“Breaker’s is a great comfortable place to get a broad variety of “comfort food” at a reasonable price. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Portions are definitely biased towards large. Our favorites are Crab Panini, Patty Melt, and Monte Christo. Definitely an affordable casual good quality restaurant close to picturesque scenery with numerous hiking trails.“

“I've been to In N Out several times as a visitor their food is amazing each time way better than another burger restaurant with a red and yellow logo, the service is always good and acceptable for the amount of people in the store never have I waited more than 5 minutes for food and the prices are unbeatable especially for the west coast. I highly recommend the Daly City In N Out.“

“The cafe de olla (free refills:) and mole chilaquiles were phenomenal. I probably shouldn't ask if the mole is vegetarian 🤭. Apparently you can get avocado instead of meat! Service was pretty friendly if a little overworked - it took a few minutes to be acknowledged and I asked for water which took several minutes to bring. A little warm inside, so they left the door open, which meant a couple flies. No wait but the place was pretty full at 1pm on a nice September Friday. Excellent food and I felt the prices were fair for a well-made brunch. My food was ready fairly quickly and they turned tables pretty fast. Seemed like the place was full of happy, satisfied eaters and several regulars. They also appear to do a decent take-out business. Thankfully it was a pretty quiet atmosphere, no blaring music.“

“Tried Maillard’s for the first time today and it easily made my **top 5 smash burgers**.

I got **The Box**, which comes with a double-patty burger, fries, and a drink. The burger was super flavorful without being overly greasy, which I really appreciated. I’d probably get it without pickles next time, but otherwise it was so good.

Also, the **comeback sauce!!** I got it on the side and ended up loving it. Next time, instead of the Maillard’s sauce on the burger, I’m definitely asking for the comeback sauce inside instead.

I went around **10:30 AM** and was pleasantly surprised that there was no line, and parking was surprisingly easy too. Definitely coming back!“

“On a motorcycle trip we were looking for a mid-day Chai to take the edge off a chilly day. We ended up getting lunch here and the food (and Chai Latte) were really amazing. I would give it 6 stars if I could. The Dutch Baby pancake and Smoked Salmon Toast had SO much flavor. Perfect.“

Condiments and toppings are all top-notch. Good cheese selection. Fries? Cooked in tallow, as they should be. Crispy and delicious. I came upon this random spot on Google, read the reviews & skimmed the menu. looked pretty damn good based on our personal ramen preferences. my wife ordered the black garlic oil ramen. I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen. we both are very picky with our ramen - we like our broth rich, salty, creamy & flavorful. and let me tell you, coming from the east coast / NJ / NYC (we have great ramen spots there) - AFTER HOURS RAMEN TOTALLY DELIVERED 200%. I could not stress enough to my wife how satisfied I was with our meal today. oh & they had some nice 2000s hip hop/pop/r&b music playing during our lunch. loved it.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you're in the SF area. located couple blocks from ocean beach so you can walk off your food.

“What amazing find for being stuck at a hotel near SFO airport for a night. Mostly hidden in an old office park area is a kind, older, I presume Japanese couple who run this place. Everything is made to order. The sign on the door said closed Saturday but they were open and the steady steam of customers mean people know how to find it… and for good reason.“

I knew it was going to be good the moment I saw the line right before they opened. The portions are very generous, so definitely come hungry. This burger was incredibly filling, and at about $12 per burger, it’s one of the best deals in the Bay. We added some Cajun fries and got two sides of their interesting fusion sauces to try — the wasabi aioli and banana ketchup aioli. Both had distinct Asian inspiration, as did their entire menu (lumpia, Vietnamese pork burgers, kimchi burgers, you name it) and that really made the place stand out.

“What a classic sandwich shop! I ordered the sleeper on Dutch crunch! It was huge and I see why it’s called the sleeper! I took half home and ate half there, the lady was kind to warm half of it, but I think it might be better cold. Plenty of seating inside and I was surprised the have a hot grill section as well! “I was craving a burger bad and convinced the wifey to get some takeout here. The online ordering was simple and accurate and pickup was a breeze after being warmly greeted by the friendly staff.

We got a humdinger burger (Swiss and mushroom) with an extra patty (note: you don't need to get an extra patty, their patties are huge) and an alley-oop burger (bacon and avacado), plus some fries and onion rings. We ordered the burgers medium well which in hind sight I wouldve gone with medium because they accurately cook them to order it seems and medium well was a little dry. That being said, the beef was delicious and the burgers where rich in toppings and so hearty. The fries and onion rings were hot with a great crunch even after the 10 minute drive back, plus the curly fries where nicely seasoned but with lots of slivers. The ranch unfortunately wasn't so good, it wasn't your classic pizza place homemade ranch, but also wasn't as bad as chemically kraft, just mid. The addons like cheese fries and the extra patty just aren't worth it when the regular item is well composed and well executed.

All in all for the price point I think expected something a little more exceptional and on a future visit with the right order it would be a true 5 stars versus the 4.5 I would give it if I could. Dining in would be nice too given it's casual and spacious seating. If you're in the area and want a burger it's a pretty sure shot if the simple menu of a place like In-N-Out won't satisfy your craving.“
