“Me and my colleagues were browsing through DoorDash and deciding what to get to drink since it was a warm day and it is best to stay hydrated with something refreshing. We came upon this spot, I had it before at a different location and my fellow colleagues said they ordered from here before where they enjoyed it and that is when we all agreed this is the place we will order from. They have many many things to choose from, such as their top sellers, milk teas, fruit teas, matcha drinks, brown sugar drinks, cheese foam drinks, frosties, original tea, coffee, a kid’s menu, yakult series and much more to choose from. After browsing through their menu we knew what we exactly wanted and the order was placed which got me excited because I was in need of something good to drink. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. This place is a great option in the area since they stand out compared to other drink shops nearby. You can order in person, place an order online for pickup of have it delivered to you through a food delivery app. Finally when the drinks arrived, we all popped the straw through the cup and the moment from that first sip was satisfying and a thirst quencher. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, to anyone willing to try something new, if you are in need of a refreshing drink like us or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. I definitely will order from here again and make a visit one day.“

“Ume Ume Ume I love you! Arguably the best price performance boba in the bay. You can still get <$6 drinks including toppings. They have a monopoly on that drinkable mochi topping (other places have tried but the texture is never as good). I am obsessed with their winter seasonal special that I hope never goes away - the purple sticky rice and mochi combo milk tea. So so so good. Excited to them to open in San Mateo as well to fill that void between Palo Alto and Burlingame. So good, such good price performance. Love!“

“Tpumps is a great place to get boba at a decent price. Not too long ago, they raised their prices by 50 cents, which is disappointing but understandable. My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. I can appreciate the amount of customization this boba place offers, from the long list of flavors, to the many topping choices, to the amounts of sweetness and ice you can request, to the option to add milk. That's what makes it different from the rest. The staff at Burlingame are particularly excellent. A customer once mistook my order for their own and left, and the employees quickly noticed and remade my drink. Overall, a fine boba place, 4/5.“

I’m proud to say I’ve been to ALL the branches, from San Jose to Daly City! Vicky and Tyler from the team helped me coordinate drinks for two company events within a week, for a total of 600+ drinks!

There’s a couple of reasons why I prefer serving Tiger Tea for large events. 1.) Their drinks are actually good. 2.) Their pricing is extremely competitive. 3.) They use non-dairy creamer, so it’s an easy win for people with lactose intolerance. 4.) They deliver!

Drinks ordered:
- Classic black milk tea: Truly a classic!
- Jasmine milk tea: This one was the crowd favorite
- Thai milk tea: I think I had three of these, so good!
- Brown rice tea: A nutty, dairy-free option
- Oolong tea: A bolder, dairy-free option

I got a mix of some drinks with boba and some without. If I could do it again, I think I would skip the boba, since the ones that sat out too long hardened a bit. 50% sweet was the perfect option for most folks. Some attendees asked if I had 0% options, which I would probably consider for a future order! 🤔

For the second, smaller event, I requested to add no ice, but leave some room, since we were putting them into the fridge for employees to grab. This worked out well and resulted in less “sweating” cups!

I’m very grateful they let me customize the little name tag that comes on the drinks, so my name wasn’t on 600+ cups. They put a cute “Happy10” for the name field instead!“

“First time here - my friend and I met in the area and decided to enter out of whim (we drove in 2hrs+ and Redwood is our meeting place). I had Matcha Hojicha latte and it's GOOD!! I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to adjust sweetness & ice, and dairy option available. Their drinks are crafted drinks and mine has many layered to it. I like that they used the matcha as a foam/topper. This is my new fave place. Too bad we don't have one in the area. @ Tong Sui - please open one in Livermore/Tracy/Brentwood area. This place doesn't accept cash but has online order and store pick up or use their kiosk. Tap pay or swipe are available here as well.“

I tried the spicy kani onigiri and it was fresh plus delicious. Great flavour in the food today. The owner made my drink a coconut milk tea and it was so wonderful. This is as good as boba tea gets. I would have been content with just a regular milk that tastes like banana but I was pleasantly surprised that this was much better. It felt handcrafted, the banana milk texture was just slightly thicker than plain milk which was enjoyable. The taste was so perfect i dont even know how to compliment it. It was just the pure essence of banana without any bitterness, but still retaining that slight earthiness and im pretty sure it was made of real banana, there was no artificial syrup flavor etc. It was really really good and I'd definitely go back just for this one item even.“

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tpumps in Foster City!
We ordered 50 custom drinks for our daughter's 7th birthday party, and from the very beginning, Yvonne made the entire process incredibly easy. She was patient, responsive, and helped us customize the order to make it perfect for a large group of kids and parents.
We ordered split cups with two fruit tea combinations—Watermelon Lychee with Lychee Jelly and Honey Mango Peach with Boba—and they were a huge hit! The kids absolutely loved them, the parents did too, and the split cups were such a fun idea because everyone got to try two different flavors.
Yvonne helped us customize everything, from the sweetness level and toppings to the pickup time, and every detail was handled exactly as requested. Best of all, the entire order was ready right on time, making pickup quick and effortless so we could get back to the party without any stress.

“I'm happy to come to Tea Hut again, especially after the Millbrae location closed. The appearance of the menu was a little different, but the drink selection, at least when ordering from the tablet, was as I remember. Glad that could stay consistent. I ordered a Boba N' Milk at 75% sweetness. At most boba places I usually request 50%, but Tea Hut (or maybe just this drink) is already not too sweet to begin with. Although Boba N' Milk sounds simple, they do add a bit of syrup to liven up the taste and the pearls which come with the drink also add flavor. The drink was also just as I remember. You can't really go wrong with Tea Hut.

The atmosphere was also nice and consistent to the location I used to go to. I wish it was a little bigger so there was more seating, but that's out of their control. Overall, 4/5.“

They definitely back off the ice if requested, sweetness is slightly high (their 50% is closer to my palate's 70%), and I appreciate the option to choose between green or black teas. The strawberry jellies are tasty, but were harder to suck up the straw. Service was fast and the interior has some tables with C-pop in the background; I'd be glad to hang out with my friends here.“

My passion fruit slush with double aloe was really good, though it started melting pretty fast. My husband's Jasmine milk tea was exactly as advertised. The popcorn chicken was really good, even if it took some time to make (which they do warn you about, so I'm not mad). I will definitely return to this Quickly in the future.“

“My first time at TP TEA. I got a lemon black tea with boba. It seemed to have real lemon bits inside. The drink size was large. My sister and mother both complained that the tea was too strong, too bitter. My drink was kind of bitter, too, but it was mostly because of the lemon rather than the tea. I didn’t focus on it much, I enjoyed my drink. I ordered it at 50% sweetness, but it still tasted more sweet. The boba pearls were also oddly small, I swallowed a few on accident.

Overall, would I come to TP TEA again? Most certainly yes. Would I choose it over the other boba stores that I go to regularly? No. But I had a good time. 4/5.“

“I like seasonal drinks at TP Tea!

I visited at opening time with a few questions regarding their drinks and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Christy/Kristie helped me to add a modification on my online order without hesitation! She also told me try it and let her know if the drink was made right!

I also wanted to know if it’s possible to change a preset topping for one of the other drinks and John/Jon was kind to let me know it wouldn’t be a problem.

I ordered the Lychee Smoothie Berry at lowest sweetness and added Golden Jelly. It was a delightful sweet and fruity drink. I like that the jelly is tender and chewier than aiyu jelly so it’s great for smoothie drinks!

I also ordered the Midnight Sesame Cloud Iron Goddess Milk Tea (I subbed for egg pudding). This drink is pleasant and just the right amount of sweetness and the e black sesame flavor is fresh and not too strong.“
