I tried their XXL Chicken Thigh—large, tender, and succulent, meticulously marinated and fried to a golden crisp. Though delicious, the crust is a bit oily and heavy. Overall, a flavorful treat that could be improved with a lighter touch.
Ordered using their self service kiosk for a XXL Chicken Legs and Thigh but when I looked at the receipt the order printed out as XXL chicken breast. The workers showed me their screen and every order before and after mine shows chicken breast. Curious how everyone's orders are all chicken breast. Why give the option of having chicken leg and thigh when the default is chicken breast? I was really looking forward to the chicken since I saw a Shihlin Hawaiian Street Snacks in Cupertino....read full review

You order through a self-service station at the counter, which allows a good amount of customization (level of spiciness, sweetness, ice, etc).
