I love eating hotpot! Some of my fave spots are Ipot, Mokuku, and Seapot!I usually go in a group setting so I'm used to having a shared larger pot (with 2 different broths) and separate ingredients where we can divide, cook, and eat at our own leisure. My best friend was in town and we found that this Tasty pot was walking distance which was perfect since we also were bringing my baby in a stroller.We got there right around 11AM when they opened and we were the only guests there....read full review
I've seen this place around the bay but never got around to trying it. Finally came here to wind down after a busy day. We ordered through our phone, and the waiters didn't talk much to us much, just served us our food.Since I wasn't too hungry, we decided to share a medium Stinky Tofu Hot Soup and Mozzarella Sticks, which was an interesting menu choice. On a chilly day, my craving for something spicy led me to Tasty Pot, where I ordered the Sichuan Flavor Hot Soup. It comes with napa, beef slices, fish fillet, clam, aorta, imitation crabmeat, tempura, fishball, beef ball, zucchini, enoki mushroom, black mushroom, potato slices, frozen tofu, fried tofu puff, fried tofu skin, potato, noodle, and scallion.
