Taiwanese Shaved Ice ior Bao Bing is very filling. It has boba, taro, beans and Aiyu jelly!
really nice staff...food is good...crispy crunchy outside...tender juicy chicken... fried mushroom was awesome, didnt expect half the bag... if not delivering food to a friend, i would have ordered the noodles for myself instead of the meal...definetly will come back and try other menu items
Very tasty authentic street eats from Taiwan

Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks offers a mix of authentic Taiwanese street food experiences, though reviews vary significantly. The restaurant's **popcorn chicken** is highly praised, receiving a perfect rating for being well-seasoned, juicy, and satisfying, making it a popular choice for after-school snacks and cravings for Taiwanese fried chicken. However, the **oyster pancake** and **oyster mee sua** have drawn criticism for lack of flavor and overly dark coloring, with some customers feeling that the dishes did not meet expected standards.
Despite the mixed reviews on certain items, many customers appreciate the friendly service and the option to correct orders, as seen with a customer who mistakenly ordered fish ball soup without noodles. The location can be challenging to access due to parking issues, but the restaurant's offerings, particularly the fried chicken, evoke memories of Taiwan's night markets. Overall, while some dishes may disappoint, the **popcorn chicken** remains a standout favorite, and the restaurant is considered a worthwhile stop for those craving Taiwanese street food.
