“When I first walked into this establishment, I didn’t know my taste buds would get a glimpse of heaven. My food was perfectly cooked and seasoned— from the wrap, to the falafel and hummus. Not only is everything delicious, but it was all so fresh I genuinely tasted the freshness. Additionally, staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the establishment itself is so nice. Thank you for such an authentic and delicious meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon!”
“Banana Foster French toast and their freshly squeezed orange juice.”

“We travelled from Maryland to experience San Francisco, found this local restaurant within walking distance of our hotel, and decided to give it a try. It was well worth it! The staff was accommodating, attentive and very friendly. The food was exceptional! If you haven’t tried Mediterranean cuisine or love it, this is the place for you!”

The atmosphere is beautiful and makes the whole experience even better. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again!”

“Vegan pizza was so delicious! The owner made the pizza from scratch at 11:30pm and came to our table to consult about toppings. He said that he can make any pizza as vegan option. We chose Mediterranean with zaatar and vegan cheese. We will be coming again. The location is great close to 101 as a late snack returning from San Francisco to south bay.”
“I’m a huge fan of dirty chai lattes and I’m always searching for who has the best. The dirty chai at Antigua is definitely near the top of the list for me. Not too sweet and not too spicy which is the way I like them. Will def be back for the chai. Pastries were also delicious. Haven’t tried the food yet but looks like it would be amazing.”
“I just love this place! The service is always SO FAST, excellent, and so warm. All the servers are just fantastic. Great for lunch/dinner (Turkey club is my fave) but the breakfast is where they really shine. Love the popeye scramble with several cups of grat coffee. Very old school local vibes. I hope they are around forever!”
“On our way to Buon Gusto only to find it closed and for sale. Walked up the block to Linden and found Andiamo in Banca. What a great find! Delicious food, great service, beautiful dining room. Will be back!”

“Absolutely love Spruce Cafe. If you want quality artisanal coffee made with care, this is the place. If you want quick burnt milk coffee, go to Starbucks.
The team here is honestly what makes it special — Amy, Julia, Caitlin, Noah, Andrea, Isa, and Alex always create such a welcoming environment. They remember my dog’s name and always offer him a treat, which says so much about the kind of experience they create for their customers.
You can tell they genuinely care about the coffee, the atmosphere, and the people coming through the door. Great drinks, warm staff, and consistently good vibes every time I come in.”
“We hadn’t reserved but experienced very friendly acknowledgment Food was fresh and very delicious. Service was TOP with friendly staff. Waiting time upon ordering was 15 minutes.
I would have liked to experience the breakfast/brunch but was finished by 12pm. So we had beef burger with mushrooms and bacon. It was YUMMY!”
“Love going to this place! Great selection of craft beers and Will who is the beertender is quick, respectful and just overall a great person to talk to and runs that place with precision. The pizza is fabulous. Billy got this sourdough pizza going and the pizza tastes amazing thanks to the magic hands of Harrison. Trust me, come here, get a beer, get a pizza, and just chill and kick back! Best pizza on Grand ave, possibly in South San Francisco, Probably the whole BAY!!”
“We stopped here while waiting to catch our flight because we had a while. It was super chill and a fun place. They had old pinball machines that we played and the ambiance was very cool and relaxed. Food was so yummy. Got the flatbread pizza and some fries to share. Very satisfied.”
“This may be our new favorite spot. Easier for us to get to. We've tried the Super Prawn Burrito and carne asada super nachos. I recommend both. The chips have the perfect crunch/crisp. Salsas are all great too. I was too hungry so no photos this time. Will definitely be back.”
“I order from Cafe Bunn Mi regularly, and they absolutely nail it every single time. The food is always great and incredibly fresh. It’s rare to find a spot that is this consistent with their quality, but they never disappoint.
On top of the excellent food, the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. The prices are also totally fair and appropriate for the solid portions and quality you get. If you’re looking for a reliable, delicious meal in South SF, this is definitely the place to go!”
“Starbird chicken sandwiches are the best in SF. Starbird blows chicken-fil-a out of the water with their crafted chicken sandwiches and house made everything. I really hope the franchise expands. I’ve introduced Starbird to three family members from the east who are notoriously picky and they’ve consistently found something they love from the menu”
“Don’t judge this place by the storefront. It looks like a typical Chinese restaurant from the outside, but they also serve Cajun seafood boils.
We went for lunch and ordered a combo with 1 lb shrimp, 1.5 lb clams, and 2 lobster tails with the “mix them all” sauce. The portion was generous. Since it was just the two of us, we couldn’t finish everything and had to pack the leftovers.
The seafood tasted fresh and well cooked. The shrimp and lobster weren’t mushy, and the clams were good and fresh. The sauce was garlicky and flavorful and coated everything nicely.
Overall it was a pleasant surprise. It’s a simple, casual spot but a good option if you’re in the mood for a Cajun-style seafood boil without the usual long wait or high price.”
“Very friendly staff and delicious food. The variety is great! Definitely a go to place if you like Sushi 🍣 🤙🥇”

“Nice little mom and pop taqueria. At home vibe. Best quesadillas anywhere. The way they wrap their quesadillas is elite. Burritos are fantastic. Nachos are generously portioned with the ingredients evenly distributed for the most flavorful bite in every scoop. 10/10.”
“We went here for lunch while in San Francisco on business. I had the roasted duck and barbecued pork on rice, and it was excellent. The other three colleagues that were with me said theirs was outstanding also. One of them is a local and makes a point of going there weekly. Service was just a little bit slower than what I would have expected since we were there early right when they opened, but perhaps that's why it was a little slow because they had just barely opened for the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. Prices for very reasonable and parking was easy. I definitely recommend this place for a great lunch meal.”
“This is now my official Sunday after church/shopping lunch place! The quality of food and customer service ought to be the Filipino restaurant gold standard! Boracay Garden and Grill has the winning combination: excellent food and outstanding customer service! Their Crispy Pata and Pork Sisig are the best in the peninsula! Please come visit!”

“Villa del Sol specialty is the Argentine asado (Argentine BBQ), I highly recommend their grill asado for two. It comes with a variety of meat, chicken, pork, sausages & sweetbread.”

“Beatriz had amazing customer service they need to give her a raise she was amazing supper attentive she really does deserve that promotion. I hope to see when I come back. She did get that promotion. I’ve never had such an amazing customer service. I really appreciate her. Really made my day.”
“1st time at this Dennys, and have to say very clean and staff was friendly. As far as the food, typical Dennys breakfast. Made fresh and decen portions. Service is a 4 star due to when i got there they had 1 waiter for about 8 tables. So it did take a while to get my order in.”
“Stopped in for some fast food. Wasn't that fast. Wasn't super long (15 minutes) but not fast (5-8 minutes). From the time I drove away from the order kiosk to when I drove away from the pay window with my order...about 12 minutes. Food was hot and order was accurate. Employee was pleasant. Place looked clean (it was dark and late...couldn't really tell).”
“We had dinner here after work event. We were the only ones in the restaurant, but it was early. The food was fantastic, the presentation was excellent, and the employees were very kind. I would definitely go here again, I had the ceviche it was superior. I also had a mango drink which was delicious. Parking can be a little tricky but we lucked out and pulled in right as somebody pulled out and were able to park right in front of the restaurant.”

“Stopped by on a whim for a quick lunch to-go after a trip to Costco. Got an Italiano sandwich with garlic sauce. It was very fresh tasting and LOADED with meat! I could barely get my mouth around it. It was so big, I saved half for lunch tomorrow. Excellent tasting and a great bargain!”

“Great experience at Los Metates. I ordered tripa tacos, nicely crispy, and carnitas tacos—both were delicious and full of flavor.
My husband ordered carnitas tacos as well, and even though I don’t remember the other one he chose, I know he loved them because he devoured them!
The service was good; the girl who helped us was friendly and attentive. The place is calm and comfortable, with tables available to sit and enjoy your food.
Definitely a spot we would come back to.”
“What a classic sandwich shop! I ordered the sleeper on Dutch crunch! It was huge and I see why it’s called the sleeper! I took half home and ate half there, the lady was kind to warm half of it, but I think it might be better cold. Plenty of seating inside and I was surprised the have a hot grill section as well! For a sandwich less than $20 this spot is definitely a deal! I’ll be back to try some of the hot grill selection next 💯”
“Their flavor is top tier and always generous! I always look forward to this food truck being in the area - definitely gets busy around lunch time but it goes by fast, and absolutely worth the quick wait. You can call in your order ahead of time as well. Their quality of food is so good - very flavorful! Just go here and stop second guessing it - here you will be full and happy :)”

“HOLY COW!! This taco truck is fantastic. Ate here 5 times and everytime hit harder than the last. The ladies running it are super nice and helpful. The tacos are so tasty (may need a little more meat) and made to perfection. The gordita is a force to be reckoned with, bursting with flavor and so worth its weight in gold. All around great food truck... can of diet coke $4 was the only meh moment for me.”

“I love this bakery! I'm honestly surprised that some people living in this area don't know about it yet. They have a great variety of options, including Keto, low-carb, and high-fiber choices. The prices are excellent, and the staff is very professional and friendly.”
“The cupcakes tasted delicious, especially the Dulce Salted Egg. They were spongy, moist, and right level of sweetness. The ube latte is a must. I tried it without boba or coconut jelly because did not want these toppings to influence or override the drink. Very satisfied!”
“Best carne asada burrito I’ve had for a long time. I see people complaining about the prices… this is probably one of the LOWEST prices in the Bay Area you’d find ANYWHERE. When I first came here the SUPER burritos were $10! This wasn’t long ago either, literally this year. I understand the recent price increases and still $12 for. SUPER burritos is INSANE.”
“The place is clean, the staff are all kind and always wearing a smile maybe because they are happy working with one another. The young handsome man who is their store manager has a very pleasing personality and is a people-oriented person which we love the most in this store not to mention the great tasting food and freshly baked pastries. Thanks much and keep up the good work! Kuddos!”
“Been putting off this small but annoying issue with my oven for way too long. Finally gave them a call for some routine maintenance and they came through quickly. Diagnosed what was wrong in no time and had it fixed without any fuss. Feeling so relieved not to stress over it anymore!”
“Greek food. Guapo's basically the more authentic and better version of what Chipotle is. Definitely way tasty and way fresher than Chipotle. They have more things to offer as well I believe and I have to say they do have the absolute best tortilla chips out of any Mexican restaurant I've been to. Give Guapo's a shot I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it”
“We invited Red Sauce to cater a staff appreciation party and it was delicious! Great meatballs, salads and pasta. Chicken Parm was excellent as well. Will call them again for future events...”
“Ive been to Pizza King twice in the last 5 months and my experince was AMAZING! The people there treat you like family and will help you understand the menu and food to the best of there abilitys. If you want True Culture food and Flavorfull Curry's, Nan bread enfused on Pizza's this place has a Kings Ransom in Good Food. Im sure to continue going If I can make it again. Unfortunatly I only can go when Im going to the SF Airport and that is very rare. I wish I could go more often. The Food is So delishous Try any Pizza with Chicken Curry on the side and dip the pizza crust in the Curry its So YUMMY! ask for there side spices and Condiment bottels for flavors that will make your tastebuds pop like the 4 of July. Have a Happy Vaisikhi Brothers of Pizza King we Love You and we Love your Amazing Food! May God Bless your hands and your Business!”

“Thankful for this location being nearby me so I don’t have to drive to the city. They give generous portions and have the best service. This is one of the best taquerias in South San Francisco. I rotate tacos, super burritos and super nachos with carne asada, al pastor, carnitas and shrimp. They’re also open late.”
“We were pleasantly surprised with this place. There is a nice variety of foods available here. The overall ambiance is nice, with several somewhat private places to conduct business meeting. There is a pool table and other tabletop shuffle board. Service was great. Orders can be placed at any number of touchscreen kiosks. When your order is ready you will get a text. Sit anywhere. We definitely need to explore having our admin meeting here next time. Definitely will be back.”
“I just received the utensil set and they are very nice and well made. My only complaint is the DHL mail service and USPS that the company uses. Old country kitchenware sent the order out quickly but it didn't matter when DHL and USPS let's the order set for day's on end. Please offer FedEx or UPS.”
“Great place to have lunch. I especially like to order the Curry chicken. It is the best in town! Try it and you won't be disappointed!”

“Amazing craft roasted coffee. Owner Marcel and the baristas always take time to tell you about the roast and suggest a blend. If you're familiar with Ikon from a farmer's market, it's definitely worth a trip to the cafe, which is located in the roastery. The pour-overs (only available at the cafe) and the chill atmosphere make the cafe my favorite go-to coffee place.”

“Connected to the Park Pointe point hotel just 2 and 1/2 mi from SFO... I knew I stumbled onto smart place to eat when all I saw was the local Asian population coming in and out of the doors. Friday night full-on buffet with a Mongolian barbecue, all kinds of seafood, crab legs, shrimp, but I stuck to the the Mongolian barbecue with slices of ribeye. When I went back for seconds I went back for seconds on the coconut shrimp. What can I say, it was a tasty sweet glaze on the fried shrimp. People were nice. Buffet was well stocked. Attentive wait staff and I'd recommend. Price was right, and I ate more than I needed to but soft serve ice cream machine was calling my name... And one of the options was twist. Almost icing on the cake but I said no to the cake.”
“Oh my goodness. Such a gem in the rough. Amazing food in the middle of an industrial area. I'm an old fat white guy, and the meal defeated me. For the first time in a long time, I needed a doggy bag. The Shawarma were delicious as were the pickled veggies and cole slaw. The Arabic coffee was to die for. So rich and thick!”
“It's a McDonald's what can go right and wrong!
The restrooms and in good condition and maintained.
The services while at time felt could have been better. I don't think it is short staffed however it took a bit of time for extra ketchup.
For the food - seems the burger meats were already prepared and kept hence treated a bit less than room temperature. They could have had this better.
The speed of order to delivery was good.”

“Flavas Jamaican Grill is a true hidden gem in South San Francisco, conveniently located near the airport and hotels. While the restaurant is small, and parking can be a challenge (you might need to park down the street), the food more than makes up for any inconvenience. I highly recommend ordering ahead, especially during the evening, as the space can get crowded with customers and delivery drivers. If you're dining with a family, the limited seating may not be the most comfortable, but the incredible food makes it worth it. The jerk salmon is the star of the menu perfectly cooked with a smoky, tangy heat that melts in your mouth. It's hands down the best salmon I’ve ever had, with flavors that are bold yet perfectly balanced. The jerk chicken is also a standout, and the sides like dirty rice and plantains are the perfect complements, creating a delicious harmony of flavors. If you’re feeling adventurous, don’t miss out on the oxtail or the wings both are packed with rich, authentic flavor. Pair your meal with one of their imported Jamaican sodas or a ginger beer for a truly immersive experience. As someone from Fresno, where Jamaican food is nonexistent, Flavas has been my first and only Jamaican food experience and it has set the bar incredibly high. The flavors are vibrant and comforting, giving you a true taste of Jamaica. Other patrons rave about their curry goat and daily specials, which I plan to try on my next visit. Whether you’re a local or passing through South San Francisco, Flavas Jamaican Grill is a must visit for anyone craving bold, authentic flavors. Just be sure to plan ahead for seating and parking, and prepare to be wowed by the food! Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 (due to limited seating and busy atmosphere) Atmosphere: 4/5”

“Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent atmosphere. The pizza was delicious, fresh, and perfectly made. The staff was very polite, helpful, and fast. The restaurant felt clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend Mountain Mike’s Pizza to anyone looking for great pizza and a great overall experience.”
“Where do I even start? The food is delishhhhh! I got a pupusa and a tamale. You can tell the food is made with love and care. It was so fresh and tasty. The prices are unbeatable. I'm so glad I came across this little gem. I will definitely keep an eye out for the truck the next time I'm at Westborough Park.”
“Kevin's Noodle House is the proverbial new kid on the block on Grand Avenue, and it has stepped right into direct competition with Ben Tre. It honestly feels like two local titans going head to head for neighborhood pho supremacy.
That said, I personally prefer Kevin's. I definitely have a soft spot for it since I grew up going to their other locations, and this one delivers that same familiar comfort. The food hits the spot, the flavors are consistent, and it feels dependable in the way a good noodle house should.
The space is clean and modern, and service has been friendly and efficient every time I have been. They renovated this building quite well. Ben Tre is still a strong option and longtime favorite for many, but Kevin's feels a little more my speed. One little quirk I noticed about the waiters - none of them write down orders. They are very good and always get it right. I am glad they opened here, and I will keep coming back.”
“The best vegan food Best ever service-our family go to for family events and every day dining ❤️”
