I probably had the best plate of Panda Express for a delivery here!
I ordered closer to closing time so I didn’t expect much! To my delight, the greens were perfectly cooked and even after 40 minutes due to delivery, the honey walnut shrimp retained its slightly crispy and tender texture!

Panda Express in Millbrae is open late and offers a nice, new, clean location right next to the HUB, making it very convenient for Caltrain, BART, and Muni transit. The food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean, organized, and presentable. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, serving each meal with a smile. Overall, a great location for a quick and convenient meal while traveling through Millbrae.
I had a good experience at this Panda Express location. At first, I struggled to find a place to park, but turns out there was a parking garage right behind the building that lets you park for free for 60 minutes. This is great in my opinion, since I would oftentimes struggle to find free parking around this area. The food was great though the chow mein was slightly overcooked, but it was still delicious.
