“You never go wrong with Happy Lemon for boba. The location is in the heart of Redwood city. The parking is a bit hard, then you walk to the strip mall to get to the shop. The staff was friendly. My friend accidentally ordered the wrong item, and staff were happy to fix it. The shop is small with few tables, but it’s very neat and clean“

“This bubble tea spot was such a vibe. I got the brown sugar boba and it was honestly perfection. The drink was creamy, smooth, and perfectly sweet. The boba pearls were soft and chewy just the way I like them. The tea and milk ratio was spot on, and every sip tasted super fresh and balanced.
It is a cute little spot, perfect for quick pickups. There is not much space to sit, but it totally works if you just want to grab your drink and go. Everything felt freshly made and not overly sugary like some other places. You can tell they put effort into getting the flavor right.

“Very busy store even at night time. I finally stopped by to order after couple months since it opened eve though I pass by it so often. It is just because most of the drink have milk and I don't like tea with milk.
The store is small with 2 touch screen ordering kiosk but it was not organized nicely as I can see people just cut the line when ordering even though they came after us.
Ordering is simple as the menu is clear. As it was very busy, it took a while for the order to be ready.
The pistachio white Champacca coconut was good. This one has no dairy.“

“Tpumps is a great place to get boba at a decent price. Not too long ago, they raised their prices by 50 cents, which is disappointing but understandable. My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. I can appreciate the amount of customization this boba place offers, from the long list of flavors, to the many topping choices, to the amounts of sweetness and ice you can request, to the option to add milk. That's what makes it different from the rest. The staff at Burlingame are particularly excellent. A customer once mistook my order for their own and left, and the employees quickly noticed and remade my drink. Overall, a fine boba place, 4/5.“

“Tried the coconut grass jelly milk tea with 30% sugar, I don't have sweet teeth so it is still a little bit sweet, otherwise it is pretty good, the toppings are very fresh and you can taste the coconut quite a bit. There are also a lot of seats inside, clean, can hangout with friend there.“

They pride themselves on fresh ingredients that are house made. Not sure if this extends to their toppings, but I've appreciated their fruit drinks in the past.

“Stopped by Little Late Bird on a weekday at 11am. It's a comfortable cafe serving Korean staples. The Ube Latte was like tropical Hawaii in a cup with coconut hints. The vegetable Japchae had perfectly chewy noodles and just enough sauce and veggies. The Bulgogi sandwich was amazing: toasted roll, perfectly cooked beef, lettuce, tomato, and spicy pickled jalapeños for contrast. Everything was filling but not heavy. They're also open on weekends 9am-4pm, so it's officially entering our brunch rotation!“

“I go here all the time for their claw machines, unique drinks, and MUCH cheaper coconut pudding than places like Tong Sui (hate to start competition but it must be said). The customer service, always very nice ladies working behind the counter! Their drinks I love too, especially the mango coconut pudding drink. Only once did that happen to me in 3 years of going there, and it is important to understand that I always see that workers behind the counter trying to handle it the best they could! “Amazing tea with great variety! Accidentally stumbled across this place, have returned since, and am never disappointed! The milk tea boba is great, but the Super Fruit green tea with passion fruit popping boba is next level. The fresh fruit slices mixed in with the tea are a refreshing surprise and the fruit is always ripe and delicious. I tried the grapefruit fruit tea today as well which hit the spot! “My first time at TP TEA. I got a lemon black tea with boba. It seemed to have real lemon bits inside. The drink size was large. My sister and mother both complained that the tea was too strong, too bitter. My drink was kind of bitter, too, but it was mostly because of the lemon rather than the tea. I didn’t focus on it much, I enjoyed my drink. I ordered it at 50% sweetness, but it still tasted more sweet. The boba pearls were also oddly small, I swallowed a few on accident.

Overall, would I come to TP TEA again? Most certainly yes. Would I choose it over the other boba stores that I go to regularly? No. But I had a good time. 4/5.“

“4.5/5 overall! The Boba is so yumm here. Tastes different than the typical honey boba elsewhere. Their hot tea is nicely frothed instead of just microwaved in other tea shops. We love seeing their machine making boba.
One feedback: The toilet is often dirty or have no toilet paper. Something they need to visit every 2-4 hours to keep it clean and stocked. The owner is very sweet and attentive. ,decent cafe to hangout while sipping delicious tea, definitely recommended!“

“Been a regular here recently and I liked this store! They have some small bites as well and all those items looked pretty good! Not a fan of macaroons - but you may wanna try ‘em!

It’s conveniently located. A small store, but they have two self-order kiosks and the regular cashier way as well. There are enough seats outside - about 15- 20ish people can sit.

I liked their mini egg bites, they air fry the frozen item. Used paper boxes- yay! They had pizza bites and some other items too- haven’t tried those, but it looked good.

I like almost everything I’ve taken from teaspoon- not a fan of creamy jasmine tea (not really creamy)“

“The best boba tea on Uni Ave bar none. Their creme brulee tea is so good with a smooth sweet vanilla taste. With very low sugar levels and light ice, it's the perfect bang for your buck. Other highlights are the mango coconut drink and even the fruit teas. Honey boba also quite tasty.“

I ALWAYS get this drink- Strawberry lemonade, normal sweetness, no/less ice, 2x lychee jelly, 1x mango jelly. It’s always so good every time! The tofu cubes are not good but I don’t like tofu in general so that’s just me. It doesn’t take too long- but really depends on how busy it is. The staff is nice but doesn’t talk much. The atmosphere is nice too! I love the vibes of this place. I don’t get tapioca boba but the lychee and mango jelly is so good, especially if you love jello or stuff like that. It’s chewy but not too chewy, and very sweet. I recommend if you like fruity/sweet drinks.“

“My favorite & go to hotpot!! The meat options are amazing, especially the recommended beef (三筋). They also offer different combos thats reasonably priced with variety of food. It’s perfect for dining by yourself or with a group! My favorite soup broth bases are the tomato one and the spicy one! The beef skewer is also amazing.“

“I had the barley tea with aiyu jelly at 30% sugar, and it was so good. The wait time made my expectations pretty high, but it still exceeded them.
Just one small thing, I might have missed it, but it would be nice if there were thicker straws available for the jelly.“

“The tea here is not my personal favorite because their menu is limited; however they're the only Teaspoon that serves shave ice which is 10/10. The ice block is flavored before shaving so the taste is consistent and it's similar to Taiwanese shave ice (like Snowflake if you remember that). We had the milk tea flavored one and it was really good. We also like the texture of the boba. The staff is super friendly, the store is clean, and it's overall worth trying out.“

First of all, I LOVE their snowflake series and egg puff. Everything there is so amazing, and everything comes so quickly. Like the name says, it's sweet, and wonderful. The drinks are also so good, and I love the handmade momoko ball and grass jelly toppings. Something else so good about it is that there are so many other good places around it, which means you can get a good lunch and then come right to it. There is also a movie theatre, (Cinemark), quite close to it. It is a little far from my house, but it's definitely worth coming. It fills me up all the time, and is totally my type of desert. At the time of this review there is a little leak in the roof, but that's fine and they've got that under control. There is no doubt that this is one of my favorite places, and it deserves more than five stars.“

“One of my favorite bubble tea spots in the area! Since I live nearby, I'm a regular here—and I’ve pretty much tasted most of the menu, including their snacks.

Some of my personal favorites are the Vietnamese coffee, amber ice, peach with crema, white crystal with agar, honeydew, and their flavored teas. They offer drinks both hot and cold, and everything can be customized to your taste. I especially love that you can even split the cup into halves—super convenient!

“The boba was nice! We did order via the digital screen and the option to customize sugar/ice was not offered. Or did we miss it.
We were at the place 6:30 pm on Tuesday. The only customers. The order took a loooooong time.
It’s a peculiar thing that they still seem to have their Halloween decoration out :). It’s end of February:)
