“I went through the drive thru for a quick and cheap lunch. (Disclaimer: I generally have 2-star expectations for fast food restaurants). The is restaurant is well above average. I was promptly greeted at the menu board, which was large and easy to see, with a friendly welcome. I placed my order and confirmed on the screen it was accurate. After a brief line, I was greeted at the cashier window by a friendly and familiar face. I've been here before and the employee recognized me with a delightful welcome. A quick payment and rolled to pickup my food that was waiting for me. Hot and freshly prepared McDouble and fries. Great flavor on the meat, cheese perfectly melted, sauce, pickles, onion. Delicious. Better than most other McDonalds I've been to.“
“Very friendly cashier. I wish the fries were hot instead of barely warm. The main purpose of the visit was to take my kid for the root beer float. Good experience, so I will return with my other kid for the root bear float and some other food on our next visit.Update: Different cashier today. Very nice lady with a 49ers #10 white jersey was very friendly and pleasant. As stated last Sunday that I would bring my other kids, I did, and they were very happy dining here. Ordered the same meal from last week, the wrap combo- honey bbq and spicy Mac and cheese, and three chicken pot pies.“
“I have to admit, the food here isn't all that great, especially for how much it costs. The popcorn chicken was $9 and not very filling. Their matcha drinks aren't very good, and the honey green tea has a hint of bitterness to it, which I don't mind exactly, by other might. The quality of their toppings differs on the time of day and the workers. Sometimes, their pearls are chewy and slightly firm, while other times, they are undercooked and leave a starchy taste in your mouth. Their egg puffs also take a long time to cook, and I was late to a meeting because of it. I do like their fries, though. I recommend getting extra seasoning.The service is good. That's pretty much it. Not outstanding, exactly, but good enough in my opinion. I do wish, though, that they wouldn't throw away a drink that they messed up and would instead give the customer both drinks like the TeaHut nearby.The atmosphere is quite nice. I like what they did to one of the walls where the wallpaper is composed of a variety of toppings they serve there. It's pretty cozy and I like to go there if I have something to work on, unless there are a bunch of high schoolers sitting somewhere who are going to make a bunch of noise.Overall, this place isn't bad, but it isn't the greatest. It's nice enough for me to come here every once in a while if I'm in a rush, but otherwise, I would find some other place to go to.“
“What makes this specific location versus the rest along the "El Camino" so much more pleasurable to visit (Not only when I'm picking up for Drdash or Uber Eats) but for a quick meal is the SERVICE.I totally understand it's just a fast food joint and seems like nowadays customer service has been devalued by most FF joints but in the past year I've always had a very welcoming (with a smile) visit here by the staff and cleanliness in the dining area has been superb on every visit.Whomever is running this location, I commend you and your staff on the above mentioned as well as give you major credit for prompt & most importantly getting every order correctly I've been handed each time. Not to mention, always including napkins & sauces (worst thing is when u open ur bag to enjoy ur food and the restaurant didn't give any napkins or sauces or utensils).In conclusion- Thank U very much!! “It's KFC and when it comes down to it when you want quick service for fried chicken with its signature Original/Crispy Fried Chicken. This is the place to go within the Millbrae area.The location itself is pretty convenient bc it's half and AW but also it is one of the few drive thru KFC in the area. I can only say in my experience that service is indeed fast and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. Workers are workers and it's a plus if you get great service but I've experienced good/fair service from this location. All in all the convenience and fast service is what stands out the most.“
“Stopped in this morning for a veggie salad. Great service, friendly staff, way better than the subway in Burlingame. I stopped going to the Burlingame location because of rude service, even ordering $20 worth of Subway each trip. I didn't realize there was another Subway right here in Millbrae. This is now my go-to Subway. Easy parking and fast service.“
“My husband and I had early dinner at this Chipotle location. I have dietary restrictions, and they actually allowed me to order from the kid's menu. My five-star review is because there was a gentleman doing several tasks at the front counter. His customer service skills were so good that I had to thank him for that. You don't see great service often. Great job for having friendly and nice people on site.“
