“A Mc Donald's like any other except...The help seemed especially friendly and helpful. The food seemed a bit fresher. And, signs of security problems (in the past?) In the form of reinforced doors, security locks and several vaguely threatening signs posted about parking and bathroom use. All of which were disabled and or being ignored when I visited.“
“Just wanted to tell the experience I just had with the lady who was serving the food today who is named is tram. She was rude when I was ordering my food when trying to to tell her what ontrays I wanted. Totally different from the lady who was cashier who was friendly and really tried to help me. I think her name was Dalmin I think. Should of have more employees like her.“

“I’m from the East Coast, and even though I have spent a few years in California this is only my second trip to an In-N-Out. Fantastic burger that rivals the best out there (Shake Shack etc.) with solid fries, all for a much more reasonable price than Five Guys or other East Coast chains.Also, the restaurant was clean and the staff were incredibly nice. “As always excellent their Fries have even gotten better. Now they just need an inhouse taste tester for the correct Foundation Drink Syrup to Soda Ratio for the correct mix. The DP was a tad weak and way under carbonated.Wheelchair accessibility: Well, they have access for wheel chairs etc. So, it's a no brainer. In fact if you have handicapped friends go with them as parking is insufficient.“
“My dog loves this place. Whenever I take her in she gets all excited. So I get her a lettuce tomato wrap hamburger. No roll no pickle no relish no nothing. I eat the lettuce and tomato and she eats the hamburger. boy is she happy. Just wish the meat was organic and wasn't full of salt. But such as life. I only take it in there he is really hungry. And I'm not going to feed her for many hours. It's a good snack for her“
“I used to come here pretty often when they were in Menlo Park, and when this particular location was on the other side of the parking lot, but I think this new location is much better for them. The place is bright and filled with natural light. The noise is average and you can see the hustle and bustle of the workers working on both sides of the menu. Everyone is mindful of new customers coming in and they get your food to you quickly! They have options for all dietary needs but probably not too many for plant-based or vegans. Definitely make your way out here before the afterschool rush as you will be met with crowds of teenagers ready to eat and socialize. Definitely one of the hidden gems here on this side of the bay area and a good amount of food food for your dollar.“
