“I work upstairs and this cafe has everything you could possibly want and need. Breakfast foods, coffee, boba, sandwiches, and desserts. Service is always quick and the ladies who work there are extremely nice. The mochi muffins are AMAZING. The chicken pesto is my favorite. You can't go wrong with any of the smoothies, boba, or coffee. Boba is a bit on the sweet side so I always ask for less sugar and they're able to accommodate me. So happy to have them in the building!“
“Hidden Gem for tasty adobo and assorted milk teas. Omg their mango slush is soo yummy and made with real fruit! Too bad they will be closed for construction for the next couple of months...I can't wait until they open again! Did I mention yummy adobo?!“
“The boba places was great! I got the tropical delight with honey crystal boba and a few other toppings and it was delish! Highly recommend! Fresh boba, fresh ingredients, very flavorful! Server was extremely polite and even offered me to have the 32oz drink though I ordered the 24oz one since my toppings were a lot! I just got to go, the cafe was cute and small with not much room to sit around.. One feedback for the place though: I'm all fort being environment friendly, but those eco-friendly straws were breaking as I was drinking my drink so that was really annoying!“
“Been to different boba guys at many different locations and I got exactly what I expected from this location. I usually get the Matcha Strawberry drink, but opted for the brown sugar hojicha today. I wish the hojicha flavor was a bit stronger, but it was a solid drink overall. The location itself is massive and has a lot of seating.“
“Self checkout menu that isn't always easy to navigate, and I thought I placed the order but it didn't process. Not their fault but had to go back in line and reorder after waiting for 10 min, oopsMatcha was decent, but didn't seem like they are focused on preparing it as some of the smaller shops do (didn't bamboo whisk for example)“
“Tpumps is always quick, and offers a large amount of taster tea that is appreciated during the line. Unfortunately there isn’t any sit down area, but their prices make up for it - esp on Tpumps Tuesday where you get a free upgrade. My favorite drink is the green tea - peach rose lemon w honey boba and light ice and sweetnessWithout light sweet the drink could be too sugary since the boba is honey boba which adds to the sugar content“
“Went in for a mid day snack waiting for my kid's after school class. Metered parking was available along the street near the shop. I originally ordered bubble waffle , popcorn chicken ( spice on the side ) and a green tea - fresh lemon ice drink. I'm not a fan of the green tea as it was very perfume taste like Jasminr tea. If you like jasmine tea then this is the drink for you. I was able to order the black tea - fresh squeezed lemon drink and it was amazing ( no sugar added ) . The popcorn chicken was so fresh and made to order along either my waffle . Both were the perfect afternoon snack my tummy needed . Our food attendant Miles was so helpful, professional and took the time in my order; since it was my first time at this location and ordering chicken . I even came back with my kid to order more for the ride home and my other kid wanting an after school scooby snack. I ordered thr milk tea with the brown sugar boba drink and WOW!!!! Love this place and will come back for the amazing food, drinks and helpful staff. The shop is very clean and a great place to meet a friend or do some business.“
“After a wonderful lunch with family, while we enjoy our walk at downtown, Tong sui catch our attention, so we decide to give it a try. The server is really nice and help us for the selection. We got Da hong pau tea latte and Osmanthus oolong tea latte. We both getting 50% sweetness (recommended) and less ice.Saw the special menu will come back again to try it.“
“I would highly recommend the black sesame with coconut filling birthday cake. It is so yummy and not sweet. Great and friendly customer service. I have ordered the same birthday cake two months in a row. This will be my Go To place for getting birthday cakes. Please support our local restaurants.“
“Glad we walked all the way to the end of the terminal to try Mama Go's Filipino Cuisine because it was delicious. They had a line but it moved relatively quick and we weren't in a rush. Service is so kind and generous. It gave off a homey vibe and they had some authentic class Filipino dishes which is a plus. Price was on the higher side but it is the airport. The garlic rice was fantastic and went well with the chicken adobo. The entree also came with a side dish, which is a great selection.“
“One of my go to Boba places in Redwood City. They have consistent quality tea drinks with chewy boba. They also have long hours of operation Great for a late night boba. I usually have the jasmine green tea. They also have good coconut milk, tea with red bean topping. There's no place to sit but it's right in front of Redwood city Hall.“
“this is a small hole in the wall boba place. not much space to wait and you might accidentally walk right by it like we did. but the boba is fantastic! super tasty with lots of options. the dessert options are also great. probably my favorite boba place in the ssf/san bruno area.“
“I'm surprised by this Pink Pink. My experience in the Santa Clara location was so bad, I swore to never get it again. They sell soft serve/froyo here?! It's really yummy - totally would get again. I asked for a sample and they gave me a small cup. Peach oolong milk tea was good. Boba was chewy. Drink had a lot of creamer though...would tone it down. Overall, I would not be opposed to coming here again and trying their other drinks!“
“It’s our favorite Boba anywhere in & around the Bay Area! The FRIENDLIEST staff [they even helped jumpstart my car once!], the best environment [smack dab in the beauty of Pacifica w/a wonderful community garden walk to the ocean just across Highway 1], & the very yummiest boba [try Rainbow Road with regular & bursting boba combo!]. Help keep this Boba spot thriving by making the trip & stopping by!“
“I've always liked happy lemon since their taste of all the happy lemon drinks in different branches have always stayed consistent. It's my first time at this particular location & I came at a slow time during mid day which is nice since the other locations I've been usually gets packed. The ambiance of this location is so nice since it's so clean inside & it's located near a lot of different food chains. Totally would go back to this location.“
“Stopped in while charging my car. Ordered the classic crepe with lemon and it was GREAT! $9.00 out the door and it was worth every dime. The woman who helped was very nice and even offered water. I ate there and the restaurant was small but clean. Next time you charge your next to Safeway try it out you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!“
“No frills Asian drinks place. Not for sit down (although the anime posters and toys on the walls are fun) but strong mix of options. Would highly recommend preordering via Snack pass app (to avoid the wait). Only downside side is not only is there no place to sit at the site, but there's not really any place to sit outside unless you take tables/chairs allocated to the Laundromat or the Wingstop“
“Love Rare Tea, its popcorn chicken and various milk drinks! Plus the location is so perfect by not having to drive downtown to get my popcorn chicken fix! Fast friendly service with ample parking to boot! Forget driving downtown and cater to this great place instead! Highly recommend“
“This place is such a hidden gem especially for it to be at Daly City. My family and I keep coming to this place for more. They have improved the quality of the place, better ordering service, and even have music playing in the background (50 Cent, Eminem, Coolio, etc.)My parents and siblings loved it that we knew we needed to go back and order for them, it’s honestly such a vibe when entering the place.I would definitely recommend this place especially since there’s tables to hang out, it would be amazing if the place could ever have a more sociable atmosphere in the future. Overall I’m definitely coming back for more! :)Kid-friendliness: They sell what seems to be board games if your kids are interested in those kinds of entertainment.“
“Great place for yummy sandwiches. I got their combo and thai tea. Their service is great and fast. It is on the pricier side but worth it. I love their bread which is soft and crispy. I haven't tried their other flavors but I will in the future . My go to sandwich when I'm craving or in the area.“
“Super cute tiny spot! We came during rush hour so the wait for our order was 40 mins to an hour. The ladies were super sweet and gave us free donuts though! They're really funny and made it a bit better. The drinks themselves were just the right amount of sweetness and we'd definitely recommend the ube boba drink!“
“Phenomenal, simply put. We tried the oolong, thai, and frozen butter beer. We all loved it. Service is great, they have great selection. They have dairy free options.Vegetarian options: Dairy free optionsParking: Some parking in the front and paid street parking.“
“No frills place for boba and Asian style tea. Liked it quite a lot as we were able to choose the right sweetness etc. only slight con is they don’t take discover (despite saying they do on the machine it declined both our our discover cards).“
“My go-to drink is the pure grape, reminiscent of a creamy grape slushy. The chewy crystal boba adds a delightful texture. I highly recommend opting for no sugar--it's naturally sweet enough, believe me. This boba shop is tucked inside a Chinese restaurant, exuding a very casual, typical boba shop vibe. Service-wise, it's quick and efficient, ensuring a fast experience.“
“Originally I came to try their Taro 2.0 drink but it seems to always be out of stock.....My second choice was the Oreo Matcha which I really liked. Boba was nice and chewy. Alterations to non-dairy milk is included, which I appreciate since most places charge extra. However I think ~$8 is a bit pricy, especially for the smaller sized cup. If they ever replenish their Taro drink I shall return.“
“When Tiger Tea opened, I thought "does San Mateo really need another boba place?" I was wrong. We had a craving for Thai Tea and popped into Tiger Tea. Also saw their Avocado shake and was intrigued since I've only seen these at Viet restaurants. Both drinks were fantastic Thai tea had a strong tea flavor with just enough sweetness at 75% 5/5 Avocado shake was very refreshing, creamy and sweet 5/5“
“We tried their signature purple rice yogurt dessert and were pleasantly surprised by its delicious taste! The rice, seemingly cooked in coconut milk and brown sugar (our unconfirmed guess), adds a delicate flavor that pairs well with the plain vanilla yogurt. We loved it and will definitely return to explore more flavors!“
“TLDR: high quality tasty tea with great bobaI got the tie guan yin milk tea with boba for $6 and it came out within 2 minutes. The milk tea was silky and creamy, the boba was soft and chewy. The tea flavor was very strong and even at 50%, the sweetness was a bit strong but still very good and enhanced the flavor of the drink. Would definitely come back to try some other drinks“
“I got the Coco for Avo drink which has tons of avocado chunks, coconut milk, basil seeds, and boba. When I say there's tons of avocado chunks, I mean TONS. They do not skimp out! Boba was perfectly sweet and chewy. I got it with less sweetness and it wasn't very sweet at all. Felt like a fun healthy drink. I also tried the Aloha Dream (passion fruit, pineapple, guava) and loved it. It had a sherbet-like flavor, is an icy smoothie, and kind of reminds me of Jamba Juice. Located in a strip mall with free private parking lot.“
“This spot is legit! Never have I ever ordered a large boba that was as worth it as this spot. They do not skimp on the amount of drink you get. Their topping were awesome I had mango popping boba and mango crystal boba. The mango lover was delicious. The interior of the store was clean and small. Kind of a get in get out shop. The workers were all super kind and really cared about what we ordered. They explained in detail what each drink selection we had in mind was. And on top of that, we were given samples since we were torn between to options. This might be my favorite boba shop to date. Awesome people and awesome drinks would definitely recommend to anybody!“
“I was super skeptical of this spot for a long time because it's next to a gas station but one day I figured since it had the highest number of Yelp reviews and one of the higher overall ratings for boba spots in the area I'd finally give it a shot. As a couple of the other reviews have pointed out, it's surprisingly good for literally gas station boba. I recommend ordering ahead directly from their website to get the best prices. They might not have the most extensive menu but they've got all the og milk teas, a couple fruit tea options, and even a Vietnamese coffee so what more can you ask for.I've tried the guava passion and the Thai milk tea, nothing out of the world but done right both times. I really like how every drink comes with a detailed description of what's included and how there are 11 different topping and 15 topping options. All toppings are relatively the same price too (unless you get double the quantity which makes sense), which I will voice my support for. They also offer 125% and 150% sweetness options, which I've never seen for boba before but hey if you like your drinks really sweet this spot could really be a gem for you. There isn't a whole lot of space inside the store, it's mainly just one small counter with the register and enough space to put bobas that are ready for pickup. There is more parking in the back but honestly who wants to stick around a gas station for longer than needed just place your order online and hop out quickly to pick it up once you arrive. There is a bathroom but it's on the other side of the building and you have to go outside to pick up the key, I just decided to wait until I got home. Overall, much more than it appears to be from the outside and don't knock it until you try it.“
“Looking for something different with a nice view ? girls in bikini if that is offensive I apologize but it's a reality here drinks are for the most part good but the women working are the real reason you go maybe not a place to go with kids or family.“
“Thai tea is basic, it's reliable, but I wanted to be adventurous and try the green thai tea. I asked them what the difference was, and was told it was a little more floral but it's similar but different depending on who you ask. In my opinion, it was quite different from normal thai tea. It definitey was more floral, but still subtly floral in the general sense. I got it with less ice and 70% sweetness, which was perfect. I do love floral and strong tea tastes and this really hit the spot. It feels like it's high in caffeine content. Tasty! My friend had the coffee drink, which he liked. I tasted a little bit of sea salt in there. The inside of the eatery is pretty big, with an entire back area (where the bathroom is) that you might miss if you're just coming to grab a drink to go. It's a nice place to sit and have long chats with friends.“
“Boba had a good texture, though it could be chewier, and was barely sweet, which is my preference. You can get drinks without sugar and ice, and they don't give you less liquid. They have cold brew coffee and coffee milk teas.I was excited that they had drinkable mochi but it was way too sweet and a little grainy/gritty. Sadly I will have to go back to Ume for my drinkable mochi cravings.“
“I frequently come here for their original bingsu. The fruit is diced into tiny cubes with fresh watermelon, cantaloupe/winter melon, and mango. One order can feed one to two people, but I always order one for myself. In another visit, I tried their food, ordering the pork chop over rice. The portion is decent, and came with a boba tea drink. The pork chops was sorta bland, but I enjoyed them regardless. It's not something I'd return for. The bingsu, however, I will definitely return for, as I have several times now. I'm still willing to order other food items next time, but it's their dessert menu that's the real attraction for me.“
“Love this place, been going since ~2006. Delicious, creamy taro slushie and fluffy crispy chocolate eggettes. Gives a nice family-run vibe, feels like you know the food'll be good and they care. ❤️ Soft reopening everything $5 at the time I went Winter 2023, was cash only.“
“This is a small boba milk tea place in sequoia station. You just walk in and order. There's no place to sit. I ordered the mango milk tea with 50% sweetness and light ice. It was actually better than I expected. It was under $6 (which seems about right). I think I'll go back to try other flavors.“
“My family and I came here on recommendation from another friend that loves Boba. Parking sucks! My family and I were driving in three separate cars, since we just came from dim sum in Millbrae, and trying to find a spot with all of us in the same area was ridiculous on a Sunday afternoon afternoon! Nevertheless, the GPS did not tell us that half of the street on "B St. was closed for the public to walk and kind of like the Covid times, where everything is set up for businesses to eat outdoors. I really like that idea of eating outdoors, but I wish the GPS had updated their system telling us there was no parking. Lol. Once inside the café, everything was so cute and organized. I really liked it! It was a long rectangular restaurant that went all the way back and they even had an upstairs area with a loft that overlooked the register area that we were sitting in below. Since we had a rather large party, we sat outside, and there were at least four tables with chairs all the way around for everybody to sit in. The restaurant next-door seems to be under a change of ownership, so my nephews were able to ply freeze dance in a designated area without bothering anybody. Lol the Boba itself tasted delicious. I got the T8-I think it was with passionfruit and Boba and it was delicious! I always do my Boba without sugar and light ice because I really want to taste the green tea and I figure Boba is already sweet anyways. There was a little bit of a lemon/lime citrus flavor in the Boba itself, which I also loved!! My boyfriend got an easy green tea with just Boba in it and it had this cool drink carrier with a dragon around the top! It was so pretty my nephews always wish they had one too! Lol as their orders came up, each one of them had a cool dragon drink carrier, and they were so proud of their Taiwanese, Chinese, Filipino heritage! I will definitely be back here again to try more of their drinks!! Hee“
“Love this place for boba. It’s different (in a great way) in the sense that it has a Pacific Islander influence. The Tongan Mango Otai is my favorite. They have photos with the drink names if you need help envisioning what the drinks are. Great little spot with even better music always playing. Staff are always nice. There is a parking lot, but also plenty of street parking all the time.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp entrance.“
“Organic milk, organic sugar, organic fruits and premium ingredients, are some of the reasons I come here for myself and my kids! This Yifang location in San Mateo is definitely my all time favorite for any milk tea, boba, fruit teas, and sweet drinks across the Bay Area. I'm super happy that my children are drinking something with real ingredients rather than powdered ingredients with high fructose corn syrup. Their favorite drinks include Strawberry Milk, Strawberry Sago, and Brown Sugar Pearl Latte (there's no caffeine in these), and my favorites are the Yifang Fruit Tea, Grass Jelly Tea, Sugar Can Mountain Tea, and Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Latte. The other item options are top-notch as well. Drinks tend to be on the sweeter side so I would always order 30% sweetness. Highly, highly recommend! Staff here are sweet and so helpful!“
“Solid milk tea spot with super friendly and fast service. They had a promo too and offered a great price for their extra large sized drinks. Rose vanilla milk tea with lychee jelly was a nice new drink to try.The free sample was also such a sweet touch and lifesaving for this momma running on empty.“
“As the name suggests, it's a place for quick milk tea and bubble tea options. And by quick, I do mean that they are very fast at making drinks. They do have chewy milk tea, but the flavor of their tea isn't as strong as I would have liked. They have increased the amount and types of food they serve with plenty of street snacks, rice bowls, and even ramen!“
“Really just a boba guys. Asked why it's called the burrow and was told that it's where a lot of their pasties are delivered out from. Overall boba guys is pretty solid boba. I usually order a jasmine milk tea with 70% sweetness. Only downside is that sometimes the boba can be a little watery and I wish that the tea taste was stronger/more consistent“
“Always a pretty short wait, even when there's multiple people in front of me. They make their own boba in house with no additives or food coloring, which is really nice. Tends to be a little more expensive than your typical boba place but the quality is worth the cost to me. They do not take cash, so plan accordingly.Dietary restrictions: They offer plant based milks“
“Newer boba place, nice discovery on this busy street in SSF. No greeting in this tiny counter-only shop but you order on the computer screen there so not really a big deal as to service, good offerings as far as teas and snacks. We ordered a cheesefoam white peach oolong with grass jelly and a red bean smoothie with green tea, pudding, and boba which were both pretty good. Fair prices for both, we would stop by here again if we can find decent parking.“
“Nice local Boba shop. Good quality Boba. The popcorn chicken..... it was ok.Parking: It's the outer Mission. Street parking. You get it.Kid-friendliness: Nothing to destroy in here. Small inside.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide enough to order and pay“
“So yummy and plenty of non dairy options! I got the mango slush with green tea and boba, and it was so delicious. The inside is super cute, and they also have froyo, snacks, and dinner foods. The man working there was super nice, it's family owned!“
“Honey milk tea w/ mini boba & mango popping boba (left), Rose milk tea w/ mini boba (right) and sweet potato fries. Loved both drinks! This has been my go to place for boba drinks but for the fried snack options, I wish they were less greasy.Highly recommend the additional topping of mango popping boba for a fun little kick to the drink. They also have the option for a strawberry popping boba.“
“Best boba in my opinion. My drink of choice is the strawberry matcha latte (my husband prefers just the matcha latte). The other drinks are ok but nothing beats the strawberry matcha latte. My son, who is not a boba fan, loves the strawberry fields drink, which is strawberry puree in milk. The spot is small, a little sticky, and has some flies, and you get lots of kids, but the service is pretty good. In our most recent visit, my son accidentally knocked over his drink and the cashier immediately offered to remake his drink at no charge. It's located well and very walkable to others places for a good meal.“
“Easily my top 2 boba spots in the bay! Their quality is so consistent and unique flavors keep me as a loyal customer. Sunright has 2 kiosks and a counter to order from but they're never too busy and always have enough staff so there usually isn't a long wait! Milk teas in general - Super fragrant and made out of actual brewed tea so quality?? Unmatched. Their Yakult drinks can be VERY sweet so I'd personally recommend 75-50% sweetness. Their boba is also of perfect texture and perfectly drenched in honey syrup. **They used to have aged tea latte which was my fav but it hasn't been available for months now :((**“
