“First time here - my friend and I met in the area and decided to enter out of whim (we drove in 2hrs+ and Redwood is our meeting place). I had Matcha Hojicha latte and it's GOOD!! I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to adjust sweetness & ice, and dairy option available. Their drinks are crafted drinks and mine has many layered to it. I like that they used the matcha as a foam/topper. This is my new fave place. Too bad we don't have one in the area. @ Tong Sui - please open one in Livermore/Tracy/Brentwood area. I tried the spicy kani onigiri and it was fresh plus delicious. Great flavour in the food today. The owner made my drink a coconut milk tea and it was so wonderful. This is as good as boba tea gets. “Ume Ume Ume I love you! Arguably the best price performance boba in the bay. You can still get <$6 drinks including toppings. They have a monopoly on that drinkable mochi topping (other places have tried but the texture is never as good). I am obsessed with their winter seasonal special that I hope never goes away - the purple sticky rice and mochi combo milk tea. So so so good. We came upon this spot, I had it before at a different location and my fellow colleagues said they ordered from here before where they enjoyed it and that is when we all agreed this is the place we will order from. They have many many things to choose from, such as their top sellers, milk teas, fruit teas, matcha drinks, brown sugar drinks, cheese foam drinks, frosties, original tea, coffee, a kid’s menu, yakult series and much more to choose from. After browsing through their menu we knew what we exactly wanted and the order was placed which got me excited because I was in need of something good to drink. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tpumps in Foster City!
We ordered 50 custom drinks for our daughter's 7th birthday party, and from the very beginning, Yvonne made the entire process incredibly easy. She was patient, responsive, and helped us customize the order to make it perfect for a large group of kids and parents.
We ordered split cups with two fruit tea combinations—Watermelon Lychee with Lychee Jelly and Honey Mango Peach with Boba—and they were a huge hit! The kids absolutely loved them, the parents did too, and the split cups were such a fun idea because everyone got to try two different flavors.
Yvonne helped us customize everything, from the sweetness level and toppings to the pickup time, and every detail was handled exactly as requested. Best of all, the entire order was ready right on time, making pickup quick and effortless so we could get back to the party without any stress.
Coordinating a large order for a children's birthday party can be overwhelming, but Tpumps made it one of the easiest parts of the day. Their customer service was exceptional, the drinks were fresh and delicious, and they truly helped make our daughter's birthday extra special.

“I'm happy to come to Tea Hut again, especially after the Millbrae location closed. The appearance of the menu was a little different, but the drink selection, at least when ordering from the tablet, was as I remember. Glad that could stay consistent. I ordered a Boba N' Milk at 75% sweetness. At most boba places I usually request 50%, but Tea Hut (or maybe just this drink) is already not too sweet to begin with. Although Boba N' Milk sounds simple, they do add a bit of syrup to liven up the taste and the pearls which come with the drink also add flavor. The drink was also just as I remember. You can't really go wrong with Tea Hut.

The atmosphere was also nice and consistent to the location I used to go to. I wish it was a little bigger so there was more seating, but that's out of their control. Overall, 4/5.“

“Tpumps is a great place to get boba at a decent price. Not too long ago, they raised their prices by 50 cents, which is disappointing but understandable. My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. I can appreciate the amount of customization this boba place offers, from the long list of flavors, to the many topping choices, to the amounts of sweetness and ice you can request, to the option to add milk. That's what makes it different from the rest. The staff at Burlingame are particularly excellent. A customer once mistook my order for their own and left, and the employees quickly noticed and remade my drink. Overall, a fine boba place, 4/5.“

One feedback: The toilet is often dirty or have no toilet paper. Something they need to visit every 2-4 hours to keep it clean and stocked. The owner is very sweet and attentive. ,decent cafe to hangout while sipping delicious tea, definitely recommended!“

“My first time at TP TEA. I got a lemon black tea with boba. It seemed to have real lemon bits inside. The drink size was large. My sister and mother both complained that the tea was too strong, too bitter. My drink was kind of bitter, too, but it was mostly because of the lemon rather than the tea. I didn’t focus on it much, I enjoyed my drink. I ordered it at 50% sweetness, but it still tasted more sweet. The boba pearls were also oddly small, I swallowed a few on accident.

Overall, would I come to TP TEA again? Most certainly yes. Would I choose it over the other boba stores that I go to regularly? No. But I had a good time. 4/5.“

The milk tea boba is great, but the Super Fruit green tea with passion fruit popping boba is next level. “I like seasonal drinks at TP Tea!

I visited at opening time with a few questions regarding their drinks and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Christy/Kristie helped me to add a modification on my online order without hesitation! She also told me try it and let her know if the drink was made right!

I also wanted to know if it’s possible to change a preset topping for one of the other drinks and John/Jon was kind to let me know it wouldn’t be a problem.

I ordered the Lychee Smoothie Berry at lowest sweetness and added Golden Jelly. It was a delightful sweet and fruity drink. I like that the jelly is tender and chewier than aiyu jelly so it’s great for smoothie drinks!

I also ordered the Midnight Sesame Cloud Iron Goddess Milk Tea (I subbed for egg pudding). This drink is pleasant and just the right amount of sweetness and the e black sesame flavor is fresh and not too strong.“

Ordered snack combo and came back to get their tofu snack, freshly fried soft tofu so it’s piping hot and good with some sauces

I was hoping they would serve the drink in the Golden Gate Bridge and bunny cup, but I guess that was a limited edition cup. For snacks, they offer typical Taiwanese items like popcorn chicken and fries.

“Disclaimer, I'm not a milk tea snob. I love trying out the variety of drinks that Quickly provides, as well as the variety of snacks and meals. I only get to visit this one when I'm visiting a friend, cuz the ones around my neighborhood unfortunately got closed down due to bad people. No other milk tea cafe I know of is a one stop shop like Quickly is in my opinion (e.g. has milk tea, flavored milks, bubble waffles of more than two flavors, popcorn chicken, etc), and I don't think any of it is poor quality imo as long as you've set your expectations correctly (like it's not a tea house).“

“Ate up the food so fast, I forgot the pictures! We had the best beef noodle soup here. They make their noodles by hand and their 10-hr soup base is perfection. Not too oily and not overly spicy. They let you tailor it all.

We had the chicken katsu noodle soup which was highly loved by the kids. We also had. The unagi as well as the chicken and mushroom clay pot. So good and flavorful.

Apps - the chicken wings, the cucumber salad - were excellent. The Pure Grape drink and tea were perfect add-ons.

To top it all off, all the games, books and air hockey and foosball tables were so perfect for my elementary, middle school and high school students!

Definitely will be back to try the lamb cumin noodles. They have their own parking lot too!“
