Creative and tasty food. I would not classify the food as Korean or Taiwanese... It's eclectic.
So many creative and yummy options! We were lucky and able to get a same day reservation at 5:15 pm on a Friday.
Service is impeccable and it looked like there was more staff than tables when we arrived but over the course of dinner, as the rest filled up, it made more sense.
We loved the custard appetizer. So smooth with great textures and flavors from the potato, fish roe and everything else in the bowl.

Yeobo, Darling is an incredible restaurant with a loud and buzzing atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including Sea Urchin, Scallion Croissant, Butternut Squash, Persimmon Salad, and Lasagna. The Scallion Croissant is a must-try, with a magical combination of textures and flavors, including the ribbon butter with pork floss on top. The Lasagna is also life-changing, made with chrysanthemum and spinach, giving it an out-of-this-world texture. Other notable dishes include the tilefish tang sui, with delicious crunchy skin and tender meat, and the Chilled Perilla Somyun, which is unique and grows on you. The staff are friendly and patient, happy to share recommendations. However, the reservation system can be a pain, and the prices may be slightly overpriced for the portion size and quality. Despite this, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit, with its elegant and chic space, and delicious food that will leave you wanting to come back.
