“This is my absolute favorite boba place in all of the Bay. While I tend to stick to my personal favorites, (Wintermelon Milk Tea & Jasmine Milk Tea) I truly believe that their selection of drinks will always be of high quality. The menu options aren’t as widespread as other milk tea lab locations, so that is something to keep note of but still a very good selection to choose from. It is rare that I take time to rate a restaurant/business but I can’t not share my opinion on this store!!! It is my favorite boba place and I’m always looking forward to my next boba drink from here

Based on other reviewers I got the Matcha Mango Latte and added lychee jelly to it, this was one of the best boba drinks I've had. I also did the 75% sweetness. We also one of the seasonal black sesame drinks, I thought it was really good too but didn't quite live up to the Matcha Mango.

“I've been here multiple times now and drive out of my way to get boba from here. Everything I've gotten so far has been amazing, including the taro milk tea, the matcha milk tea, and the jasmine milk tea. The Thai milk tea is good but similar to any other place. As a boba place they were out of boba and mini taro boba which made things much less appealing; also the red bean coconut latte tasted just like coconut milk, the amount of red bean is much less than what their ads picture looks like. “Pretty standard boba tea with exceptional packaging. They have a rather large variety of recipes to try.

When we came in, we weren't sure if they were open or not - as nobody was in there. But the door was unlocked. We waited around a while and someone came out.“

“I was walking through china town and spotted someone walking with this boba in their hand, so I decided to find the shop. It’s located in an alley a few shops away from the fortune cookie store. It’s very well decorated and they have an extensive menu of boba & some other foods. I ordered the Brown Sugar boba milk tea, with less ice & 75% sugar. I was told that it’s usually 50% but I still stuck with 75% and wow it was SO GOOD! Honestly the boba was like a 9.5/10 level of good. The tapioca boba were part of the price, $6.75 for a large. I can’t comment on their fruit teas or food but I’m sure everything is just as tasty.“

“I visited Urban Ritual last summer after dinner on a Thursday. There are a lot of cool drink options, and I love the branding.

I ended up getting the creme brulee milk tea. I was surprised that the creme brulee component literally tasted like the egg custard in a creme brulee. Instead of bruleeing the top, they add torched sugar bits on top. Overall I thought this drink had a lot of layers and was interesting, but I wouldn't get it again. It didn't hit the right flavor and texture composition for me.

There are a lot of other interesting drinks here that I would love to try someday.“

“Great boba option in a more hidden plaza. I like to stop by when I’m charging my Tesla at the Superchargers next to it. I usually get the grapefruit or strawberry fruit tea and an order of popcorn chicken, which always comes out hot and crispy. They typically don’t have someone in the front so I opt to use the tablet to order. It works well enough.“

“When I visited, the store had no seating and had closed their restrooms to customers, not sure if this is a usual thing. I ordered from an iPad, I liked that it had photos & an in-depth description of all the different tea options. My friend got the Oreo Matcha & I got the Lil’ Giraffe. It was pretty good, I was surprise they didn’t already come with the traditional boba ($0.75 additional charge). My friend’s was better, I didn’t taste much of the cake batter maybe due to my 75% sweetness instead of 100%? I wouldn’t recommend the Lil’ Giraffe, I’m sure there other options are better.“

“Quarters has hands down the BEST fruit teas in the city. I've tried their longan lime, lychee, guava, pear drinks and more, and they've only ever used fresh fruit purees and pulps. The texture, sweetness level, and flavors are always very well-balanced.

The lady who runs the shop is also very sweet, and always offers to adjust my drink after I try it. I have been here over 7 times, but I'll definitely be coming back soon!

“Fancy and beautifully decorated. Not your average boba/desert restaurant. This used to be another boba shop, but that one went defunct. The weird thing is, Fate Tea uses the same cups as the defunct boba shop. Popcorn chicken was not available as I walked in right when they were closing at 7pm. I usually get a popcorn chicken when I get a milk tea. Their iced milk tea $6 can be described as lacking good tea flavor with too much milk. I couldn't tell if it was black tea or jasmine tea. The redeeming factor was, it did hit the spot and quite refreshing. Lady cashier/barista was fast and cool. Good job.“

My favorite item is the smashed lemon black tea. It’s very refreshing.

I also like their taro milk and classic tea latte with boba.

Their tea served with cheese form on top is not recommended. Don’t like their cheese form at all“

“I was always curious about this store because it was always crowded, so I finally visited it.
Since there was no one there, I thought there was no order in front of us, but we ordered through an app or something and went somewhere else.
I thought the price was a bit expensive... Personally, it was the most delicious bubble tea I've had anywhere, including Taiwan and all over the world (Korea). The tea that serves as the base is really delicious, and the boba (tapioca) is chewy and really delicious.

I love how much they pay attention to the presentation of the crepes especially when they add cute little faces on each of them. I've been coming here for years now and I can say that they have always made their crepes still as good.

I always get the nutella and strawberries crepe with chocolate ice cream, whipped cream and cornflakes, but they have a lot of different combinations and you can customize it yourself too!“

“I did a quick stop to grab the Oreo brulee milk tea and it’s now my favorite drink in SF so far! I only like going to shops with unique flavors and this takes the cake. I might try the regular creme brulee next time but I really loved the one I got. For a specialty milk tea with boba, the price was very reasonable! My rating is purely based on what I ordered. The shop itself is very small but clean and aesthetic enough for my tastes. The worker wasn’t the friendliest but not rude either, just mostly uninterested but good at what he does. If you want a quick grab n go, highly recommend! And would definitely come back.“

“Anyways…. My aunt ordered a lychee tea and she didn’t like how sweet it was, some drinks here can be hella sweet but I’m like 50/50 sure that u can adjust the sweetness. I got a dirty fresh milk one time and I’m lactose intolerant it was so good but a few hours later I was regretting my decision so badly…
but besides that, the dirty fresh milk is a bit sweet with a slight bitter aftertaste like coffee. I couldn’t sleep that night the caffeine levels were high :( anyways I love this place“
