This shop has some limited 20 minute street parking right in front. The shop is not terribly large and I don't recall a place to sit in there...I got the black milk tea and realized right after I ordered that there was no option to adjust sweetness or ice (at least, I didn't see it on the menu and the person at the counter didn't ask). I can’t comment on the Boba but if you’re looking for frozen yogurt then go elsewhere. The yogurt itself was okay but the toppings were in horrible condition (fruit was not fresh and the mochi was hard). In addition the price was way too high.

So yummy and plenty of non dairy options! I got the mango slush with green tea and boba, and it was so delicious. The inside is super cute, and they also have froyo, snacks, and dinner foods. The man working there was super nice, it's family owned!
