“This was one of my favorite meals in SF in a while. Dumpling Specialist is a restaurant where every dish at least solid. The great dishes: salt and pepper fish, Portuguese egg tarts, and baked barbecue pork buns. We also enjoyed the xlbs, pan-fried buns. I wouldn’t order the Shanghai noodles (no wok hei) or green beans (no caramelization, maybe just boiled) again and save room for other dishes.“

“This place is your typical Chinese cozy restaurant. If you’re looking for cleanliness like a PF Chang’s, this is not your place. There was a knat flying around. The women working were nice. The prices have definitely increased from the menu photos I saw on Google. If you’re coming here, you’re coming for the food and not the ambiance.
I ordered the string beans, eggplant, and beef pancake (apparently they’re known for this).
The egg plant was really tasty. I meant to choose the one with tofu but I ended up pointing to the picture which was without tofu. The egg plant was a tad spicy but very tasty.
The beef pancake was good too. I would recommend getting all these.“

“Great local spot for Bernal Heights area! A creative fusion of pub food with an Asian American flair! The fish and chips are fabulous. The smashburger is amazing. We love the fries and the gochujang ketchup. For pickled kimchi is amazing. I like the popcorn chicken and spare ribs as well! The owner's super nice. It's a great place to meet locals. Got to check it out!“

“Came here for the first time with friends. They have a massive menu so there’s something for everyone, even the pickiest of eaters.
It was a little difficult to figure out the system here, you order via your phone but once you figure it out it’s fine.
Everyone enjoyed their drinks and meals. My bear milk tea was the cutest and so tasty!
Bathroom was nice and clean.
I did have to flag a server down, so that we could pay as it had been awhile. However they were busy, and there was only of two of them so I understand.
You get a sticker for a free menu item for next time which is very cool. Overall it’s affordable and yummy, I had a pleasant time at this cafe with friends.“

“My daughter and I love hitting up this quiet boba spot for some delicious and chewy honey boba after school. We've enjoyed their oreo brulee and oreo smoothie, but I plan on trying some fruit teas next time, which we just learned are made from REAL FRUIT! They don't use fruit syrups to flavor any of their drinks. The service is outstanding -- I accidentally ordered extra boba on a drink that already included boba, and they offered to refund me. I'll be coming back every week!“

“This is such a good place! The Boba is quite cheap even outside of SF that made me suspicious, but its amazing! Affordable, good Boba, and good customer service! Sadly dont live near the area but would come here for affordable boba! Would recommend!“
