“There are very few restaurants left that are like this in the Bay Area. What makes this place special?
It's not the delicious food. It's not the large portions. It's not the ample parking Andreas access. Maybe it's the 70s retro vibes?
It must be a combination of all the above AND the amazing staff. When I dine here, the staff always makes me feel like family. Or maybe a cherished customer?

“My coworker and I visited Anecdote for lunch and had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the **Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl**, with ahi tuna, steamed rice, and spicy mayo, and the **Summer Quinoa Bowl**, which my vegetarian coworker found both refreshing and filling. The meal was delicious, and we can’t wait to go back!“

“A beautiful cafe / restaurant with brunch foods in a corporate building surrounded by biotech companies. Seems like there’s some space devoted for those that work there but mostly the rest of space is open to the public. The coffee is really good and it’s a great place to get some work done in a peaceful, quiet area. The outside seating is also really nice!“
