Nov 1,2023 I ate at Jollibee at 4:08 pm and the table was dirty with soda spills and crumbs. I did ask Jose who was at the counter if he can kindly send someone to clean the table. I got an answer that they are short staffed and no one will clean the table. The store was not even busy at that time.They are employed in food service industry and such answer is unacceptable and cleanliness is vital.Jose came to clean , he did it haphazardly and halfheartedly. Ordered online, (Olo). Easy! Food good and travel friendly bagging. Awesome. Drink cover even had a spill sticker.My favorite is the young man at counter…. He say, “Derek Frost? That’s a sick a** last name.?. Have a safe night.” Love it.Best mestizo/hybrid pinoy last name one can have. Made my night as it’s my birthday and had to work.Gooo Jollibee!!!

Food was good .. and staff was very nice . Especially Marilyn. . My grand daughter mistakenly spilled her drink and she made no fuss to clean it up for us quickly and brought her another mango drink . I'm visiting from arizona but will see if there any locations out there .
