous).
It appeared he was working alone at this time. He was very friendly, super helpful, and very nice.
I tipped him with my card which I would’ve rather had tipped him cash, but when he saw I had tipped he said a huge thank you again with a beautiful smile. I wish I had gotten his name but I will be back haha. What a great person to have working there. I really hope he’s a permanent barista at this location.“

“A YEAR BEFORE- A few time here already, today i got cafe americano with steam milk and its taste water. So i asked for more coffee/ shot in there and told them to fix it. I got charged $2.45 more. I wish they could fix it for free and make everyone happy. The asian lady who fixed my coffee is a bit scary when I ask to fix my coffee. One cafe americano cost total was $5.90. R.I.P. But thanks this STARBUCK open 24 hour. I just hope every starbuck taste as good as the one from 791 HICKY BLVD, PACIFICA, CA 94044.A YEAR LATER- This place is getting better. Even I wanted to give 5 stars, I still don't know I should yet. The teast quality are top of the line now and it's really good. Since this is 24 hrs, its definitely perfect for those who looking to hang out at night. Since it's only one place open, restroom are ok but not like super clean.In my experiences, I was only there for evening or night time only for this year. Not sure what's daytime look like. Will be update more.“

“Always good coffee at this location. I see some “bad attitude” comments below, the Bay Area is expensive to live in don’t expect these baristas that probably don’t make much to be *nice* to you, just tip them for working hard. Embrace it they’re there to make your coffee not make you feel special, come on…“
