“I always come here on Mondays when I work in San Carlos. One of the best burritos and quesadillas I ever tried so far. The portions are huge, barely can finish it. “Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich taste great. The meat is juicy and tender. Not over cooked. Nuggets is too Salty for my taste, dipping sauce is good though! For drive-through, they forgot to give us our waffle fries, be aware! Make sure check your food before you leave! Follow up post: They reply me with a phone call with apologies for the missing fries, and is kind enough to offer us a free Fries replacement plus a free dessert. That is a great customer service! Can't beat the affordability for the amount of food you can get here, as they offer $4,$6, and $8 value combos. If you are by the Airport, or just in the mood for a good ol' fashioned burger for a good ol' fashioned price, stop by sometime. Drive-Thru is usually pretty busy, I'd recommend going inside to order and dine-in. Doesn't have sketchy atmosphere, as so many fast food spots in SF are notorious for.. I was starving after a 6 hour flight without eating all day. I was so excited to see that they had a veggie burger on the menu. Even though I really wanted to get home, I stopped here after landing and grabbed it to go. It took 5 minutes for a veggie burger with fries and it was delicious.“

They now have two auto service kiosks for ordering at that feel fairly removed and not welcoming, but that seems to be the standard of all fast food places now to have these. “I used to say “never Taco Bell,” to my kiddos, but, Carlos at the San Mateo El Camino Taco Bell changed my mind. My kids ordered the most ridiculous customizations you can imagine, and somehow everything came out perfect. They were thrilled, which means I was thrilled.

“I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. “This is my go-to spot for any time of the day. It's a lot easier to order now, especially since they have a mobile app now. This place gets busy, but the people who work here keep it clean. People who work here are nice and helpful. They do not ignore you like sole fast food places.

“One of my go-to McDonald's. They do the staples well and you never leave with crappy fries or an eviscerated burger. They don't have a drive through so you have to come inside. The store itself is decently clean, but can get cramped fast. Parking during busy hours is right and the weird layout of the lot can be getting in and out difficult. Like some McDonald's, this location can be a magnet for an iffy crowd, so I wouldn't say this is a good spot to bring kids. It's best as a takeout place.“
