Always get the same things just about every day from the same employees in the rotation. Today I guess my order was mis entered. My coffee had two packets of Splenda. Wow! What a shocker when I took a sip as I got on the road. Horrible! Those little packets pack a huge aspartame punch. Couldn't dump that thing fast enough. Edgar makes the best tasting drinks by a long shot.
I don't understand how you can mess up black iced coffee. If you want coffee flavored water this is the place for you. If I'm going to spend $5 on coffee I'd rather it not taste like coffee water. This Starbucks has really gone downhill.

STARBUCKS!!!!! Send your employees to Customer Service classes quarterly!!!! They are focus on chit chatting and taking their time doing drinks. Barista was chatting away not paying attention. They don't even pay attention taking the orders either. When I told the barista the order was wrong he was annoyed.
