I often walk around Pillar Point and make my way to Princeton where the waterfront eateries are. Much like a beer garden, Jettywave offers delicious libations in a cozy outdoor setting. There is an inside area, but it is small in comparison with the outside seating bringing the appeal.Cocktails are pricey, but they are craft made with quality ingredients you can taste and see in their presentation. Very high quality distiller. Awesome bottles, and spacious fun tasting room and bar. They specialize in barrel aging with blends of local grains and spices. I did a flight with Kimberlee, she is super nice and knowledgeable.
