“I have not yet made a visit in person yet, but have ordered from here and got it delivered via DoorDash multiple times. I usually order from here when I am craving for a quality refreshing drink, since the ingredients they use here are premium and authentic. I believe everything here is made or order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, if you need a refreshing drink, to anyone willing to try something new, make a visit here when it is hot outside or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. I definitely will make a visit in person one day and to continue ordering from here.“

“Tried Grapeholic and it’s a nice change from typical boba spots. Their grape drinks are super refreshing with real fruit flavor, and the cheese foam pairs surprisingly well.

“The Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea here is really good. You get an authentic, rich tea flavor without any of that bitter aftertaste.

“Ate up the food so fast, I forgot the pictures! We had the best beef noodle soup here. They make their noodles by hand and their 10-hr soup base is perfection. Not too oily and not overly spicy. They let you tailor it all.

We had the chicken katsu noodle soup which was highly loved by the kids. We also had. The unagi as well as the chicken and mushroom clay pot. So good and flavorful.

Apps - the chicken wings, the cucumber salad - were excellent. The Pure Grape drink and tea were perfect add-ons.

To top it all off, all the games, books and air hockey and foosball tables were so perfect for my elementary, middle school and high school students!

Definitely will be back to try the lamb cumin noodles. They have their own parking lot too!“

“My favorite dessert spot ever. You will have to see the amount of points in my reward account to understand my love for this store. Whenever I walked in the store, the coconut milk fragrance brought me right back to Vietnam. Chè is my fav dessert, so I am so happy that this store make chè in a pretty authentic way to make me feel less homesick.

This exact Bambu in Milbrae is my fav. I think they make the dessert better than the other location near Stonestown Galleria in SF. My go-to order is number 10 Bambu Special or something like that. The chewy pandan jelly and the red water chestnut jelly in number 10 is the best combo 🤤🤤“

recommend: the black sesame milk tea with cream topping (the black sesame and the black tea flavor is strong so the cream evens it out nicely), crème brûlée saigon drip is real good if u want something with lots of caffeine, and then i love the pistachio coco jasmine drink for something light and low caffeine.

also pandan egg waffle is nice, kinda wish it was bigger for the price“

“Ume Ume Ume I love you! Arguably the best price performance boba in the bay. You can still get <$6 drinks including toppings. They have a monopoly on that drinkable mochi topping (other places have tried but the texture is never as good). I am obsessed with their winter seasonal special that I hope never goes away - the purple sticky rice and mochi combo milk tea. So so so good. “Eating lunch here right now with the family on a weekend. The service is very friendly and speedy. The space is also very clean and open. The place is kind of tucked away in office buildings but there was still a good amount of people here on a weekend. The kids loved the pond area outside to run around and look at the ducks. The food is also very good. Lots of light and heartier options. We got masubis, loco moco and bibimbop bowls along with some drinks. We’ll definitely be back especially since the kids love it here.“

One thing to note is that Molly Tea doesn’t offer a wide variety of toppings. If you’re a fan of black tapioca pearls, you won’t find them here; they only have white pearls. The sweetness level is also well balanced, not overly sweet, so it’s easy to finish a whole drink without feeling overwhelmed. I would have been content with just a regular milk that tastes like banana but I was pleasantly surprised that this was much better. We ordered 50 custom drinks for our daughter's 7th birthday party, and from the very beginning, Yvonne made the entire process incredibly easy. She was patient, responsive, and helped us customize the order to make it perfect for a large group of kids and parents.
We ordered split cups with two fruit tea combinations—Watermelon Lychee with Lychee Jelly and Honey Mango Peach with Boba—and they were a huge hit! The kids absolutely loved them, the parents did too, and the split cups were such a fun idea because everyone got to try two different flavors.

“I'm happy to come to Tea Hut again, especially after the Millbrae location closed. The appearance of the menu was a little different, but the drink selection, at least when ordering from the tablet, was as I remember. Glad that could stay consistent. I ordered a Boba N' Milk at 75% sweetness. At most boba places I usually request 50%, but Tea Hut (or maybe just this drink) is already not too sweet to begin with. Although Boba N' Milk sounds simple, they do add a bit of syrup to liven up the taste and the pearls which come with the drink also add flavor. The drink was also just as I remember. You can't really go wrong with Tea Hut.

The atmosphere was also nice and consistent to the location I used to go to. I wish it was a little bigger so there was more seating, but that's out of their control. Overall, 4/5.“

My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. I can appreciate the amount of customization this boba place offers, from the long list of flavors, to the many topping choices, to the amounts of sweetness and ice you can request, to the option to add milk. That's what makes it different from the rest. The staff at Burlingame are particularly excellent. A customer once mistook my order for their own and left, and the employees quickly noticed and remade my drink. Overall, a fine boba place, 4/5.“

My passion fruit slush with double aloe was really good, though it started melting pretty fast. My husband's Jasmine milk tea was exactly as advertised. The popcorn chicken was really good, even if it took some time to make (which they do warn you about, so I'm not mad). I will definitely return to this Quickly in the future.“

“My first time at TP TEA. I got a lemon black tea with boba. It seemed to have real lemon bits inside. The drink size was large. My sister and mother both complained that the tea was too strong, too bitter. My drink was kind of bitter, too, but it was mostly because of the lemon rather than the tea. I didn’t focus on it much, I enjoyed my drink. I ordered it at 50% sweetness, but it still tasted more sweet. The boba pearls were also oddly small, I swallowed a few on accident.

Overall, would I come to TP TEA again? Most certainly yes. Would I choose it over the other boba stores that I go to regularly? No. But I had a good time. 4/5.“
