“I was surprised how good the food here is! Not too greasy, and very reasonably priced, they're also open late and jave both indoor and outdoor seating. Service is also very good, I would definitely recommend if you're looking for lunch or a quick late night bite in Half Moon Bay.“

“Anchored in the bay, all the way from Puget sound and a dinghy ride in for food. Walked around and quickly realized this was the busiest spot in town. Cold beverages outside made the wait alright. The "award winning" fish and chips were great! Calamari too. Great food, generous portions & good view of our boats. Staff was fun too. Cheers!“

“This place was really good and receives a solid 5 Star review. With that being said you must realize you are in a dinner at a small airport. The menu has more on it than I expected. The place was fairly busy and very steady with customers. The facility was neat, clean and well maintained. The full kitchen is within full view and was clean. The food was pretty good. The restroom was clean. The staff was attentive and pleasant. The food was pretty good and the prices were not inflated like in Half Moon Bay.
A pleasant experience and I would gladly return again and again.“

“Sometimes great things happen in busy strip malls! The rolls were delish. Fresh, tightly rolled, flavorful with balanced cuts of fish and rice and seasoning. Sake was nice and hot. Miso soup also great. An absolute treat for lunch. Prices are very reasonable. Excellent service!! Highly recommended.“

“This took me far too long to write, but I wanted to find the right words to say. My husband and I had been waiting two long years to get married. We postponed twice because of the pandemic and in the course of that time changed our venue to San Benito House. Let me tell you, that was the BEST decision we ever made. Not only is the venue itself incredibly beautiful and the food so delicious, but Kai and his staff bent over backwards for us and all of our guests. Kai is the ultimate hype guy and he took what normally would have been a stressful event to plan, and made it so easy and fun. I would (and will) recommend that anyone who is wanting a Half Moon Bay wedding, that this is the ultimate place to go. Our guests are still talking about the day and if we could, we’d do it 1000 times over just to experience the magic again. Thank you, thank you, thank you! To Kai and the incredible staff, you are truly THE BEST.“

“Food is good but the reviews need to be updated so badly. We stopped here thinking it'd be cheap only to find out the only menu photos are from 6 years ago and prices are dramatically raised now. Still got stuff just would've been nice to have been aware ahead of time... One star off for that only otherwise a great place imo“

“Man!!! I love this place. I’m here on vacation and have walked here twice for breakfast and once for dinner. The people are so nice and welcoming and the service is lightning fast. The food—-wow. So good and fresh. Great salads, sandwiches and the pancakes are excellent. I enjoyed the sausage omelette today. Very good and topped with extra avocado. Highly, highly recommended!“

“I have been Jonesin for for a lobster roll. I ordered the lobster and cheese sandwich, thinking it would be a grilled cheese with a dash of lobster. Boy, was I wrong! It has a generous helping of lobster, the right amount of cheese and perfect on sourdough! This went well with a black and tan, along with some delicious cheesy tots! This is a really nice, friendly pub and I will be back!!“

I came to Half Moon whilst travelling for the FIFA World Cup.
I had the pork burrito one night and came back and had the fish tacos with rice the next night. Loved every bite. Probably going to go back before it closes tonight…
