“TeaHut in Millbrae is great for fresh, real fruit tea. The Mango Pomelo Sago is a must-try—perfectly sweet with real ingredients. The Full Cup of Strawberries & Black Grapes is refreshing, with whole, in-season grapes. Cozy spot, and parking is convenient too!“

“Grapeholic is truly hidden gem located in Millbrae's Social Eatery food hall. Grapeholic, as it's name suggests, offers grape-focused tea drinks. As part of Social Eatery, patrons can take a seat within the food hall, place their orders on the provided tablet, and a staff member will bring the food an beverages straight to your table.
Looking for something to go with our meal, we decided to try the (1) cotton candy grape slush, and the (2) grape and lemon tea. The cotton candy grape slush was amazing - true to it's name it captured the cotton candy grape flavor in a delicious slush form that was both sweet and refreshing. The grape and lemon tea was also good; however, the lemon flavor was a bit overpowering and made it difficult to truly enjoy the grape that was in the drink. If you want grape to be the star of the show, then I'd recommend getting one of their grape-centered drinks instead.
Whenever I think of grape, my mind instantly goes to those sickly sweet yet bitter cold syrups of my childhood and the inner child in me still shivers at the thought of drinking those down. With that in mind, grape is not usually a flavor that I find myself partial to; however, Grapeholic might just make me change my mind. Their grape drinks were impeccable flavor-wise - imagine biting into a sweet bunch of grapes, and Grapeholic has essentially captured that taste and feeling into a drink!
If you're ever in the Millbrae area and want a one-stop shop for all your dining and beverage needs, then Social Eatery is definitely the place to go and be sure to enjoy Grapeholic while you're at it!“

“I recently visited this place and had an amazing experience! They’ve changed the owner and upgraded the menu. It definitely deserves a five-star review. The food quality is exceptional, especially the bubble waffle-my fav item! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful~ they were promoting new product and offered me a few samples to try. The boba is simply amazing I can't get enough of their fruity matcha—it's a perfect blend of flavors that I highly recommend trying“

“I love boba and I love T4. I always come here to get my boba since it is the closest boba place to my house. My favorite one is the pearl milk tea. Their smoothies are also good too. They also have snacks and Korean foods. I highly recommend T4.
Parking: There is street parking in front but it can be difficult to find parking at times because it is on a downtown street.“

“Really solid alternative to boba when you're feeling more in the mood for yogurt. The rice yogurt drinks are a bit too filling for me if I'm having an actual meal elsewhere but otherwise it's really good. My personal fave is the mango pomelo sago yogurt smoothie.Zero sugar is ideal since there's still sweetness from the fruits/yogurt“

“The staff has a great memory and are so helpful! Been coming here for ages and it's a really reliable shop. Recommend the black sesame, and keep an eye on the seasonal special offers :)

“Super yummy gluten free pandan mochi waffle, taro milk and mixed berry macaron! Will come back for more snacks. Also, there's always somewhere to sit even with it's not the biggest place. The teenager at the cashier seemed a little lost, but maybe it was her first day :)
Dietary restrictions: The mochi waffles are gluten free and delicious!“

“Social Eatery food hall is a gem located in Millbrae offering a variety of Chinese cuisine all in one easy-to-reach location. Social Eatery has a parking lot for patrons, which makes dining in easy. Upon entering the food hall, patrons will be guided to a table, and provided with a tablet on which they can place their orders from a variety of establishments contained within Social Eatery. After the order is placed, a staff member will bring the food and beverages straight to your table! When it's time to check out, you can either do so via their app/online or request a staff member to come and help you close out your bill.
Social Eatery has the following 3 restaurants within: (1) Noodleosophy - a local Bay Area chain focusing on hand-pulled noodle dishes; (2) Rice Monster - specializing in Catonese claypot rice; and (3) Grapeholic - a tea shop with grape-centered drinks to round it out.
We came here on a Saturday afternoon looking for a one-stop shop for our weekend lunch and decided to try something from each one of the establishments - after all, isn't that the beauty of food halls? We got the beef tendon noodle soup and prok and shrimp dumplings from Noodleosophy, the cha siu and steamed egg claypot rice from Rice Monster, and finished up our meal with two drinks from Grapeholic - cotton candy grape slush, and grape and lemon tea.
(1) Noodleosophy - the beef tendon noodle soup was rich and flavorful, while the accompanying noodles were perfectly cooked and chewy - providing a great mouth feel to the dish. The dumplings were delicious as well, and were a nice addition to the meal as a whole.
(2) Rice Monster - the cha siu and steamed egg clay pot rice was in a single word - satisfying. The salty-slightly-sweet cha siu paired well with the mild flavors of the egg, and the salty soy sauce you pour over the rice. I will say the rice could have been a little more scorched to provide the accompanying crunch that you expect from this dish; however, if you're really craving claypot rice and are in the area, then Rice Monster will definitely help satisfy that craving for you.
(3) Grapeholic - the cotton candy grape slush was amazing - true to it's name it captured the cotton candy grape flavor in a delicious slush form that was both sweet and refreshing. The grape and lemon tea was also good; however, the lemon flavor was a bit overpowering and made it difficult to truly enjoy the grape that was in the drink. If you want grape to be the star of the show, then I'd recommend getting one of their grape-centered drinks instead.
If you're ever in the Millbrae area and are looking for a great lunch spot, then Social Eatery has to be the next place on your list!“

“I've been here multiple times now and drive out of my way to get boba from here. Everything I've gotten so far has been amazing, including the taro milk tea, the matcha milk tea, and the jasmine milk tea. The Thai milk tea is good but similar to any other place. The service has been quick every single time that I've been. I come here for the great quality taste and for the reliable, fast service. And it is super reasonably priced.“

“I visited Dots few times before and tried their HK Lemon Tea in my last visit. The taste was incredibly authentic and brought back fond memories of Hong Kong. I’ve tried other drinks here before as well, and they have all been fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone craving a genuine drink!“

“Drinks were tasty, good place for order pick up. The front staff is not welcoming. The owner or male cashier was talking to a woman for a while. He ignored most of his customers. Even though there is a kiosk for ordering, the place was slow, the man kept ignoring other customers that walked in.“

“This is my absolute favorite boba place in all of the Bay. While I tend to stick to my personal favorites, (Wintermelon Milk Tea & Jasmine Milk Tea) I truly believe that their selection of drinks will always be of high quality. The menu options aren’t as widespread as other milk tea lab locations, so that is something to keep note of but still a very good selection to choose from. It is rare that I take time to rate a restaurant/business but I can’t not share my opinion on this store!!! It is my favorite boba place and I’m always looking forward to my next boba drink from here
+ the owner of this location is always so sweet, personable, friendly and attentive.“

“I visited Urban Ritual last summer after dinner on a Thursday. There are a lot of cool drink options, and I love the branding.
I ended up getting the creme brulee milk tea. I was surprised that the creme brulee component literally tasted like the egg custard in a creme brulee. Instead of bruleeing the top, they add torched sugar bits on top. Overall I thought this drink had a lot of layers and was interesting, but I wouldn't get it again. It didn't hit the right flavor and texture composition for me.
There are a lot of other interesting drinks here that I would love to try someday.“

“I was always curious about this store because it was always crowded, so I finally visited it.
Since there was no one there, I thought there was no order in front of us, but we ordered through an app or something and went somewhere else.
I thought the price was a bit expensive... Personally, it was the most delicious bubble tea I've had anywhere, including Taiwan and all over the world (Korea). The tea that serves as the base is really delicious, and the boba (tapioca) is chewy and really delicious.
I think there's a reason it's always so busy, and I'll definitely stop by every time I'm around here!“

“For those like me who care about the quality of ingredients and avoid unhealthy foods this place is great! No artificial additives, real milk and zero sugar options. And the large cup is actually large . I got jasmine tea with zero sugar and zero ice, 3 portions of red beans and 1 portion of boba“

“Fancy and beautifully decorated. Not your average boba/desert restaurant. This used to be another boba shop, but that one went defunct. The weird thing is, Fate Tea uses the same cups as the defunct boba shop. Popcorn chicken was not available as I walked in right when they were closing at 7pm. I usually get a popcorn chicken when I get a milk tea. Their iced milk tea $6 can be described as lacking good tea flavor with too much milk. I couldn't tell if it was black tea or jasmine tea. The redeeming factor was, it did hit the spot and quite refreshing. Lady cashier/barista was fast and cool. Good job.“
“5 stars when the hardworking short girl is working! My drinks always come out quickly and PERFECT!
When it’s just the guys working, my drink is always cooked (sugar/tea ratio not right, wrong size, takes longer)
Pls give the girl a raise ?“

“Great boba option in a more hidden plaza. I like to stop by when I’m charging my Tesla at the Superchargers next to it. I usually get the grapefruit or strawberry fruit tea and an order of popcorn chicken, which always comes out hot and crispy. They typically don’t have someone in the front so I opt to use the tablet to order. It works well enough.“

“Eventhough there is always a line, we love going to this boba place for it's wide selection of flavors, options and toppings/boba. I think this is the only boba place in the area that has non-caffienated tea and mini popping boba that most lil kids enjoy. The service is also good despite the line.“
“Tpumps is always quick, and offers a large amount of taster tea that is appreciated during the line. Unfortunately there isn’t any sit down area, but their prices make up for it - esp on Tpumps Tuesday where you get a free upgrade. My favorite drink is the green tea - peach rose lemon w honey boba and light ice and sweetness
Without light sweet the drink could be too sugary since the boba is honey boba which adds to the sugar content“

“The boba was okay and the indomie was very much fancy instant noodles, but the place is very cute and very suited for studying or working! There's plenty of tables and very cute decor. Will try some more snacks off their menu when I go a second time; they seem to have pretty interesting choices.“

“It was great! Clean, cute, great service, and most importantly tasty boba! I was able to adjust the drink to my liking—including sugar level— and I feel like every detail was considered from presentation to menu. I think it’s cool that San Carlos got a swanky new addition to their food and dining scene with Bober. I’ll definitely be going back with friends.“

“Favorite boba spot!! My go to drink is the Grass Jelly Almond Latte with mochi cake. Yifang is the only boba place with this type of traditional drink and it’s awesome. Tried some of the other drinks like the Yifang Fruit Tea and that was good too, had a lot of fruit and quite refreshing. Would def recommend to anyone looking for traditional Taiwanese drinks/smoothies!“

“Mama Go's is bar none the best restaurant in Terminal 1, if not all of SFO. They're extremely friendly, their food is delicious and fresh, and they're really quick if you've got an imminent flight.
In our case, we placed a large catering order and were blown away by the excellent service we received - they white gloved the whole process end to end, from order to pickup.
They are our go to's when we're traveling and crave Filipino food!“

“High recommend this spot! I was rly disappointed when I found out that boba guys closed down, but I’m also glad bc it helped me find this place! I was initially skeptical of Lilikoi Boba but I’m glad that I gave it chance! I tried the horchata smoothie with boba and it was really refreshing and the boba was great! The boba was freshly made and had the perfect amount of chew.
Lilikoi is now my go to boba shop in the Burlingame area. I’ve been twice now and I can confidently say that I highly recommend it! It also has a little nice sitting area in the back if you want to hang out with your friends.“
“Real tea, real fruit, and fresh milk. Even the $2 boba milk tea specials are high quality. The mango for my mango sago was blended to order. Support this family owned shop, it's a total gem. The two neighboring businesses use powdered non-dairy milk substitute which is not healthy and not as good.“

Loved both drinks! This has been my go to place for boba drinks but for the fried snack options, I wish they were less greasy.Highly recommend the additional topping of mango popping boba for a fun little kick to the drink. They also have the option for a strawberry popping boba.“

“Located in the Ingleside neighborhood, Purtea offers a variety of tea drinks along with snacks to go with your drink. Upon entering the tea shop, patrons are greeted with a cute floral-themed interior. You can order via their kiosk or in-person with the cashier.
We decided to go with their classic milk tea and orange green tea. The classic milk tea was a true representation of milk tea, in which the sweetness and milk was not too overpowering and the tea in the drink still shined through. If you're read any of my reviews before, you know I love my fruit teas, and orange green tea is one of my absolute favorites. The orange green tea from Purtea does not disappoint and I would go back to order it again without a doubt. While I did not sample any of their appetizers and snacks this time around, I'll be sure to do so next time if I'm looking for a bite to eat.
If you're in the Ingleside - Ocean Avenue area and find yourself craving tea drinks or snacks, then Purtea is the pur-fect spot for you!“
