“Highly recommend as a lunch place for a friend get-together. You can get good burgers, sides, and a glass of beer. There are 3 outdoor patio tables in the back, each can fit 10 people easily. The service was great, too.

The Double Deuce I got was good. Solid burger. But you may want to get an extra side like some tenders or fries (or both with the Roadside Loaded Fries) to be close to being full.“

“We LOVE Alice’s. It is a tried and true establishment. If you want to hang with a complete cross section of Northern California, this is the place to be on the weekends. Locals ride horses and “park” the while they eat. Motorcycle cubs gather and eat. Tech bros and students come here. Local mountain folk and Stanford’s faculty hang here too.
The food is great and reliable. We love the homemade chips with all sandwiches and the beef chili on cold nights.
We love it best on a rainy day when there is no crowd and the cloud mist rolls through the dining area. They are definitely missing a cold weather chicken soup staple to go with these awesome cozy winter days, but they have coffee!“

Sam was really good behind the counter, and helped us to some amazing vegan options, such as the Vegan Sub with Meatballs marinara, and another Vegan Philly Steak Sub. “Just a short & pleasant walk from the SFO Westin, Aloft, Marriott, et al., this modest hidden gem (founded 1979!) serves up both fresh & generously cut sushi & delicious old school burgers, all very reasonably priced. Tucked toward the back left of a nondescript office complex parking lot, it's worth the hunt :-) Dine in or take out for an enjoyable picnic on the waterfront where you can watch the planes take off & land at SFO. My only suggestion to them would be to offer cold sake in addition to the warmed sake on the menu...“

“I love Onigilly!!! This location was wonderful. I came from a 30min drive away with my husband and baby and had a nice time. My Zosui soup was a bit delayed but a staff member gave us little ice cream puffs as an apology and it was very sweet. They were also kind and laughed when my husband and baby were playing games. Food was top tier and delicious, as usual. Above and Beyond.“
