“Fun surfer punk dive bar with cheap drinks and outdoor patio, complete with surfboards. Free popcorn and occasional handcrafted wood oven Italian pizza for sale outside. Surprisingly, many big names have played at this tiny beach venue, like The Mummies & Supersuckers! This place continues to create new memories for me each time!“

“I love this spot! My sister used to work here while I was growing up as well as a few friends while I was in my teens. It has always been a peaceful place to draw, read, catch up with a friend, and sip coffee with a snack. They have changed ownership a number of times and always retained good quality! From time to time a man will come in and play piano on the out of tune wooden one. Mostly 60s-early 80s music, he knows all the lyrics too! The landscape artwork by Pam Anderberg is really phenomenal and matches the coastal energy of the cafe. Couldn’t speak higher of a cafe in Pacifica!
The line can be a bit overwhelming on weekends if there is an event. When there was a running event I think it took 20 minutes to get a coffee and muffin.

Reducing a star because of a female barista here that gave terrible service. I asked if I could order two separate single shot espressos, instead of a double shot to which she responded “take your scam somewhere else this is a small business etc.” and generally took a harsh tone. I still ordered and just got a double shot. When I gave her cash for this, she tossed the change back across the counter from my purchase which slid onto the floor. This interaction has stuck with me as I’ve never had a problem visiting this cafe before. Anytime I see this barista behind the counter I decide I’ll just have coffee at home instead.“

“The eatery is conveniently close to Highway 1. The inside space is appealing, the cuisine is expertly cooked, and the servers are attentive and amiable. Although the restaurant's interior is small, there are benches outdoors. There were also restrooms. A pleasant setting for a holiday.“

“Great local home town bar with ping pong, darts, and pool, they've got great live music and fun events like karaoke and open mic. It's also on the bus route, and a great place to watch the game, with great food places nearby. The Long Board is a fun and entertaining place to go.“

“I’ve lived in Pacifica for over 40 years and have never dined in this restaurant. Family members have told me about it and today a friend/sister said she was going to eat here and I decided to come. Am I happy that I listened and finally came in! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is superb and the staff are super, super sweet! “This spot has been a local favorite of mine for years. I come at least once a week. The food is great, they've got some super creative rolls. The service is fast unless they're swamped, but that's not their fault and I don't mind waiting. The prices are incredibly affordable by sushi standards and the owner works hard to keep them low. Best of all are the staff; they are SO kind and welcoming. I really recommend the place.“

“Highly recommend if you haven’t been lately to give Pacifica Thai another shot. They seem to have some revamped dishes in their kitchen/chef and oh so much flavor goodness. We dined in as a group of 6 celebrating a birthday and we tried many dishes. As a pescatarian/veggie lover I enjoyed their cucumber salad, pad Thai, eggplant / pad makeur, Penang curry salmon, and mango sticky rice for dessert. Will bring my family next time and start them into our takeout rotation! Highly recommend!“

“I go out of my way to get La Mordida' salsa. Generous self serve salsa bar, delicious Chipotle, Verde, pickled jalapeños and carrots, and spicy peppers and mango salsa (I miss the spicy cucumber salad they used to have all the time. The vegetarian options are good, sometimes just all right, but they are very consistent and everything is very fresh. I can make a whole side dish out of their salsa bar while I wait for my order, which makes this my favorite taqueria in town. The one star is missing from my review in atmosphere, only because it's usually quite loud so I only do to-go. I've only sat inside to eat once or twice. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and kind, even with language barriers. Never gotten my order wrong“

“The meat was tender and smokey with rich flavor. The ribs were tasty. My wife liked the brisket, it was moist and had good texture. The beans were ordinary. The slaw was good. Everyone liked the corn bread.“

“Came in with my friend while visiting the area and I enjoyed the experience from the time I called ahead to ask a question until we were leaving out and satisfied. When we came in there was an amazing aroma from the fresh baked goods and the owner was so sweet and warm ❤️. I got a bowl and being someone that tries to avoid added sugar and processed foods, I was well accommodated. There was also scripture cards on one of the tables that I absolutely loved! Overall I would definitely recommend and I would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.“

“I've been dining at this restaurant for club events for several years. Our club receives a varied menu: prime rib, Chicken Cordon Bleu, salmon or surf and turf. The price of our meals include wine, hors d'oeuvres, dessert and gratuity. That's pretty reasonable given today's expensive eateries. The staff is friendly, personable and professional. “Humble Sea in Pacifica feels like a foggy day that decided to become a brewery—in the best possible way.

You walk in and it’s all soft light, ocean air sneaking through the doors, and that low hum of people who clearly planned to stay longer than they said they would. It’s got that laid-back surf energy, but without trying too hard to sell it. Just… easy.

The beers lean hazy, juicy, a little playful. I had one of their IPAs and it felt like drinking something that didn’t want to fight you—smooth, citrusy, just enough bite to keep it interesting. It’s the kind of place where you say, “I’ll just try one more,” and suddenly you’re deep in a flight you didn’t plan on ordering.

There’s usually a food truck situation going on outside, which completes the whole experience. Nothing fancy, just good, satisfying food that pairs perfectly with a cold beer and that slightly moody Pacifica backdrop.

Service is friendly in that genuine, local way—no script, no attitude. Just people who seem stoked you showed up.

“Breaker’s is a great comfortable place to get a broad variety of “comfort food” at a reasonable price. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Portions are definitely biased towards large. Our favorites are Crab Panini, Patty Melt, and Monte Christo. Definitely an affordable casual good quality restaurant close to picturesque scenery with numerous hiking trails.“
