“You never go wrong with Happy Lemon for boba. The location is in the heart of Redwood city. The parking is a bit hard, then you walk to the strip mall to get to the shop. The staff was friendly. “Ume Ume Ume I love you! Arguably the best price performance boba in the bay. You can still get <$6 drinks including toppings. They have a monopoly on that drinkable mochi topping (other places have tried but the texture is never as good). I am obsessed with their winter seasonal special that I hope never goes away - the purple sticky rice and mochi combo milk tea. So so so good. Excited to them to open in San Mateo as well to fill that void between Palo Alto and Burlingame. So good, such good price performance. Love!“

We came upon this spot, I had it before at a different location and my fellow colleagues said they ordered from here before where they enjoyed it and that is when we all agreed this is the place we will order from. They have many many things to choose from, such as their top sellers, milk teas, fruit teas, matcha drinks, brown sugar drinks, cheese foam drinks, frosties, original tea, coffee, a kid’s menu, yakult series and much more to choose from. After browsing through their menu we knew what we exactly wanted and the order was placed which got me excited because I was in need of something good to drink. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. This place is a great option in the area since they stand out compared to other drink shops nearby. You can order in person, place an order online for pickup of have it delivered to you through a food delivery app. Finally when the drinks arrived, we all popped the straw through the cup and the moment from that first sip was satisfying and a thirst quencher. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, to anyone willing to try something new, if you are in need of a refreshing drink like us or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. Honestly, one of the few tea/coffee shops in the area that feel like you could sit for a while and no one would care. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tpumps in Foster City!
We ordered 50 custom drinks for our daughter's 7th birthday party, and from the very beginning, Yvonne made the entire process incredibly easy. She was patient, responsive, and helped us customize the order to make it perfect for a large group of kids and parents.
We ordered split cups with two fruit tea combinations—Watermelon Lychee with Lychee Jelly and Honey Mango Peach with Boba—and they were a huge hit! The kids absolutely loved them, the parents did too, and the split cups were such a fun idea because everyone got to try two different flavors.
Yvonne helped us customize everything, from the sweetness level and toppings to the pickup time, and every detail was handled exactly as requested. Best of all, the entire order was ready right on time, making pickup quick and effortless so we could get back to the party without any stress.
Coordinating a large order for a children's birthday party can be overwhelming, but Tpumps made it one of the easiest parts of the day. Their customer service was exceptional, the drinks were fresh and delicious, and they truly helped make our daughter's birthday extra special.

“Tpumps is a great place to get boba at a decent price. Not too long ago, they raised their prices by 50 cents, which is disappointing but understandable. My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. I can appreciate the amount of customization this boba place offers, from the long list of flavors, to the many topping choices, to the amounts of sweetness and ice you can request, to the option to add milk. That's what makes it different from the rest. The staff at Burlingame are particularly excellent. A customer once mistook my order for their own and left, and the employees quickly noticed and remade my drink. Overall, a fine boba place, 4/5.“

“I'm happy to come to Tea Hut again, especially after the Millbrae location closed. The appearance of the menu was a little different, but the drink selection, at least when ordering from the tablet, was as I remember. Glad that could stay consistent. I ordered a Boba N' Milk at 75% sweetness. At most boba places I usually request 50%, but Tea Hut (or maybe just this drink) is already not too sweet to begin with. Although Boba N' Milk sounds simple, they do add a bit of syrup to liven up the taste and the pearls which come with the drink also add flavor. The drink was also just as I remember. You can't really go wrong with Tea Hut.

The atmosphere was also nice and consistent to the location I used to go to. I wish it was a little bigger so there was more seating, but that's out of their control. Overall, 4/5.“

One feedback: The toilet is often dirty or have no toilet paper. Something they need to visit every 2-4 hours to keep it clean and stocked. The owner is very sweet and attentive. ,decent cafe to hangout while sipping delicious tea, definitely recommended!“

“I wish I didn’t like Boba tea so much, but even if I had the will power, the bright welcoming fuzzy pink of Ume overpowers it.

The drinks are tasty (even at the low-sugar levels I choose) and the Bunny Surprise drinks are always fun (I give them to my niece — it’s a surprise for us both!).

This one is on CalAve, pretty much the de facto post-dinner dessert spot, so I’ll usually stop by when I’m here for a drink.

“Disclaimer, I'm not a milk tea snob. I love trying out the variety of drinks that Quickly provides, as well as the variety of snacks and meals. I only get to visit this one when I'm visiting a friend, cuz the ones around my neighborhood unfortunately got closed down due to bad people. No other milk tea cafe I know of is a one stop shop like Quickly is in my opinion (e.g. has milk tea, flavored milks, bubble waffles of more than two flavors, popcorn chicken, etc), and I don't think any of it is poor quality imo as long as you've set your expectations correctly (like it's not a tea house).“

“We had such a wonderful dining experience here! The seafood was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The oysters were especially impressive, fresh from that morning, and the geoduck was crisp, sweet, and delicious. The crab was rich and full of roe, the shrimp were excellent, and the beautifully marbled beef was tender and perfect for the hot pot. Even after we were completely full, the oyster omelet at the end was so good that we somehow found room for more!

What really made the evening special, though, was the service. Vivian was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. You can tell that a lot of care goes into both the ingredients and the presentation of every dish. Our whole group felt very welcomed and well taken care of.

“My first time at TP TEA. I got a lemon black tea with boba. It seemed to have real lemon bits inside. The drink size was large. My sister and mother both complained that the tea was too strong, too bitter. My drink was kind of bitter, too, but it was mostly because of the lemon rather than the tea. I didn’t focus on it much, I enjoyed my drink. I ordered it at 50% sweetness, but it still tasted more sweet. The boba pearls were also oddly small, I swallowed a few on accident.

Overall, would I come to TP TEA again? Most certainly yes. Would I choose it over the other boba stores that I go to regularly? No. But I had a good time. 4/5.“

We began browsing and came across Sweet moment, many things sounded and looked great and worth the try and that was when we all decided to order from this place. We were all very excited and especially me since it was my first time trying this place out and I knew something great will be arriving shortly. “I’ve gone to this Rabbit Rabbit for the past year and a half, and it’s a hit or miss. The strawberry & Guava drink were watery first time I got them, so I avoided ordering them again, but the mango ones have tasted great in my experience.

A few days after I tried the Guava, my friend was curious and ordered the same drink, and it tasted delicious. It’s likely more on the barista instead of the ingredients creating this inconsistency (though I have noticed the change), but it does taste GOOD when it hits.

As many might’ve written, there’s no space here to sit. Just order, wait either outside or in the only two chairs, and leave to keep walking around.
