Delicious dessert. This location also has more seating than other Tong Sui locations that I've visited.

The sweetest employee with the cutest smile served me today at the palo alto tongsui, it made my drink taste even sweeter. I got the watermelon drink with grass jelly and the drink is pink and beautiful, but not as beautiful as the person who made it. I will be coming back every day, for the drinks, and something else😉😉

Tong Sui Desserts & Drinks in Palo Alto offers a spacious and cozy setting, with many tables for seating. Customers can enjoy a variety of drinks, including the popular Da Hong Pao (DHP) Latte with Jelly, which is described as a well-balanced milk tea. The restaurant's signature coconut puddings, such as the Mango Mochi Coconut Pudding and the Jasmine Coconut Pudding, are highly recommended, though they can be pricey. The staff is friendly, and the coconut puddings are considered a light and satisfying dessert option. Many customers have found the puddings to be inventive, delicious, and surprisingly low in sugar. The mango mochi pudding, in particular, has received high praise for its perfect sweetness and light texture, with some saying they could finish a whole jar by themselves. While some visitors have expressed concern about the restaurant’s recycling policy, as they do not accept used pudding glasses unless washed at home, overall, the place is loved by open-minded dessert lovers. Customers who appreciate coconut flavors might enjoy this spot even more, though those not fond of coconut might find the drink options less appealing.
