“What a fabulous evening, we all unanimously agreed that Pasta Moon is our new go to dinner spot when we are in Half Moon Bay. The food, service and ambiance were perfect and the Roasted Chiogga and Golden Beet Salad was amazing.“

“If you have curious little monkeys at home this is the best place for a Sunday morning brunch.
There are planes landing and taking off and the outside and inside seating is comfortable and has plenty of space. The food is well prepared and has a good variety of favorites. There are also adult drinks if you are looking for a mimosa or a lager while you eat.
We had the waffles a hamburger and drinks for 40 bucks at a great place just a short drive from Mavericks and Princeton pier. This is a bargain.“

“Such a gem of a place! Everything here is scrumptious from the ricotta pancakes to the chilaquiles to the French toast to the eggs Benedict! Wish my stomach was bigger so I could eat seconds. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. They even welcomed my dog. Love this place!“

“Anchored in the bay, all the way from Puget sound and a dinghy ride in for food. Walked around and quickly realized this was the busiest spot in town. Cold beverages outside made the wait alright. The "award winning" fish and chips were great! Calamari too. Great food, generous portions & good view of our boats. Staff was fun too. Cheers!“

Beyond the food being so fresh and delicious, it is a wonderful experience to dine here. The owner is so sweet and attentive, and the interior is decorated so beautifully. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.“

“Stopped by twice in two days because it’s so good! The flavors were delicious! The owner was there both times and explained his process of how he creates everything from scratch. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend going here.“

“This took me far too long to write, but I wanted to find the right words to say. My husband and I had been waiting two long years to get married. We postponed twice because of the pandemic and in the course of that time changed our venue to San Benito House. Let me tell you, that was the BEST decision we ever made. Not only is the venue itself incredibly beautiful and the food so delicious, but Kai and his staff bent over backwards for us and all of our guests. Kai is the ultimate hype guy and he took what normally would have been a stressful event to plan, and made it so easy and fun. I would (and will) recommend that anyone who is wanting a Half Moon Bay wedding, that this is the ultimate place to go. Our guests are still talking about the day and if we could, we’d do it 1000 times over just to experience the magic again. Thank you, thank you, thank you! To Kai and the incredible staff, you are truly THE BEST.“

“This is a Coffee House owned and operated by a local resident family. Yes, I’m a past employee from when the Granola’s opened. If you want to buy local or just traveling through HMB this is a great ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ (5 Star) place for a quick snack, meal, read a book or work remotely awhile. I highly recommend the breakfast cookie or a bagel breakfast sandwich! Yes, the pour over coffee is my fav. If you’ve not been here before…. What are you waiting for?“

“I have been Jonesin for for a lobster roll. I ordered the lobster and cheese sandwich, thinking it would be a grilled cheese with a dash of lobster. Boy, was I wrong! It has a generous helping of lobster, the right amount of cheese and perfect on sourdough! This went well with a black and tan, along with some delicious cheesy tots! This is a really nice, friendly pub and I will be back!!“

“Love the breakfast here! It’s my go-to spot! Staff is attentive and friendly. You can tell they care about the quality, the portions are generous, I’m really impressed with everything I get when I come here. “Rarely do I give 5 star reviews but the ladies and the coffee are TOPS. The owner got a new (super expensive) espresso machine a year or so ago and you can definitely taste it. Beans were always above average but now you can taste the difference. And the ladies/service there??!!? Maaaan, good people. Tip well, It's worth it. Trust me, I've been in the food service industry for over 23 years. Owner's a good guy too“

“The prawns are incredibly large and light, almost like popcorn — very fun to eat. Fries are crispy on the outside but soft and flavorful on the inside. Best prawns and chips I’ve ever had. When ordering ahead by phone, the staff are always so pleasant, helpful, and patient.“

“I was there with my daughter and we both have great appetite. plates have plenty of food and it was delicious so much that my daughter bought extra hot sauce she really enjoyed it well so do I. highly recommended and I will visit you guys again whenever I go back to California.“
