“Delicious and super friendly!!“

“I love this spot! My sister used to work here while I was growing up as well as a few friends while I was in my teens. It has always been a peaceful place to draw, read, catch up with a friend, and sip coffee with a snack. They have changed ownership a number of times and always retained good quality! From time to time a man will come in and play piano on the out of tune wooden one. Mostly 60s-early 80s music, he knows all the lyrics too! The landscape artwork by Pam Anderberg is really phenomenal and matches the coastal energy of the cafe. Couldn’t speak higher of a cafe in Pacifica!
The line can be a bit overwhelming on weekends if there is an event. When there was a running event I think it took 20 minutes to get a coffee and muffin.

Reducing a star because of a female barista here that gave terrible service. I asked if I could order two separate single shot espressos, instead of a double shot to which she responded “take your scam somewhere else this is a small business etc.” and generally took a harsh tone. I still ordered and just got a double shot. When I gave her cash for this, she tossed the change back across the counter from my purchase which slid onto the floor. This interaction has stuck with me as I’ve never had a problem visiting this cafe before. Anytime I see this barista behind the counter I decide I’ll just have coffee at home instead.“

Incredible coffee and food selection+quality, friendly atmosphere, little to no wait unless there's a line out the door (which definitely happens on weekend, but they have a sense of urgency and respect your time!)

Overall if you're in Linda Mar and looking for a pick-me-up in the morning, you have to check this place out. Wish I could give 6 stars.“

“In a sea of personal choice disappointments in one measured area or another arrive Trish and Becca, two lovely women inhabiting a cafe just off Palmetto Ave serving ambrosial fare in such an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, including their company, I didn't want to leave. Prior to a recent visit, I had not tried an acai bowl. What a pleasant surprise! I could not stop thanking Becca for allowing me to try her version of same and would like to say thank you for the conversation and ambiance. Excellent music choices. Simply wonderful.“

“Thank you to the Manager of Linda Mar McDonalds for all the time and effort you put in for our McMilitary Fundraiser tonight! Your employees are top notch and SO much fun to work with. This fundraiser was for the American Legion Auxiliary to help raise money for our hospitalized veterans in the Menlo Park VA hospital. We took them fishing at our Pacifica Pier last month and honored them with a lunch at our legion. You should have heard all of their fish stories (they only caught one fish, but had a blast doing it). Thanks so much for your support in our community!“
