“Family owned and run and so delicious! The samosas are unlike the tough crusted ones elsewhere. The dough must be a family recipe because the crust on these is tender, yet crisp. Also, the mint dipping sauce has a nice spicy kick that rivals the tamarind sauce for memorable flavor and mint isn't even a favorite flavor of mine. Their chicken korma is also really good. I've stopped comparing kormas because they vary so widely, but theirs is warming and comforting like the best of them. I ordered everything with medium heat and for me, it was perfectly spiced, lingering on the tongue only a few minutes, but I will try it even spicier next time.Parking: Follow map that Curry & Kebab features on Google Maps. A little unclear if you can park in the covered parking area while the spa store is still open, but there are plenty of spots beyond. Note: this is a one way parking lot that exits onto Ivy St. You can circle the block to get back onto El Camino.“
“First of all, this was my first visit to this place. The cashier was fantastic. He is probably the owner of this place. It was on a Thursday during a two day rainy weather storm. I walked in at 11am and I was the only customer. The guy was super kind and the food was beyond good. I ordered a carnitas super burrito. He then told me about salsas in the beverage refrigerator. It was in little Togo cups. I grabbed one of each. One Pico De Gallo, one mild Red and one hot Red. I raved about the hot red and he said it is made fresh daily and that it is made with Habanero peppers. It had black pieces in the salsa which is probably from Roasting the peppers. The taste was so so good with the tortilla chips. Those also looked homemade. To drink I had the Aqua Frescas which was self serve. I helped myself to a refill for the road. I am not sure if that is allowed but no one stopped me.Last, the same cashier also made a point to remember not only my first name that he said several times during our conversation but on the way out as I said goodbye, he said Goodbye Mr. Garcia! This is a man who knows how to be a good business man but makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room.Several people came in after me and he knew them all. Everyone talked with him like they have known him for years. During my next visit through town, I will stop by again. This time, I will ask him his name and remember it because he means that much to me now. Cannot wait to return.“
“Vada pao and paneer roll were amazing. Spice level met our expectations of when eating street food items. (Ask them to lower the spice if you are not up for spicy food). Very friendly staff.Reply: It was perfect for me. Thanku.Vegetarian options: A lot of indian vegetarian optionsParking: Parking garage right behind the restaurant.“
“Good selection of salads that are mostly worth the high price. If you like your vegetables or just feel like getting something a little more healthy, I would give sweetgreen a try!Parking: Street parking can be hard to find depending on the time and day. Usually free after 6 or on holidays.“
“We’re regulars from the time the restaurant was named Rasa and the name change has, if anything, made it better. The food, service and ambiance are all amazing. It remains our go-to restaurant for all special occasions and taking friends visiting from outside the Bay Area!!“
“The food is consistent and incredible. The staff is all friendly and helpful. You can almost always be seated immediately. Very delicious lunch specials. I love meat usually but the vegetarian options are fantastic. This is my favorite Indian restaurant in RWC.“
“Vegetarian / vegan wrap perfect for Good Friday. The Turkish double espresso was delicious and not gross like the bitter American roasters. I got fries, but did not realize lentil soup is on the menu. Next time. Operated by family, doesn’t get better than that.Dietary restrictions: Halal“
