“Breaker’s is a great comfortable place to get a broad variety of “comfort food” at a reasonable price. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Portions are definitely biased towards large. Our favorites are Crab Panini, Patty Melt, and Monte Christo. Definitely an affordable casual good quality restaurant close to picturesque scenery with numerous hiking trails.“

“Tried Maillard’s for the first time today and it easily made my **top 5 smash burgers**.

I got **The Box**, which comes with a double-patty burger, fries, and a drink. The burger was super flavorful without being overly greasy, which I really appreciated. I’d probably get it without pickles next time, but otherwise it was so good.

Also, the **comeback sauce!!** I got it on the side and ended up loving it. Next time, instead of the Maillard’s sauce on the burger, I’m definitely asking for the comeback sauce inside instead.

I went around **10:30 AM** and was pleasantly surprised that there was no line, and parking was surprisingly easy too. Definitely coming back!“

“The food here is really good. I have tried the burgers, grilled chicken, and fried chicken and would recommend them all. It's a good value for the price too. I also enjoyed the garlic fries (VERY garlicky!) and onion rings. My only nitpick is that the sweet potato fries were pretty bland and I wish they had more seasoning. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the mood for burgers.“

The place was fairly busy and very steady with customers. The facility was neat, clean and well maintained. The full kitchen is within full view and was clean. The food was pretty good. I came upon this random spot on Google, read the reviews & skimmed the menu. looked pretty damn good based on our personal ramen preferences. my wife ordered the black garlic oil ramen. I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen. we both are very picky with our ramen - we like our broth rich, salty, creamy & flavorful. and let me tell you, coming from the east coast / NJ / NYC (we have great ramen spots there) - AFTER HOURS RAMEN TOTALLY DELIVERED 200%. I could not stress enough to my wife how satisfied I was with our meal today. oh & they had some nice 2000s hip hop/pop/r&b music playing during our lunch. loved it.

“Came for a killer burger and got exactly what I wanted — a classic diner style smashburger made-to-order, all tied together with their signature house sauce. Absolutely a win!!

This burger was incredibly filling, and at about $12 per burger, it’s one of the best deals in the Bay. We added some Cajun fries and got two sides of their interesting fusion sauces to try — the wasabi aioli and banana ketchup aioli. Both had distinct Asian inspiration, as did their entire menu (lumpia, Vietnamese pork burgers, kimchi burgers, you name it) and that really made the place stand out.

The service was quick and friendly, and we ordered at the counter near the back of a bar. The joint had an admittedly hole-in-the-wall feel; it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I enjoyed the grungy neighborhood feel to the place.“

“Little Joey Skidmark lives just a half block away from Big Baba in that little funky yellow house, so when he asked me for a ride home from pier 3 I said as long as you sit on your jacket and keep the window down, because I don't want a stained seat in my truck. I took half home and ate half there, the lady was kind to warm half of it, but I think it might be better cold. Plenty of seating inside and I was surprised the have a hot grill section as well! “What amazing find for being stuck at a hotel near SFO airport for a night. Mostly hidden in an old office park area is a kind, older, I presume Japanese couple who run this place. Everything is made to order. The sign on the door said closed Saturday but they were open and the steady steam of customers mean people know how to find it… and for good reason.“

“I was craving a burger bad and convinced the wifey to get some takeout here. The online ordering was simple and accurate and pickup was a breeze after being warmly greeted by the friendly staff.

We got a humdinger burger (Swiss and mushroom) with an extra patty (note: you don't need to get an extra patty, their patties are huge) and an alley-oop burger (bacon and avacado), plus some fries and onion rings. We ordered the burgers medium well which in hind sight I wouldve gone with medium because they accurately cook them to order it seems and medium well was a little dry. That being said, the beef was delicious and the burgers where rich in toppings and so hearty. The fries and onion rings were hot with a great crunch even after the 10 minute drive back, plus the curly fries where nicely seasoned but with lots of slivers. The ranch unfortunately wasn't so good, it wasn't your classic pizza place homemade ranch, but also wasn't as bad as chemically kraft, just mid. The addons like cheese fries and the extra patty just aren't worth it when the regular item is well composed and well executed.

All in all for the price point I think expected something a little more exceptional and on a future visit with the right order it would be a true 5 stars versus the 4.5 I would give it if I could. Dining in would be nice too given it's casual and spacious seating. If you're in the area and want a burger it's a pretty sure shot if the simple menu of a place like In-N-Out won't satisfy your craving.“
