Fruit teas are also made using fresh pressed fruit and the coconut mango drinks are a favorite in my family!

“Amazing tea with great variety! Accidentally stumbled across this place, have returned since, and am never disappointed! The milk tea boba is great, but the Super Fruit green tea with passion fruit popping boba is next level. The fresh fruit slices mixed in with the tea are a refreshing surprise and the fruit is always ripe and delicious. I tried the grapefruit fruit tea today as well which hit the spot! Would definitely recommend checking out Tea Juice!“

“First time here - my friend and I met in the area and decided to enter out of whim (we drove in 2hrs+ and Redwood is our meeting place). I had Matcha Hojicha latte and it's GOOD!! I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to adjust sweetness & ice, and dairy option available. Their drinks are crafted drinks and mine has many layered to it. I like that they used the matcha as a foam/topper. This is my new fave place. Too bad we don't have one in the area. @ Tong Sui - please open one in Livermore/Tracy/Brentwood area. “Ume Ume Ume I love you! Arguably the best price performance boba in the bay. You can still get <$6 drinks including toppings. They have a monopoly on that drinkable mochi topping (other places have tried but the texture is never as good). I am obsessed with their winter seasonal special that I hope never goes away - the purple sticky rice and mochi combo milk tea. So so so good. Excited to them to open in San Mateo as well to fill that void between Palo Alto and Burlingame. So good, such good price performance. Love!“

“Eating lunch here right now with the family on a weekend. The service is very friendly and speedy. The space is also very clean and open. The place is kind of tucked away in office buildings but there was still a good amount of people here on a weekend. The kids loved the pond area outside to run around and look at the ducks. The food is also very good. Lots of light and heartier options. We got masubis, loco moco and bibimbop bowls along with some drinks. We’ll definitely be back especially since the kids love it here.“

They’re more well known for their grass jelly (no surprise given the name), but their regular milk teas are also very good as well! I usually go for their orange carmella milk teas, but the snowy tops are also a good treat, especially on a warm day.“

One thing to note is that Molly Tea doesn’t offer a wide variety of toppings. If you’re a fan of black tapioca pearls, you won’t find them here; they only have white pearls. “You never go wrong with Happy Lemon for boba. The location is in the heart of Redwood city. The parking is a bit hard, then you walk to the strip mall to get to the shop. The staff was friendly. My friend accidentally ordered the wrong item, and staff were happy to fix it. The shop is small with few tables, but it’s very neat and clean“

“Tpumps is a great place to get boba at a decent price. Not too long ago, they raised their prices by 50 cents, which is disappointing but understandable. My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. I can appreciate the amount of customization this boba place offers, from the long list of flavors, to the many topping choices, to the amounts of sweetness and ice you can request, to the option to add milk. That's what makes it different from the rest. The staff at Burlingame are particularly excellent. A customer once mistook my order for their own and left, and the employees quickly noticed and remade my drink. Overall, a fine boba place, 4/5.“

“4.5/5 overall! The Boba is so yumm here. Tastes different than the typical honey boba elsewhere. Their hot tea is nicely frothed instead of just microwaved in other tea shops. We love seeing their machine making boba.
One feedback: The toilet is often dirty or have no toilet paper. Something they need to visit every 2-4 hours to keep it clean and stocked. The owner is very sweet and attentive. ,decent cafe to hangout while sipping delicious tea, definitely recommended!“

“My first time at TP TEA. I got a lemon black tea with boba. It seemed to have real lemon bits inside. The drink size was large. My sister and mother both complained that the tea was too strong, too bitter. My drink was kind of bitter, too, but it was mostly because of the lemon rather than the tea. I didn’t focus on it much, I enjoyed my drink. I ordered it at 50% sweetness, but it still tasted more sweet. The boba pearls were also oddly small, I swallowed a few on accident.

Overall, would I come to TP TEA again? Most certainly yes. Would I choose it over the other boba stores that I go to regularly? No. But I had a good time. 4/5.“

“Super cute from outside to inside. I’m a big fan of pink and this place offers cute bunny merchandise and a variety of unique drinks such as seasonal lychee watermelon green tea and mango strawberry green tea.

I was hoping they would serve the drink in the Golden Gate Bridge and bunny cup, but I guess that was a limited edition cup. For snacks, they offer typical Taiwanese items like popcorn chicken and fries.

“Loved the food! About 7$ for crème cheese everything bagel, small redbull and Diet Coke, which I thought was extremely reasonable. Bagel came out extremely fast and staff was super! “Ate up the food so fast, I forgot the pictures! We had the best beef noodle soup here. They make their noodles by hand and their 10-hr soup base is perfection. Not too oily and not overly spicy. They let you tailor it all.

We had the chicken katsu noodle soup which was highly loved by the kids. We also had. The unagi as well as the chicken and mushroom clay pot. So good and flavorful.

Apps - the chicken wings, the cucumber salad - were excellent. The Pure Grape drink and tea were perfect add-ons.

To top it all off, all the games, books and air hockey and foosball tables were so perfect for my elementary, middle school and high school students!

Definitely will be back to try the lamb cumin noodles. They have their own parking lot too!“

“One of my favorite bubble tea spots in the area! Since I live nearby, I'm a regular here—and I’ve pretty much tasted most of the menu, including their snacks.

Some of my personal favorites are the Vietnamese coffee, amber ice, peach with crema, white crystal with agar, honeydew, and their flavored teas. They offer drinks both hot and cold, and everything can be customized to your taste. I especially love that you can even split the cup into halves—super convenient!

“The tea here is not my personal favorite because their menu is limited; however they're the only Teaspoon that serves shave ice which is 10/10. The ice block is flavored before shaving so the taste is consistent and it's similar to Taiwanese shave ice (like Snowflake if you remember that). We had the milk tea flavored one and it was really good. We also like the texture of the boba. The staff is super friendly, the store is clean, and it's overall worth trying out.“
