For drive-through, they forgot to give us our waffle fries, be aware! Make sure check your food before you leave! Follow up post: They reply me with a phone call with apologies for the missing fries, and is kind enough to offer us a free Fries replacement plus a free dessert. That is a great customer service! “I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. Thank you guys for the amazing food. I highly recommend this place!!“

“Solid burger. Church it up and it might be the best burger you’ve had in a while:

I got the double with Swiss and cheddar.

I salted and peppered the patty and tomato. I also added ketchup and mustard in between the patties. I put the top cheese against the bottom bun. And I ate the burger upside down.“

This staff is very efficient with mobile dine-in orders and they have the cleanest dining room, I’ve seen. My only reason for a 3 star is their AC is off or broken at 12:45pm so a bit stuffy in here.“

What an improvement! I forgot my old review and we stopped here instead of driving to Redwood City everything is waaay better! Five star worthy. Milkshake is ice cold fresh off the machine. Fries are super hot fresh nice taste the oil. Burger not the prettiest but tasty and fresh. Staff definitely way nicer they all actually seem like they’re enjoying their job today. You can tell because every other time we’ve come here the place is dead now the place has a steady stream of customers

Old 1 star review: Lettuce wrapped burgers came with a bun. Milkshake was just warm and soupy with whip cream on top. When I mentioned it to the staff they look at you like you have two heads and begrudgingly replaced their mistakes.“

They now have two auto service kiosks for ordering at that feel fairly removed and not welcoming, but that seems to be the standard of all fast food places now to have these. The food was not great, but as you would expect from a taco bell. Prices are very cheap for the area.“

“This is the best Jersey Mike’s in the entire state of California!! As soon as we walk in everyone is just beaming, smiling from ear to ear, everyone behind the counter was just lovely to talk to. Additionally, there were so accommodating to my wife who has celiac. They were so cheerful, and happy to accommodate her dietary needs. And it didn’t make the situation feel like a burden or a hassle at all. The food was delicious, served and ready to go out the door really fast. “Regularly ride by the truck and always see at least one customer. Decided to stop by. Ordered the Chile Relleno plate over rice, frijoles and macaroni salad. Added a hot chocolate drink. If your Spanish isn't up to par, the clerk also speaks English. “Standard McDonald's location with friendly staff and located in downtown Menlo Park which is good for anyone working in the area or anyone looking to grab some of their iconic menu offerings. The parking lot is simple and easy, and I never had a problem with finding a spot.“

“This is my go-to spot for any time of the day. It's a lot easier to order now, especially since they have a mobile app now. This place gets busy, but the people who work here keep it clean. People who work here are nice and helpful. They do not ignore you like sole fast food places.

If you're here for breakfast, I recommend the french toast sticks or the meat lover's burrito. I love the hash browns as well.

“I probably had the best plate of Panda Express for a delivery here!

I ordered closer to closing time so I didn’t expect much! To my delight, the greens were perfectly cooked and even after 40 minutes due to delivery, the honey walnut shrimp retained its slightly crispy and tender texture!

I think the proportions were generous and filling! It had been years since I indulged in some Panda Express and i thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this location!
