This place has THE BEST FISH & CHIPS. Really. It'll ruin fish & chips from any other place on the planet. The first time I tried Barbara's was during the pandemic when I was looking for a place to eat outside, & I had always wanted to eat here. There is nothing fancy about this place (it has that coastal charm that HMB is known for & the staff is always quick and friendly), but you come here for the amazing food. Service was great and so was the food. Fresh big oysters and cheaper than the other oyster bars too. The prawn ceviche was okay, the chowder in the bread bowl was good though. Would definitely come back
