“One of my favorite bubble tea spots in the area! Since I live nearby, I'm a regular here—and I’ve pretty much tasted most of the menu, including their snacks.
Some of my personal favorites are the Vietnamese coffee, amber ice, peach with crema, white crystal with agar, honeydew, and their flavored teas. They offer drinks both hot and cold, and everything can be customized to your taste. I especially love that you can even split the cup into halves—super convenient!
Don’t miss the popcorn chicken—it's a must-try snack!
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the friendly staff and the amazing customer service. Keep up the great work, team!“

“Taiwanese Eats is a takeout-only restaurant in Redwood City that specializes in fan tuan (Chinese rice burrito). Fan tuan has become super trendy lately, but this has been my go-to spot long before all the hype! I’m so glad I discovered it early because it’s gotten really popular now, and orders can take a bit longer during busy times.
I usually order it through DoorDash for breakfast or lunch, it’s so convenient, incredibly filling, and always hits the spot. My most favorite are braised pork and pork floss. They offer both sticky rice and purple rice options, and the purple rice costs a little extra. Personally, I think it’s worth it because I love its chewy texture, although my friend prefers the classic sticky rice. The crispy fried dough inside is always flavorful and adds the perfect crunch to every bite. And, the portions are super huge! I can almost never finish one in a single sitting, so I usually cut it in half and save the rest for later. It’s just as delicious the second time around.
Their soy milk is another favorite of mine. It’s fresh and not overly sweet, which I really appreciate since many places make it too sugary.
If you’re craving authentic Taiwanese breakfast, I highly recommend giving this place a try!“

“One of my fave dumpling places—only place that I found that had lamb handmade dumplings. The handmade dumplings are always so juicy and flavorful. I also love the salt and pepper tofu and green onion pancakes—they’re always perfectly crispy. The frozen dumplings are also really easy to steam at home. 10/10“

“So many creative and yummy options! We were lucky and able to get a same day reservation at 5:15 pm on a Friday.
Service is impeccable and it looked like there was more staff than tables when we arrived but over the course of dinner, as the rest filled up, it made more sense.
We loved the custard appetizer. So smooth with great textures and flavors from the potato, fish roe and everything else in the bowl.
The lasagna was very unexpected yet delicious with layers and ground meat.
The pawns had great flavor and we liked the sausages and tomatoes it came with. I also love that the bodies were de-shelled as already.
The cold noodle was very interesting with the foam. It's a very mild flavor so this dish is more about the presentation and textures.
The scallops were fresh but not that interesting. I love Hokkaido scallops but I prefer them raw. This cook was good, just not that interesting.
The spicy hot tofu soup was fine. It didn't feel different or elevated from what I've had at other places and a touch too salty for our tastes.
There's plenty to try on the menu and would have loved to try the kalbi but our bill was quite pricey already.
I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, it's a great treat and dining experience.“

“More of a restaurant for individual meals than for family style. Prices are quite high for some more simple dishes like $20 for string beans is a little steep. I also found it weird that their Dandan noodles were hot.
Their bento boxes and beef noodle soup look good though, and I'll definitely try those in the future.“
